**What do you like best about XOi?**

It is extremely user-friendly!  Customer support responds quickly and always has solutions.  Most importantly, this platform is not just pictures and videos like most others.  XOi is using the data to help our business increase sales and run more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The platform is constantly improving and implement new and exciting features.  With that comes more changes, and more changes can be more difficult to implement.  All of the improvements certainly prove to be a better product, but rolling them out to our team has caused some minor speedbumps.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOi has allowed our team to become extremely more efficient with our service sales quoting.  Along with the OCR technology, we are now able to instantaneously get information from our field team to our internal team.  It allows us to quote things quickly and accurately.  Our clients rely on us to handle issues with the sense of urgency that is required, and this platform sets us up for just that.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

XOi has been a major contributing factor in the success of our Digital Transformation within the Commercial HVAC Service business.  In all of the vendors I work with, past, present, and future they are one of the only ones which I would consider a true partner and not just another vendor looking to check boxes.  They take the time to understand my needs and build solutions to fit them instead of being a solution looking for a problem.  In my opinion the market is currently flooded with solutions looking for problems instead of providers lookind to solve MY problems.  XOi is different in the fact that although they have standard OOTB functionality they are also very aware of the needs of my industry and user base and are constantly improving to meet the needs of those users.  Customer Support is always quick to respond when needed and resolves any issues fast and with a very pleasant demeanor.  WIth over 5000 users we rely on XOi as a core part of our Service Solution multiple times a day and it doesn't dissapoint.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

Althought they tend to always meet my needs sometimes they do have to do substantial work when integrating with some platforms but they will always put in the necessary effort to make it happen.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOi provides us the opportunity to guide our Technicians through the necessary processes using clearly defined workflows and ensure that we capture multimedia content that helps tell the story of the value they provided today.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

What I like best about XOi is how it enhances customer confidence through visual documentation and transparency. The platform streamlines work efficiency by reducing administrative tasks and enabling technicians to focus on service quality. Its robust documentation capabilities, combined with advanced features like optical character recognition (OCR), make capturing and organizing job details effortless. Additionally, XOi provides valuable equipment insights that help us make informed decisions and improve predictive maintenance. I also appreciate the continual advancements in the platform - XOi is always evolving with new tools and integrations that keep us ahead in delivering exceptional service.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

One challenge I see with XOi is occasional duplication of effort for technicians. For example, they sometimes have to re-enter information that could be inferred from previous steps. A valuable improvement would be implementing conditional logic within workflows - so that new functions or prompts appear dynamically based on answers already provided. This would reduce redundancy, improve efficiency, and create a more streamlined user experience.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOi is solving our inconsistent information problem by guiding technicians to capture the right details the first time, in a format that makes sense. This first-pass completeness enables our office staff to prepare repair quotes more efficiently and reduces approval turnaround times through greater transparency to the customer. We’re also seeing clear ROI: jobs with XOi-driven recommendations and quotes consistently generate higher revenue compared to quotes prepared without XOi, thanks to more accurate documentation, clearer visuals, and better alignment with customer expectations.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

I appreciate our attentive Customer Success Manager that is always willing to brainstorm, jump into a call, or help with an issue at anytime. I also love that XOI is always looking to the future and making improvements for the technician's point of view. They are always striving for excellence! The app is very easy to use and straight-foward.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

I do not have anything I dislike about XOI. I think the software is forward thinking and I think the struggle is getting our technician's onboard in our company.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOI is solving our old school paper problem where technician's needed to come into the office to fill out Time Off Request, Expense Reports, Backflow Forms, etc. With XOI, they are able to submit forms more efficiently through the app and help the office have a more streamline process. XOI is also solving issues with customers who have trust issues and would like everything documented for payment. We are receiving payments quicker and without so much of a headache with effective workflows.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

I like the versatility XOi offers for customizing and creating workflows for any scenario. The data stored for equipment is excellent because the data plates are photographed and then converted into usable information. It's handy that I can search at any time for specific types of equipment that need service or replacement. What's also great is that the mobile side has been updated multiple times to enhance its user-friendliness for our field teams.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The Virtual Mentor Center has pros and cons. Virtual troubleshooting can result in great advice or a totally wrong diagnosis, as it is highly dependent on the information provided by my field team. There are areas for improvement on both sides. The initial setup was time-consuming since building and modifying workflows requires all manual input, and changes are needed after receiving feedback from team members.

