**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

FieldPulse does an excellent job of keeping my IT Service Business on track. It handles Scheduling, Customer and Site Management, Estimating and Invoicing. The two-way sync with Quickbooks Online works seamlessly and when we do run into any questions or issues the Customer Service has been absolutely excellent. The mobile app is well thought out and works well for my technicians. We've tried a number of other FSM Solutions over the years and so far FieldPulse is the best we've used to date.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

No solution is perfect and we've run into a few business flow issues where we've had to implement workarounds to fit our need, but thankfully FieldPulse is VERY flexible so that hasn't been a big problem.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldPulse takes care of our Scheduling, Customer and Site Management, Estimating, Invoicing and Site Documentation. The two-way sync with Quickbooks Online makes sure our financials stay on-track and the Mobile App lets our technicians keep the office up-to-date with what's going on in the field.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

In the midst of switching to using FieldPulse for running a Plumbing Company, any questions, issues, problems, etc., are answered and resolved quickly using their chat support.  This has made adjusting to the newness, ease of integration and use so much better than previous times.   Once you get through the initial learnings, it flows nicely.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Not all of our customer information transferred due to porting issues,  but thats not just a FieldPulse issue.  Would like there to be an options to merge customer files as some are duplicates which creates confusion.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

FieldPulse is an awesome scheduling app, it streamlines our business need effortlessly; which is great as we utilise it everyday. Its interface is very user-friendly and we have found that its multiple features are also really helpful.
Their Customer Support is second to none, Dominick has saved my bacon many times and is a wealth of information :-D

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I would like the ability to save report templates and have them easily accessible. You need to go through a number of steps to access saved/custom report templates, it should have it's own category.
We dislike that there is not a specific section on the schedule page for unassigned jobs.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling our Plumbers with ease.
Customer and job histories are easily accessible.
Customer Communication Templates provide consistency, and this benefits us  in the ability to provide great service to everyone easily.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Creating jobs and customer profiles is very easy. I also love being able to easily communicate with clients via email and SMS. Fast and effective communication is key for dispatching.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The only thing I wish was different is being able to create a customer profile when creating a job. If that could somehow be combined that would be perfect

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldPulse is extremely straight forward and easy to use. I just started using it 4 days ago and I feel confident while using the program.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

We recently switched from a different software, fieldpulse is a dream when it comes to software. It is very user friendly and very easy to get set up. There two way integration with quickbooks is amazing as i found myself double entering with other softwares. The custom status feature comes in super handy to keep all of your jobs organized. I am still pretty new to the software but so far it is amazing! The customer support team is amazing, there is a chat available in your fieldpulse account which has come in super handy as well. Our on boarding trainer, Andrea was super helpful and dealt with all of my million questions. We use fieldpulse everday for work orders, estimates and invoicing. Being able to use all the same features throughout their mobile app is such a time saver and way easier on the office staff!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There are a few features that were on our old software that i have recommended to the customer support, but not necessary features. For example being able to enter a cheque for multiple invoices would be super helpful!

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldpulse is solving quite a few issues for us such as; We didn't have access to a mobile version of our old system. So being able to be mobile while creating estimates and invoices is super handy and helps us with our time management. Fieldpulse is also helping our company in a  huge way through there custom status feature. I used to have a excel chart with clients names and how there jobsite was proceeding but now i can do that all in one software. 
Another great feature that i utilize every day would be the booking portal, my email no longer is filled up. Our bookings go right into the lead section in fieldpulse which is super handy and there is no double entering!

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

What is there not to like. Yes its simple but complex enough for the small businesses and the larger ones the same. This is my second time using the software and so far everyone i've delt with has been super helpful and polite even though i asked 100 questions before i understand sometimes. Ive also used 4 other CMR and FSM softwares and nothing beats this underdog team of awesome people that will soon be the number one software for all service businesses around. FieldPulse is the only customer service people i enjoy to conversate with about issues i have, and they always have the answer i need everytime!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Not much i can put in this question field but if i had to put something it would be the price for the user licenses. I understand the 99 for the first user but for us small and just starting businesses it would be nice to add a couple people to the software that they can log in and use for a smaller amount than the 60 per user. Maybe charge in a tiered structure so the little man has a chance to have the help but the bigger compaines can help offset the cost with alot more employees and bigger revenue. Thats about all the bad i can say though because if the platform needs something all you need to do is ask them and if it seems helpful for most of the platform users then they usually make an update with it added in for everyone to use.

