What do you like best about XOi?

What do you dislike about XOi?

The platform is constantly improving and implement new and exciting features. With that comes more changes, and more changes can be more difficult to implement. What do you like best about XOi?

XOi has been a major contributing factor in the success of our Digital Transformation within the Commercial HVAC Service business. In all of the vendors I work with, past, present, and future they are one of the only ones which I would consider a true partner and not just another vendor looking to check boxes. They take the time to understand my needs and build solutions to fit them instead of being a solution looking for a problem. In my opinion the market is currently flooded with solutions looking for problems instead of providers lookind to solve MY problems. XOi is different in the fact that although they have standard OOTB functionality they are also very aware of the needs of my industry and user base and are constantly improving to meet the needs of those users. Customer Support is always quick to respond when needed and resolves any issues fast and with a very pleasant demeanor. WIth over 5000 users we rely on XOi as a core part of our Service Solution multiple times a day and it doesn't dissapoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XOi?

What do you like best about XOi?

What I like best about XOi is how it enhances customer confidence through visual documentation and transparency. The platform streamlines work efficiency by reducing administrative tasks and enabling technicians to focus on service quality. Its robust documentation capabilities, combined with advanced features like optical character recognition (OCR), make capturing and organizing job details effortless. Additionally, XOi provides valuable equipment insights that help us make informed decisions and improve predictive maintenance. What do you dislike about XOi?

One challenge I see with XOi is occasional duplication of effort for technicians. For example, they sometimes have to re-enter information that could be inferred from previous steps. A valuable improvement would be implementing conditional logic within workflows - so that new functions or prompts appear dynamically based on answers already provided. I appreciate our attentive Customer Success Manager that is always willing to brainstorm, jump into a call, or help with an issue at anytime. "Versatile and Customizable, Yet Setup-Intensive"
What do you like best about XOi?

I like the versatility XOi offers for customizing and creating workflows for any scenario. The data stored for equipment is excellent because the data plates are photographed and then converted into usable information. It's handy that I can search at any time for specific types of equipment that need service or replacement. What do you dislike about XOi?

The Virtual Mentor Center has pros and cons. Virtual troubleshooting can result in great advice or a totally wrong diagnosis, as it is highly dependent on the information provided by my field team. There are areas for improvement on both sides. The initial setup was time-consuming since building and modifying workflows requires all manual input, and changes are needed after receiving feedback from team members. "Boosts Transparency and Efficiency in Operations"
What do you like best about XOi?

I like that XOi gives us the ability to bring transparency to the customers by allowing us to show the equipment in its current state, before and after repairs are completed. It also offers us the ability to provide better options for replacement. The software enables our sales team to see the entire landscape of where the unit is located, which minimizes the need to go out to a job and gets quotes out faster. We also receive internal information that helps us track the type of equipment we're working on, allowing us to prepare for training needs and manage spare parts. This makes our business more efficient. Additionally, the integration with our work order system is seamless, as the AI-generated notes are pulled over into our work order notes, which is really helpful. What do you dislike about XOi?

When working on a site, and a technician takes a picture of a unit during preventive maintenance or or other work, instead of just extrapolating what the data plates say and pulling that equipment forward, my technician has to go in and actually select it, which slows us down a little bit. I think I understand why that is, but really it's kind of counterintuitive to what we're trying to get accomplished in the field as far as efficiency goes. The less time they have to spend scrolling around trying to find unit information the better. We should just be able to take a picture of the data plate and have it pull the information forward for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about XOi?

I really like how easy XOi is to use and its modern look and feel. The PDF fill workflow is another standout feature, as it helps us completely remove paper from our technicians' workflows when filling out customer-specific forms. In addition, the integration with our ERP system has been beneficial, although the initial setup presented some challenges. Overall, XOi as a standalone is very straightforward. What do you like best about XOi?

I use XOi for my HVAC service work and really like how it provides equipment and customer history right at the technician's fingertips in the field. The AI summary feature is useful as it helps our technically inclined folks better communicate with laymen. Also, the initial setup of XOi for my team was very simple. What do you like best about XOi?

XOi keeps us with the customer at all times. They can see and hear our recommendations at any hour of the day. Long after our technicians have left. XOi has increased our approved estimates rating and our customers have truly appreciated it. The software is very friendly when it comes time to set up your workflows. If you do run into a problem, XOi has a great team to help you out. It is integrated with our dispatch software and this saves our techs a lot time filling out invoices. We use XOi on every job. What do you dislike about XOi?