I use XOi to reduce paper usage, personalize workflows, and effectively document service calls and maintenance. It's customizable and helps in managing equipment data, ensuring we can track services and equipment replacement needs easily.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

I like that XOi gives us the ability to bring transparency to the customers by allowing us to show the equipment in its current state, before and after repairs are completed. It also offers us the ability to provide better options for replacement. The software enables our sales team to see the entire landscape of where the unit is located, which minimizes the need to go out to a job and gets quotes out faster. We also receive internal information that helps us track the type of equipment we're working on, allowing us to prepare for training needs and manage spare parts. This makes our business more efficient. Additionally, the integration with our work order system is seamless, as the AI-generated notes are pulled over into our work order notes, which is really helpful. The initial setup was easy, and after some initial challenges, our team now uses it very frequently.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

When working on a site, and a technician takes a picture of a unit during preventive maintenance or or other work, instead of just extrapolating what the data plates say and pulling that equipment forward, my technician has to go in and actually select it, which slows us down a little bit. I think I understand why that is, but really it's kind of counterintuitive to what we're trying to get accomplished in the field as far as efficiency goes. The less time they have to spend scrolling around trying to find unit information the better. We should just be able to take a picture of the data plate and have it pull the information forward for them.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use XOi to bring transparency to our work, allowing customers to see job progression and understand our services. It improves quote creation and lets us track equipment for training and spare parts, making our business more efficient.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

I really like how easy XOi is to use and its modern look and feel. The PDF fill workflow is another standout feature, as it helps us completely remove paper from our technicians' workflows when filling out customer-specific forms. In addition, the integration with our ERP system has been beneficial, although the initial setup presented some challenges. Overall, XOi as a standalone is very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The AI generation isn't always perfect and sometimes provides a work summary that doesn't include as much detail as we provided in the questionnaire.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOi improves communication by offering detailed documentation and easy access to call history. It helps technicians identify equipment and share info with customers or teams through URL links, solving lack of communication issues and enhancing workflows.

I use XOi for my HVAC service work and really like how it provides equipment and customer history right at the technician's fingertips in the field. The AI summary feature is useful as it helps our technically inclined folks better communicate with laymen. Also, the initial setup of XOi for my team was very simple.

I'm still getting used to the premium version of XOi, as I just switched to it. I haven't had enough time with it yet, but I'm looking forward to digging in.

Using XOI helps us conversate with the customer while we are both looking at the same closeout info and pictures. It shows proof that Tech are doing their job if questioned about why it takes time to diagnose.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

Techs deleting XOI by accident and we have to email customer support to have it reinstated. We should be able to see deletions.

XOI is help us maintain properly pictures and information needed for repairs and sales quoting. The workflows designed helps keep Techs on track with getting needed information. It has significantly cut down on having to call Techs for additional information.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

XOi keeps us with the customer at all times. They can see and hear our recommendations at any hour of the day. Long after our technicians have left. XOi has increased our approved estimates rating and our customers have truly appreciated it. The software is very friendly when it comes time to set up your workflows. If you do run into a problem, XOi has a great team to help you out. It is integrated with our dispatch software and this saves our techs a lot time filling out invoices. We use XOi on every job. With our XOi reports not only do our clients always now what was recommended, the rest of our team does as well.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The only thing I dislike about XOi is that it wasn't available 23 years ago when I started my business. Easy to use software with great support from their team = zero dislikes.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing it solves is that now our customers now everything we did and recommended while at their property. It removes so much confusion in our day to day work.

XOi is a bit of a culture change and hard to get the field to "buy in" to what is needed of them.

Being able to share pictures and videos with the customer through a link, while also allowing our technicians to capture the information we need all in one app, is amazing. It makes the office’s job much easier and helps us find the information quickly when we need it.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

Our technicians in the field need to have a fast easy way to navigate and input some of the data we need during onsite visits.   XOi has both a mobile app for mobile use / technician input and a website that is easy to design your own workflows.  We like the fact that our technicians don't need a computer degree to understand how to fill out the workflows and for our supervisors creating the workflows are easy, super intuitive and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

Some additional programming capability within the workflows would be nice - which we are told that these functions such as calcualtions would be coming in the near future.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, creating a platform that is easy to use - our techinicans seem to like it and not dread doing the paperwork.   We have been successful with this product with our Commercial Brach and now we have just started with our Residential Team.    DataPlate capture is big.    Tech can scan the dataplate containing model and serial and we can caputure that data in a database for marketing or equipment replacement purposes when the equipment becomes a certain age.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

XOi has given our office the ability to better document information to relate to corperate and our customers. Once you understand how to set up the questions that you need for your particular work flows in your office, everything else will fall into place in regards to answering any questions partaining to work that has been preformed by technicians.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The only downside is that the software is going through phases of implementing other features that has been sugguested by their customers. It's not really a downside. Just progress to better service their customers.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that XOi is solving is having to deal with documentation and providing more information about the work that is being done. This is extermely benifical when it comes to our office's warranty jobs. The warranty department needs to know; the part numbers, the serial numbers of the chillers, an estimation of the amount of labor that'll be needed to complete the repair and what was the cause of the warranty claim.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

