  ### 1. User friendly but when there is an issue, support is terrible.

**What do you like best about Zego?**

The ability to maneuver within is very user friendly.  The integration of payments and actions is in real time is optimal for better operations.

**What do you dislike about Zego?**

Support...support...suport. or the lack thereof.  When a ticket is submitted there is always a generic responseand shortly thereafter another generic response stating that the issue has been resolved.  This happens without any communication and no actual resolution.

**What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zego is not solving any problems.  It is simply our payemtn integration partner.  The dop down on the above question only has one option that we do not use Zego for.  I could not proceed without clicking that invalid option.

**What do you like best about Zego?**

The ease of invoicing and the integration. The new bonus system is nice too.

**What do you dislike about Zego?**

I really don't have complaints about Zego.

**What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zego is simplying our payment portal and making it easy to process and apply payments, as well as handle NSF payments and search via reports

System is easy for the teams to use and offers training webinar to be taken at their convenience.

**What do you dislike about Zego?**

Sometimes customer service can be slow to respond or update, but this has been getting better.

**What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow quick processing of resident payments.

**What do you like best about Zego?**

Our residents love the convenience and security of having a smart home.  It takes the rental experience to the next level and they feel less like they live in an apartment and more like house ownership.

**What do you dislike about Zego?**

The location settings aren't as manipulatable as we would like.

**What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No major issues.  We have been able to make back our investment by bumping rents $10 per month.
