On the downside, the free plan comes with usage limits, and some advanced features require a paid subscription. In certain situations, the noise filtering can be a bit too aggressive, which may slightly affect voice quality or even cut off softer speech.

Its noise cancellation does an excellent job of filtering out background sounds such as keyboard typing, fans, and traffic, making conversations much clearer. **What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp to record all my meetings, which allows me to create a summary of them with all the points discussed, who said what, and when they said it. I appreciate that I can use this as evidence afterward. I like very much the sound isolation it brings. It's really helpful because a lot of the times I have my children or people around me, and this way, nobody hears the environment in which I am. The initial setup of Krisp was very easy, and it happened in minutes.

I want to be able to use Krisp as a transcriber and record meetings that I have in person with my other colleagues in my native language.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

What I like best about Krisp is how much cleaner and more professional it makes my calls, especially when working remotely. The noise cancellation is very reliable and helps block out background sounds like fans, street noise, family activity, or other distractions, which makes meetings feel more focused and less stressful.

I also appreciate that it works quietly in the background and integrates easily with the tools I already use for calls. I do not have to do much setup each time, and that saves me time before meetings. The overall experience is simple, smooth, and dependable.

The biggest value for me is confidence. I can join meetings knowing my audio will sound clearer, even if my environment is not perfect. That makes Krisp a practical tool for remote work and client-facing conversations.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

One thing I dislike about Krisp is that it can sometimes be a little too aggressive with noise cancellation, especially when there are sudden changes in background sound or when I move farther from the microphone. In some cases, my voice can sound slightly compressed or less natural.

The price is also a little high, especially for individual remote workers or smaller teams. While the product provides real value, a more flexible pricing option or a more affordable plan would make it easier to justify as a long-term tool.

It would also be helpful to have clearer real-time indicators showing how much noise is being removed or whether the microphone quality is being affected. This would make it easier to adjust settings before or during important calls.

Overall, Krisp works very well, but more control over noise cancellation strength, better visibility into audio performance, and more flexible pricing would make the experience even better.

Krisp solves the problem of background noise and inconsistent audio quality during remote meetings. Before using Krisp, it was harder to control unexpected sounds like fans, street noise, household activity, or other distractions, especially when working from home. That can make calls feel less professional and sometimes forces people to repeat themselves.

With Krisp, I can join meetings with more confidence because my audio is cleaner and background noise is reduced. This helps conversations stay focused, minimizes interruptions, and creates a better experience for both internal team meetings and client-facing calls.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I love that Krisp is able to record my meetings without having to be a participant in the meeting like Fathom does. It just does it in the background, which makes it a great self-improvement and education tool for me. The way it clears up my audio so well is also something I really appreciate, especially since I work from home with a lot of potential noise distractions. Its background noise reduction makes me sound much more professional. The feature that automatically records meetings has been a game-changer for me because I have ADD and often forget to record. Additionally, having transcripts of all my calls is super helpful for reviewing my own processes and ensuring I don't miss any action items. Overall, it's extremely useful.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes it records things it doesn't need to record, like when I'm just doing a voice note on Facebook. It records and transcribes that, which is kinda silly.

What I like most is the noise cancellation feature. I work from home, and with dogs and family members often around, it helps eliminate background noise during calls. This allows me to communicate clearly and ensures that customers can hear me without distractions

What I dislike is that sometimes there isn't an option to delete all meetings at once. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to delete all saved meetings with a single action.

I use Krisp for freelancing, and it helps me create a professional work environment by canceling out background noise, which is especially useful since I have two kids. The noise-canceling feature ensures that I can maintain quality interactions with clients without disturbances from background sounds like those from my kids or neighbors. **What do you like best about Krisp?**

