The document shared will never have the points that they will commit and they will say that the features are covered by default. When you try to use it, you come to know that it's not covered. They sold me Niva Bupa policy with fixed premium for 3 years. But immediately next year the amount increased. Then they ported me to Care Insurance and said yearly medical checkup is covered but it was not covered. They simply lie!!! Be careful and do not trust on verbal commitments. It also has the option to verify your advisor which I have rarely observed on such websites. **What do you dislike about Policy Bazaar?** Well, I used policybazaar in search of options but somehow I was only disappointed because of the limited options shown in the results those results are sometimes nonrespondent as well, so proceeding with those results turns out to be an utter waste of time. **What problems is Policy Bazaar solving and how is that benefiting you?** For many options like finding insurance and comparing insurance and different kinds of them, it is really helpful so that we don't have to open multiple websites to compare and it has easy understandability. ### 3. One of the best features of policy Bazar is we can see the breakup of every policy. Policy which we purchase are saved in our portfolio and can be accessed from anywhere and everywhere. Policy Bazar was the first software platform in India on a mass scale where we can directly buy policies. This saves us a lot of trouble which we went through earlier before buying it from middlemen, as most of the middlemen used to promise something but these policies did not cover it or used to turn out as fake **What do you dislike about Policy Bazaar?** We understand that policy Bazar is an aggregator but now it has started charging too much as commission buying policies directly from companies' websites by eliminating policy Bazar is a much cheaper option. Also, another aggregator as coverfox, and insurance Dekho charge way less commission and therefore reducing the overall premium of insurance **What problems is Policy Bazaar solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the best things which the policy bazaar helped me with was to keep track and remind myself that my policy was soon to get expired and I better renew them.
