What do you dislike about Krisp? We used Krisp for a while and unfortunately won’t be using it again. The software itself is often surprisingly buggy. The desktop app crashes regularly, especially when using the AI chat to ask questions about previous meetings. For a tool that’s supposed to improve productivity, that’s pretty frustrating. What ultimately made us leave, though, was the customer service. We accidentally ended up with two paid accounts for the same company and were charged twice because their system doesn’t detect duplicate subscriptions within the same organization. Most SaaS companies would simply merge the accounts or issue a refund in a situation like this. Instead, support refused to help and just pointed to their policy. It’s not even about the €200—we can afford that. It’s about how customers are treated when an honest mistake happens. A little flexibility would have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience overall. There are plenty of alternatives with better customer support, and we’ll make sure never to use Krisp again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