I mainly use Krisp for work with inbound and outbound customer interactions. The thing I like most is the noise cancelling, it works perfect. I work from home in a noisy neighborhood, so it really helps a lot. It gives me a crisp clear experience when I'm on a call with customers. There was one call where my supervisor heard the complaints, the customer said there was too much noise and couldn't even hear my voice, and it was the same every call. After I got Krisp that issue NEVER happened again, and even my supervisor congratulated me for fixing it. The note taking feature is a life savior too. I work a lot with ID numbers and addresses, and sometimes I can't catch all the info during the call, so I can hear the recording or see the transcript and get the right info or double check it in a trusty way. One time a customer gave his insurance information, but my system kept saying it was wrong. I quickly went to Krisp, heard the call, read the transcription, got the correct insurance information and pulled all his benefits. Without Krisp I would have had to call the customer again, but I just double checked with the transcript instead. My communication is better and I'm more accurate with the information I gather. On long calls I just hit the summarize button and get all the key points needed to proceed with the solution. I also use the accent converter from time to time and it works just fine, it makes the experience even better. The setup was really easy, simple steps to follow, not as hard as you might think. I'd recommend it 10 out of 10 for sure, it's a life savior.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for my online teaching sessions and have been using it for more than 3 years. I live in an area that can be a bit noisy, especially during rush hours, and Krisp has helped me a lot in removing all the unwanted noise. My students always tell me they hear me loud and clear, without any background noise. I like all the features, but the one I like best is the noise cancellation feature it primarily provides. During one of my IELTS coaching sessions, we were working on listening and I was sharing my audio to the student, and the student was able to hear the audio continuously without any distractions, thanks to Krisp. It removes a lot of noise like vehicle noises (motorcycles), dog barks, and construction. When we had our house renovated for months, Krisp helped me facilitate smooth classes despite the rattling noise from the construction. I also like turning on the noise cancellation on the other end when my students' background is noisy, which helps me focus. I integrate it with Zoom, Tencent Meeting, and Classin for my classes. The initial setup was so easy. I got a 2 week trial period, and it was great that I decided to buy the full subscription. I would recommend Krisp, a 10, or 100 if I can.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

{"I just hope that the cost will be a bit lower, especially for long term users as I am going to keep on using Krisp for many years."} Furthermore, the interface of Krisp whenever I open it on my Mac has a lot of options and tools that I don't use. It also has a pop up that has things like meetings, etc that I always close since I only use the noise cancellation feature of it. I haven't tried that accent conversion since I don't really see it necessary for me. The AI summary is good but I dont use it either. In spite of all of these small drawbacks, I still find it very useful for my work and will continue using it every time I am in my class.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp for my online teaching to remove all the unwanted background noise like motorcycles, dog barks, and construction. My students hear me loud and clear. I also turn on noise cancellation on their end when their background is noisy, which helps me focus. When I first used Krisp, it didn't have a lot of functionalities. It was only cancelling the noise on my end and on the other end, but as years went by, using it regularly and with regular updates, it has added a lot of other tools like AI note taker, accent conversion and others, without compromising the quality of its main feature and purpose. It always works well and yes, it works on my headphones such as Jabra and Plantronics.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

There are so many apps that can 'take meeting notes' for you. Maybe even some can 'recap'. Some even can 'join a call' for you. Krisp can do all of that, and I love it for that. But, why I use Krisp over any other note-taking, meeting app is because it cancels noise from both my side and the client side. I can be in a coffee shop, public space, or really any space with none as loud as a jackhammer — and my client can't tell. It's the best app for meetings, live calls, PLUS it does all that stuff every other app does. Krisp is a super simple app to use, that gets updates all the time, with an easy to use and understand interface. Krisp is available for mobile or desktop, and integrates with apps like Slack (which I don't use). I wish it were a bit cheaper, but like I said — it just works. One of the few apps I will pay a subscription for.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I wish they had more storage for non-teams. As a solo owner, it just sucks that everything is tiered toward large businesses with teams. A few apps like Loom or Zoom now noise-cancel, so maybe I'll stop subscribing if Krisp can't lower the price or keep up with storage options. Plus, there's JoyCast from SetApp.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I love Krisp in general. The biggest one for me is the background noise suppression. It solves my background noise issues and makes my voice clear. I also like the notifications it gives me and how it's able to write down notes for meetings if I ever get any. The quality of the software I'm receiving is great too. These features add so much value to my setup. They help with my streaming quality because the people who listen to my stream want to have a clear voice and don't want to hear background noises from my fan, my family, and the animals we have. I use Krisp with my TikTok Live Studio, Zoom meetings, and during sessions with my therapist/psychiatrist. The setup was easy, it was the easiest part to do.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Just the pricing — the monthly is a little much for me.","I actually was trying to cancel, then it was offered two months free.","Streamer and discount options would be great.","A lower monthly rate in general would be very much appreciated, you know, like, $10 a month could.","Discord offers crisp and Discord monthly, I believe, is about less than $10, and that's the downside to it — I want to be able to use Krisp on my streaming as well.","I rated it a seven. **What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp to record the transcripts of my Teams meetings for work. Overall I'm well pleased with the functionality. The documentation and CLI are two of my favorite features and reasons for using the service. The CLI lets me bring in Krisp chats instantly as context for AI agents like pi.dev, and that makes it a very usable and valuable service. The retention of transcripts is also awesome. Having transcripts for every single meeting means I don't need notes, and I can immediately finish a meeting and have it captured into an AI agent for context. It frees me up to focus on meetings and just be present instead of stressing over great meeting notes, and it outsources that well enough to be confident in it. In one complex hour-long meeting where I had several questions, Krisp had way better notes than what I captured by hand. The transcripts are very accurate, and it picks up meeting starts very well. For me, verbatim accuracy and correct speaker labeling matter most, along with automatic meeting-start detection. Timestamps are okay and helpful but not necessary, and the retention length is great. The initial setup was very easy, and I was very happy with that.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Krisp is designed to integrate with Teams directly, but my team blocks that integration, so naming participants in meetings very regularly fails, and that's a frustrating pain point. I feel like the integration should have alternative pathways to functional usage when it's blocked. Having an alternative Teams integration would be extremely helpful. Krisp is also painfully slow performance wise, and it causes my powerful desktop and enterprise laptop to struggle when running, even with most features disabled. The integration between Claude Desktop and Krisp is incredibly weak too, and it's a known bug that hasn't been addressed by either system.