The most helpful thing about XOi is that it gives you answers efficiently. With XOi you can create a job and add custom workflows catered towards any specific field work in your industry.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The only dislike I have, which can be managed no problem, is the email notifications you get from a workflow being completed. I believe you should be able to get one notification once the whole job is complete.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOi is helping our team at Pfannenberg with keeping everything under one umbrella for one job. The one feature I like is the workflow feature, where you can follow what the tech completed. In our previous processes, we had to piece together different work orders and try and figure out what was done. XOi keeps the tech in the field on task, and after a job is completed, you can go into the reports section, which takes the load off when creating your own Excel sheet.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

We began using XOi 2 years ago and it has completely transformed how we manage our work orders. From repair/spot calls, to recommended repairs, to safety concerns to refrigerant tracking, XOi handles all our needs with precision and ease.  Our quote turnaround times have increased, helping us to provide solutions to our customers so they can make knowledgeable decisions quickly. Unit history, sales opportunities, estimates and more are now easily tracked and accessible to everyone with simple searches. The possibilities for workflows, or data that can be obtained through questions inside of workflows, are endless and only limited by your imagination.  It has become a necessary & invaluable tool for us to continue to meet and exceed customer expectations and strengthen their trust in us.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

There is nothing that I dislike about this product.  Every need I have ever had has been handled with precision and expertise, providing an immediate solution.  The few times that I have had a condition where the answer was not immediate, the process in place was communicated, and clear timelines were given.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our quote turnaround times have increased helping us to provide solutions to our customers so they can make knowledgeable decisions quickly.  It has become a necessary tool for us to continue to meet and exceed customer expectations and strengthen their trust in us.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

XOI is a program that helps our Service professionals provide detailed videos and pictures of onsite work. This has created a better experience for our customer. It also helps us follow procedures on all jobs by completing each step of the workflow. The onboarding process was seemingless and Adam has been wonderful supporting with training office staff and field Service Professionals.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The only thing I would like to see in the future is the placement of the shared link for the customer. This is probably beyond XOI team since it integrates to our service management program.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The detailed summary of work completed onsite. We had a huge gap between what we completed and what the customer "thought" we completed. Electrician term can be a bit confusing however, XOI video feature has helped clarify a lot for the customer and our office staff.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

We've struggled for years trying to document and capture equipment information from our techs.  With XOi, we have provided the tool our technicians need to simply gather the requested information and provide an awesome deliverable to the customer.  In addition, we now have a growing database of information on the equipment we touch on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual basis to help both the technician and office/sales staff in repairing and replacing aging equipment.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

Nothing...the sales/support staff have been great to work with.  They laid out a plan to implement the product and followed up with any issues we've ran into. Great support!

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've always struggled getting model/serial number information from equipment in the field.  Capturing the data plate of the equipment in step one has completely solved the problem!

I love that our technicians have the help and support that they need when they are out in the field using the live virtual mentor center through the Vision App.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

The only thing that I could say that I didn't like is that it's more work for the technicians to have to do using the app but that's not XOi's fault. It's something I have to get after them to do.

The tech support for our technicians out in the field. It cuts their time down and saves the customer and the company money on time spent troubleshooting a problem.

XOI offers our school a comprehensive solution by enabling access to pictures, live diagnostics, and documents through a link. This helps us tremendously.

Staying up to date with firmware Regularly. Communication is sent via email and we make sure to update when needed

We have started to create a library for troubleshooting documents.This makes it easier to access and reference essential documents and information when needed for class

**What do you like best about XOi?**

It is so easy to use for our field and office professionals. There are so many ways to adapt the workflows. Our customers appreciate it. We have experienced a much greater customer contact with XOI.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

You cannot edit the answer position when we build a multiple-choice answer. It would be helpful to see that improvement. Other than that, our only dislike is that we didn't start using it sooner.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have better open communication with our customers. When the workflows are sent to our customers, they can review the pictures, videos, and notes we made at their property. We have seen a higher approval of our estimates because of this.

**What do you like best about XOi?**

Everything I love how easy it is to work how. I love how we can easily share pictures and information with homeowners. It allows a homeowners to see what we see without actually being there.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

I have no complaints at all. Very great product. Looking forward to what the future holds so we can grow together. Hopefully everything works out. We never have any complaints.

Allows us to easily share pictures and information with homeowners who may or may not be home at the time of service and allow us to take videos and notes so we can share them and easily make recommendations

Taking pics and videos of the services that we provide and getting them to our customer so that it shows transparency.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

Getting our customers to open the hyperlink on the invoice so that they understand the services we have provided.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting our findings and taking videos and pictures so that our customers can see the things we check and not just rely on our word. It also allows owners or managers of field personnel to see what our techs are visiting, and we can document the age of an A/C, what part failed, or other things.

XOi eliminates many questions our backend office has for technicians regarding materials they used and if a service request is complete. It also assists our customer in understanding the systems.

**What do you dislike about XOi?**

There isn't really anything to dislike about this technology.

**What problems is XOi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XOi is helping us communicate with our field technicians to capture safety concerns, important notes on customer locations with pictures to easily identify what they are tying to communicate.
