The mobile app is great. All job details are right there, and we don’t need to flip through papers or spreadsheets anymore. The pop-up messages that tell us what we need to do make everything a breeze

Some features take time to learn, especially the advanced ones, but the basics are easy to use.

For teams new to FSM software, the initial setup might feel a bit complex, but most found that the support team and documentation helped them get up to speed quickly.

We have a lot of recurring customers and sites so it’s been great having the tool automatically fill in details for new tickets based on previous entries, saving us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Fieldcode?**

We’d like to be able to import Excel files to update our lists since they are too big for manual creation. Currently we can’t do that but we’ve been told they are in the process of rolling this out.

With custom lists, the tool automatically recognizes the client and fills in the address, contact person, and other details we need for new tickets. It’s really sped up the process. It’s like having a customer database built into our ticketing system.

Information and customer demands are now manageable, schedules and staffing needs are clear, and our staff know exactly what they need to do to complete tasks.

They don’t have accounting or billing functionalities, but they integrated their software with accounting software.

Given our rapid growth, a lot of information wasn’t being captured or just wasn’t manageable. We required a lot of manual input until we digitized our workflows with Fieldcode. We fully integrated our processes and systems and now we can easily manage our data and have a clear picture of our operations.

I thought it would be difficult to get on board since I don’t have a technical background but it’s been the opposite. I don’t have to chase down who’s available when and where anymore.  The scheduling tool takes care of all of that.

**What do you dislike about Fieldcode?**

N/A, the training resources and documentation were comprehensive enough and their support team was always quick and friendly to assist.

It was overwhelming to track which staff members were available and had the right qualifications for tasks. Now the system checks availability and certifications, making things so much easier. We’re now confident that tasks are being assigned and done correctly.

Fieldcode has really helped us stay on top of our IT service tasks. It gives us great visibility into what’s happening, which is important since we deal with complex IT landscapes.

Sometimes the frequent updates can be a lot to keep up with. But the Fieldcode team does a good job of keeping us informed through webcasts and detailed updates, so we’re never caught off guard.

Fieldcode has made it easier for us to manage all the different stages of IT service management, from installations to tracking tasks. **What do you like best about Fieldcode?**

We use Fieldcode to create and manage our tickets. The customizable boards and calendar make it easy to handle and route all tickets. Also the different workflows set up in the system help us give the service our customers need.

**What do you dislike about Fieldcode?**

We deal with a lot of customers so I’d like to see it prepopulate or suggest customer information when creating a ticket. Also the barcode feature is great but I’d like to see more features for inventory.

**What problems is Fieldcode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool has really reduced the amount of time it takes to schedule tickets and get the work out to people. We don’t have to worry about overbooking, it’s taken the guesswork out of who should be doing what.

**What do you like best about Fieldcode?**

We deal with large complex projects involving multiple teams and contractors. With Fieldcode we’ve been able to securely onboard temporary workers and subcontractors with everyone completing their work on shared projects. Everyone can access the information they need and easily transfer and report on their work without needing full system access.

**What do you dislike about Fieldcode?**

There’s a lot to learn but well worth the time. We also found support to be quick, friendly and on point.

**What problems is Fieldcode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldcode has reduced the administrative efforts that go into managing our contractors and teams.  Reporting has become easier across all our teams with the customizable reporting forms and being able to transfer project requirements across teams.

We handle a lot of projects and Fieldcode has made communications and staying on top of these projects easier. We share information on tickets and everyone is on the same page. Our field technicians can easily report their work and resolve issues faster.

There's a learning curve when it comes to using Fieldcode. It has a lot of features, so it takes some time to get the hang of it.

We have set multiple workflows in the tool which do allow us to handle various projects. We use Fieldcode to plan our tickets and have the field technicians report their work. It’s connected to many of our customer systems to transfer the tickets into Fieldcode which saves us a lot of manually data transfer.

**What do you dislike about Fieldcode?**

At times it takes long for new features to be implemented. I find it complicated to get new things added if it’s not part of the standard software.

**What problems is Fieldcode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to deal with many different customers and for every one of them we have a different process. The tool helps us greatly to distinguish what is necessary for which customer.

It’s saved us from a lot of manual data transfer, we use Fieldcode for all our ticket management and technicians reporting their work. I like the automation of sending emails to users.

**What do you dislike about Fieldcode?**

The software is working well for us but we wanted to use the software in the free version but since we have more than 10 people we needed to switch to a paid account.

Fieldcode has made it easy for us to keep track of customer requirements and ticket information. The push notifications and offline capability have really made reporting easy.

**What do you like best about Fieldcode?**

Very impressive possibilities to automate. Especially the route optimazation across different vendors/workforces before the ticket gets dispatched is unique. The one click option to dispatch tickets to a service network with SLA commitment is giving us huge relief as the labor market is so tight.

**What do you dislike about Fieldcode?**

It is an appointment driven software and not asset centric even with its close ties with Paessler/PRTG.