It gives me a business view first thing in the morning and also helps keep up with who ive talked with and what jobs are being finished. Using the automation really helps to communicate to my customers while im actually out in the field working like everyone else.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

FieldPulse's customer service is unmatched. Immediate support with a very conveient human chat finction. No bots, a real human that is there and ready to help in any way they can, or get you in touch with the person who can. This paltform is extremeyl eaasy to use and easy to implement with our new team memebers. It integrates very well with Quickbooks.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Certain features could be expanded on for larger project based customers. The inventory and Purchase order features I feel could use the most work.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Day to day schduling of 15-20 crews and keeping all of that time tracked to individual projects is a huge benefit to useing the platform. Easy communication of job and custoemr details to the tech in the field.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Fieldpulse has the flexibility for Pro Pool Team to use it in a way that works for our business.  The competitors locked you in to their way of doing things which did not work for us.   It has centralized the workflows for recurring monthly clients as well as our one off repair clients.   The support is awesome.  We had a few issues during the start up, and Holly stuck with it and all issues were resolved.   She went above and beyond in taking care of us.  Highly Recommend.

We do have a few issues with the engage phone system. We feel that these issues are being addressed and will be worked out as we move forward

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldpulse allowed us to support are monthly clients along with our one off pool repair and installation clients.  We were stuck using pool related software prior to Fieldpulse.   Fieldpulse puts it all under one umbrella.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I love that FieldPulse is user friendly. I have used other systems in the past that charged much more than FieldPulse and I could never figure out how to use them so I wound up cancelling those subscriptions. FieldPulse has always been very user friendly and if I am ever having trouble figuring out how to do something, their customer service team is extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. I use FieldPulse every single day and am able to create estimates, change those estimates to invoices when I need to, as well as record payments in the system.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There is not much that I dislike about this system. Sometimes I do feel as though I would like to see some more features for companies that are transitioning from a small business into a larger company, but it is possible that there are some features that I am not yet aware of.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldPulse allows me to track all of my business transactions in one place. I am able to create estimates and change those estimates to invoices once the customer has decided to use my company for their project. I am also able to create invoices or receipts without first creating an estimate. I am able to record payments in the system, make notes on customer's accounts, add users as needed, etc.

Other softwares take your suggestions or problems and put them into a queue and then it could be weeks or years before they get to them.  FieldPulse is FAST with their improvements

Nothing negative so far.  They are quick to catch up to Service Titan so I have no doubt that the few shortcomings will be improved soon

I like that fieldpulse is very user friendly and it allows us to organize and assign jobs and record pictures and comments within the job itself.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

It glitches occasionally, where jobs will come unlinked from their projects. It's a very large program so it's very hard to run on a phone consistently. Customer service isn't usually very helpful. They always blame the 'engineering' team, even for questions about 'how to', etc.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Fieldpulse, we would write a list for each electrician to complete that day. Lists would get lost sometimes, and there was no way to keep track of work done, or issues that arise. Fieldpulse allows us to keep much better records for our jobs.

After many months of testing and being a little hesitant, today is our first going live using the program and I-pads in the field. As of right now I am very impressed and wondering why we did not do this sooner. We had a few hiccups at start but the customer service people were right on it and helped us out. It is a great experience so far. Highly recommend this for any business needing to streamline the way they operate.

There is a-lot to take in. Recommend doing it in small steps.

Using to many different programs to complete one task. Field pulse combines it all into one.

My first week wasn't very good. I had issues with my customer service.  I was ready to give up! However, after emailing and chatting with some folks in management, I was given a new customer service rep. Holly Shelton became my rep. And she has been amazing! She got my onboarding set up and answered all my questions promptly. She saved FieldPulse for me. I am now using the program, and it's good for businesses of any size. And now I would rate their customer service as excellent. I use it every day.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

My main one is I can't use my alphanumeric work order numbers. I hope they come up with an update where you can customize your work order numbers.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to streamline my business and help clear up all the clutter. Plus I want to use the mobile aspect so I don't have to wait until I get back to the office to complete my paperwork.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

We are a small IT and audiovisual services business who needed a combination of a field service manager with some light CRM integrations. Our clients love how polished our inoices and estimates look, and the automated messaging functionality has been configured to send our Google review link. This small change in our workflow has landed us 27% more reviews on Google than previous months without FP implementation. Their customer support team is helpful and knowledable, although they are most easily reached by the website chat feature.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The customer support team is mainly reachable through the text 'chat' functionality on the website rather than a phone number or email address. I am a small business with most of the new clients reaching out to my phone, rather than going to a generic number with a scheduler/secretary. I wish there was a way to import my phone contacts into FieldPulse within the mobile app. I have exported and importated my contacts from phone already, I just wish there was an easy way to 'copy over' contacts from the iOS app into the FP app without doing duplicate data entry.

