The document shared will never have the points that they will commit and they will say that the features are convered by default. When you try to use it, you come to know that it's not covered. They sold me niva bupa policy with fixed premium for 3 years. But immediately next year the amount increased. Then they ported me to care insurance and said yearly medical checkup is covered but it was not covered. They simply lie!!! Be careful and do not trust on verbal commitments. Policy Bazar was the first software platform in India on a mass scale where we can directly buy policies. This saves us a lot of trouble which we went through earlier before buying it from middlemen, as most of the middlemen used to promise something but these policies did not cover it or used to turn out as fake **What do you dislike about Policy Bazaar?** We understand that policy Bazar is an aggregator but now it has started charging too much as commission buying policies directly from companies' websites by eliminating policy Bazar is a much cheaper option.
