"Great Software for Field Operations"

What do you like best?

How easy it is to create and assign job order to my teams. Now all my teams can visualize their daily schedule and instructions on their mobile phones. I also like very much the chat feature, you can chat 1 to 1 with any of your employees or you can create group chats with different teams

What do you dislike?

I'm very happy with Genio, don't have any bad comments. Maybe they should have more FAQ's content/articles for customers who have questions about the product or don't know how to implement the product across the company

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Super easy to use, but FYI You must to create a Customer, an Employee profile and a Team before creating any Job Order. If you want to use the Face ID feature, you first need to take a picture of the employee at his profile section.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Team communication! We save lots of time and money by improving our team communication and efficiency

"Perfect for Hotel Management "

What do you like best?

I think it's perfect App for Hotel Managers. In a few clicks you sign-up your employees and create teams. You can assign tasks and job order across the hole organization....and they can report you back the progress and status. Chat is a good tool for internal communication.

What do you dislike?

Not much. Hoping to get more features soon.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Genio is 100% mobile. All my employees can access the App and visualize their assigned tasks, job orders, track attendance. Chat feature has improved our communication across the hole organization.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Fantastic experience. I'm a big fan of Genio. Genio has improved substantially our team productivity, internal communication and task management.

"Improves your team communication. Easy to use. Simple user experience. "

What do you like best?

Simplicity. Extremely easy to use. All my workers have access to it, and it took us 30 minutes to onboard everyone. Face ID checkins works really well, I feel we are finally bringing innovation to the company and everyone is excited about it.

What do you dislike?

We would like to see a payroll integration, we use Quickbooks

Its all about simplicity. Extremely reliable and easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great. My employees are really engaged with the App. With Genio there is no excuses, there is no miscommunication.