Creating a job on the fly in the field can take longer than some clients want to sit around and wait for. This is an organizational issue within our company as I (the owner) sometimes forget to add jobs to FP and have to start from square one while client is waiting to checkout. New habits take time to build and I am used to putting our jobs on Google calendar still.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldpulse is solving my manual invoice creation process, particularly with the ease of use to a customer email or SMS message. The signature step helps my clients and I feel more secure, as well as somewhat legally bound to our obligations to eachother.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Our team uses Field Pulse for our every day scheduling, tracking, estimates, and invoices. Great support when we have questions. Everything can be edited. In other software programs, items got locked and you couldn't go back and make changes. Field Pulse is helpful that way.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The pricebook that comes with Field Pulse is very generic. Editing items in the pricebook after we create them is time-consuming. Timeheets is not very detailed. We still have to use our other time-tracking software to back up timesheets. My techs can't show their breaks, or a breakdown of time on the job.  I have to manually put theor time in for payroll, it doesn't sunc to qb. Some of our invoices/estimates don't sync to QBO, I have to reach out to support and that's time-consuming.

not a whole lot the only thing that ill says is that its simple yes but it also permissions for roles in office is lacking also the time in and out is glichy with location

FieldPulse was easy to get started, and the team was very supportive during the process. We've been able to utilize FieldPulse to complete all our estimates, invoices, and the integration with Quickbooks is a huge bonus. They make it easy to see where your time and money is going, which is necessary in this business to be successful.

Nothing. If someone isn't tech savvy it might be difficult, but they have an entire team standing by to help.

FieldPulse helps with all the admin work- scheduling, estimates, invoices, change orders, and customer information. They also help keep track of revenue, item costs, and other necessary information.

From the other provider we used, Field Pulse has been very easy to navigate, and adjust to the change.  Office, to the techs in field it has been easy transition for us.  And the support we have got for any questions has been top notch!

There are small changes we wish they had.  From what we used before, and have asked if they could implement these ideas,  still waiting for a answer to see if they can do this.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

What we have found to like most about FieldPulse is the customer service and dedication from the team to get you answers right away.  This is done via a built in chat function in the software that will get you direct to their team.  We also enjoy the software and its simplicy of use and the FieldPulse internal teams willingness to listen to ideas for future feature updates.  This is a great company that has great software.  If they continue to listen to customers and implement changes based on the customers needs, the sky is the limit for FieldPulse.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

What we dislike most about FieldPulse is their custom software for their VOIP phone system "Engage".  We found many initial challenges like getting a spam free phone number.  This was more on the provider than FieldPulse.  They also resolved this fairly quickly and were able to get us a clean phone number for the business.

Also, regarding their in house phone app, the major issue found is that this software uses the native phone client when handling phone calls.  This means it shows notifying you that it is a business call, but the call log then shows in your native phone call list.  This is not common and typically all calls would be answered within the phone app itself with biggers providers.  This is also very limiting on being able to easily transfer phone calls from the office to the field techs.  I really hope in the future this gets resolved as being in the field is where the most time is spent.  If we are going to have a phone sysytem to support in office and out of office staff, this is must happen in future updates of the software.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldPulse is solving many day to day efficiencies like time tracking to job and on-site, easy autmoated customer communications and triggers, scheduling techs with very busy and always changing schedules, and finally ease of invoiving and recieving payments.  There are many others, but these are the big ones!

Filed pulse is a excellent program for keeping all information on a job centrally located. I run a remodel and handyman crews doing a wide variety of jobs. Usually between 5 and eight per day. Field pulse allows me to bid, corrospond, comment, write work orders. Since i have now been using it for 5 years consistently I find that it is the sinplist way for myself and my techs to perform field work efficiently and consistently

As field pulse is highly customizable this is a difficult question. But currently it is that when writing estimates it constantly asks me to "add item" if my spelling isn't precise while adding items from our prewritten line items. I would prefer it was a option i could turn off and only add line items when i hit a button manually

It is allowing me to keep my information about each specific job easily accessible both while doing the job as well as being easily accessed for warrenties or billing questions.