Krisp frees me up to focus on meetings and just be present, instead of stressing over notes. It records transcripts for every meeting so I don't need notes, and I can immediately finish a meeting and feed it into an AI agent for context. In one complex hour-long meeting, Krisp had way better notes than I captured by hand.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp runs so quietly and smoothly that I sometimes forget it's even installed. Its simple UI/UX makes managing it effortless and contributes to an excellent overall experience. I use it for meetings and to record my course sessions, and the results are consistently great. I generally use an external microphone for recording, and Krisp instantly recognizes it and works very well with it. The integration is very smooth. The money I spend on it feels completely worth it. Their AI noise cancellation is superb and requires very little effort from me to set up or manage. First-time setup took only a few minutes, and since then the default settings have worked very well for me.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Although I started using it for simple noise cancellation, the app is now being bloated with more and more features. Maybe that's a business decision to cover more use cases, but I'd personally prefer a more minimal app.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Krisp just works.  It's simple and full of great features, and keeps adding new features.  It works easily with all my video and sound apps - Zoom, Teams, Garage Band, etc.  One simple click to use it in any of my apps. It doesn't barge into meetings like some other note takers.  It's easy to turn off if you don't want to use it.  And it removes all the distracting noises - my dog barking, the neighbor's yard crew, street construction, etc.  It processes information quickly and gives summaries when I need them.  It was easy to install, and tech support has been responsive and helpful. It's a reasonable price to pay to know clients won't be distracted by background noises at my house.  Well worth the fee.

It sometimes clips the start of my words when processor loads are high.

What I like most is the ability to fully transcribe my notes and then go back to get a summary as well as detailed action items from each call, including who is following up with what. It lets me transcribe my calls with complete accuracy, which is especially helpful for meetings where I'm not the host and only a participant. I can have it join and take my notes without needing any permission to add it to a meeting, which is also very helpful. Using Krisp to transcribe calls is helpful when discussing specific details around offers and negotiation strategies, as it's good to have the exact details and not worry that I've misheard or misrepresented something. Using Krisp to save time is the best feature. Instead of trying to take rapid-fire notes and then clean them up after a call, I can use Krisp to transcribe the call and then quickly summarize the meeting notes and send out action items to my team as appropriate.

I would like to see Krisp's AI Agent/Chat feature improved. As far as running it per meeting, sometimes it doesn't work or it's delayed. I find it more effective to copy the transcript notes and put them into Gemini or Claude to get a clear summary.

What I like the most about Krisp is that I can turn it on and off right easily by just clicking the button in just a second, which is really handy. I think it's affordable because it's less than a $100 a year, which I find pretty reasonable. It's also pretty much easy to install. I've only had to reach customer service once, and I got a fair response in a timely fashion, with no major problems. I think it has a clean interface, which I like. The look and feel is quite practical, and I appreciate the floating small version that I keep on the side of my screen so I can maximize my other screens.

