What do you like best about Krisp?

As a Project Manager, I always struggled with writing detailed meeting minutes. I hate it! Thus, I ended with not doing them at all... (yes, I am guilty as it is a terrible practice)

But, KRISP has changed everything! (literally) I am now returning to the practice of meeting minutes on my projects.

Now I only need to review the details of the text KRISP has generated and send it to the team and client. The price is reasonable, so I bought a subscription right away - it saves me so much time and relieves my frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Krisp?

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The support is absolutely dire.

So far it's taken over a week to resolve an issue with my subscription and it's still ongoing. I'm told 'it's been escalated' several times and they even dared closing my support requests without resolution.

It's now hurting my ability to work.

So, as a small business, ask yourself if you can afford to deal with a company that doesn't act quickly and diligently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