I never had a problem with it. But with the last update, whenever the fan blows air directly to my face, in the direction of this headset that I'm using right now, then Krisp stops working and then I have to turn it off and continue speaking. That never happened before.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I really like Krisp's noise reduction feature. I can have somebody clapping next to me, and it won't be heard by the microphone; only my voice will be. Even if a dog is barking in the front of my house or if I'm typing something, those sounds won't be picked up. This is crucial in a medical interpreting environment. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to follow step by step. It also shows how sound changes with and without Krisp, and the noise reduction is amazing. It integrates well with my calendars, software. Krisp has a minimalist and user-friendly interface compared to the previous solution, SteelSeries, which was more geared towards music production. Overall, it's a really good tool for achieving a noise-free environment, and I think it's beneficial not only for medical interpreting but for everyone wanting clear communication.

I believe the only thing that can be improved by Krisp is the update feature. I recently had a slight problem with the update. I wasn't able to update Krisp even though I tried like four or five times. So what I had to do is uninstall the complete software and install it again from the website. Since then things have turned around: Krisp now reliably records all my meetings, and I have rejoined the paid plan, although I missed the renewal discount. I like that Krisp actually works. It's robust in performance and does a good job isolating my voice even when I stress test it, like banging a metal cup with a pencil while talking. I enjoy the flexibility it provides, allowing me to work from various environments like coffee shops or hotel rooms without disruptions from background noise. I think there are some features that Krisp is pushing that aren't necessary at least for me. Krisp has the absolute BEST background noise cancellation above every other option.
Background Voice Cancellation is even better than any other service, especially if you factor in the price.
When using Krisp nearly every application or program recognizes it as a mic and I have yet to find one that doesn't work with Krisp.
Krisp's user interface is very simple and navigating between pages is easy to understand.
One of my main uses was Zoom integration.
I only every had one problem that I couldn't resolve, and reached out to Krisp support, and was quickly resolved within 12 hours.

Lastly, Krisp's AI Note Taker is extremely precise, and miles easier to use and integrate into my normal workflow.

The only downside to Krisp, which was not noticeable to most people, is the miniscule delay that is added between my normal microphone and the Krisp software outputting the corrected audio, the delay is very small and could be between a couple milliseconds to 20 milliseconds.

The main problem that Krisp solves is background noise and voices, I work remotely and having a quiet environment is one of the most important requirements for a work-space.

What I like most about Krisp is that it is versatile and works practically with almost all accessories, whether they are microphones, headphones, sound mixers, any of the accessories I use in my work setup. It has worked perfectly for me. It has become an extremely important application in my daily life because I can use it with all the mentioned tools and in different scenarios. Also, the initial setup was extremely intuitive, which was quite easy, especially when using the noise cancellation and voice focus features.

I believe Krisp could improve in terms of the geographical scope of its functionalities. Currently, certain features like background noise cancellation are only available in the United States for the mobile app, and it would be great if it were expanded to other countries, like Peru. I keep repurchasing my Krisp subscription year after year for it's core feature that is the two way audio noise filtering during online calls. 
I started using it in 2020 when the amount of online calls I had to facilitate increased significantly. I spent about half my week in online calls and participants are noisy. I believe Krips is saving my hearing and also helps with focus and energy management with improving the audio quality.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

They keep adding features that I rarely use. I don't need to see the upcoming meetings in krisp, etc. and transcripts for non-native English speakers and on my mother tongue doesn't work.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online meeting participants are noisy. They don't use headsets because they are vain and built in mics are usually rubbish. They pick up every little scratch, chair squeaking, dog barking, etc. 
If someone has to facilitate such meetings all the time the constant noise is tiring, potentially can hurt hearing on the long run. I'd like to prevent that.

I got a headset for work a couple of years ago that let in tons of background noise. A coworker mentioned to me how bad it was on every call, so I found Krisp and it worked so well he asked if i switched to a new room. The performance is everything you could hope for. Even if my dog barks at the mailman my coworkers don't hear it. It is honestly impressive.

I honestly have no complaints. I switch my input to krisp and i don't get background noise complaints. That is all i ask for and it delivers.

Krisp keeps me from annoying my coworkers on video calls. It saves me a lot of headaches as I am a team lead and have to spend a good amount of time talking on calls. Noise cancelling and audio recording. I work from home and my daily activities and family don't interrupt any of my professional calls. Recording screen has been a lot of help to revisit my notes without having my manager explain everything again. I can rely to replay the recording without issues. It's been a life saver.

Sometimes when I want to download a recording I just gets stuck for multiple links to download the file. The recording notes app for phone audio quality is awful, it will be helpful to have a feature to have settings as my audio recorder from my phone sounds a lot better.

Note taking. Ive been struggling to multitask and biggest information in weekly huddles, so having the recording and transcript saves time and I can work from anywhere since my calls do no have any noise whatsoever