Program is intuitive, and the team at FieldPulse listens to their customers requests. Best CRM I have ever used! 

It's never fun to switch CRMs, however FieldPulse was the easiest transition ever. When I am confused, have questions, or feel like something could be improved upon, FieldPulse is responsive, patient, and hears my requests. This company is awesome. I am only a month into using it and I love it more every single day!

Wish each item could have a dedicated photo that shows up on the estimate. But, I hear that is being worked on!

I originally signed up with a FieldPulse competitor but realized I was overpaying for their service. FieldPulse was much more affordable for my small business, so I immediately canceled my service and signed up with FieldPulse instead.

I'm not very tech-savvy, but FieldPulse made it easy for me to jump right in and start managing my business. My onboarding rep was super responsive whenever I had questions about some of the features I was unsure of. This enabled me to quickly set up new clients, manage proposals and active jobs, see my profitability per job, and so much more. 

I haven't been using the system for a long time, but I can already tell that it will increase my business and profits. Choosing FieldPulse was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my business.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I guess the only downside is having to purchase the add-ons, such as FieldPulse Engage, which added to my monthly cost. But even with that added cost, it's still way more affordable than any other field service management software available.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldPulse solved my problem with organization. I used to communicate with my clients via FB Messenger, Instagram DM's, and text messaging. This made everything so confusing. FieldPulse enabled me to have everything in one location, so accessing client data, conversations, quotes, photos, and completed jobs streamlined my whole operation.

FieldPulse replaced our other field management software. It is comprehensive and has reduced all the patforms we were using to one easy tool.  The customer service responds within a few minutes to answer questions about the platform. The app is so nice! The cusomter support knows their software and has been a great help through this process.

I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it has been a little overwhelming learning where everything is and how to find it.  As the person setting everything up for our company, it can feel a little daunting. But the customer support is what has helped me the most. They are very knowledgeable about their platform and how to find what you need. They are readily available to answer any questions I have had.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I have been using FieldPulse service for a short period of time. We are a Railway Signalling Subcontractor. We have many minor divisions of work for example, maintaining small construction sister concern branches, sending invoices, tracking their results, requesting bills to clients etc. All these facilities are on one platform. As if this service was created only for us! So far, this platform has reduced a lot of costs for our company, besides that its customer care service is terrific. I hope they remain the same after they become more extensive.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There has to be an offline mode in case the internet is down. Sometimes the system gets slow in case of bulk email sending to clients. Apart from that, everything seems to be perfect. Sometimes Software updates are slow. And pricing should be reduced for long-term customers. I wish I was able to add more than one form in the app when I am in the field so I would not have to carry any paperwork.

They could do something with the customized coloring of the system. Apart from these minor issues, everything seems to be great.

We mainly use it for billing purposes and sending invoices.  Before each billing cycle ends, we send reminder emails through the system to our local contractors. And the system tracks it wonderfully. We also use it for big construction railway equipment tracking like big cranes, Railway trolleys etc.
We also send  sms alerts to our field engineers, this software helps to make bulk sms. Another wonderful benefit is this software has tax calculation system. For our each kind of product, the tax is different so once we input the raw tax percentage, it can automatically calculate the final figure. We also connect to smaller subcontractors. As it is a JICA japanese project, so every activity has to have a hard copy submission. We have 5 mini subcontractors, one main client and thousands of document parcel sending activities. This Ecosystem helps us to synchonise everything.

I utilize FieldPulse as our CRM, and so much more for our small business!  Their customer service has been stellar on every level! We love the ease in scheduling, and how well everything works together. We have definitely shopped around after 3 years, thinking the grass would be greener on the other side in an effort to save money.  I won't mention the name on the "other side", but we are sticking with FieldPulse after doing our research! I personally use this system EVERY single day and it is so easy to customize and learn!

I wish the Square integration would still direct send the payment link through the FieldPulse invoice, rather than needing both apps. We do like the extra payment types available with the payment processing Square is offering over the other more fully integrated service we've been using to process payments.

I love the custimization of bid forms for your own company layout. I also like the ease of creating proposals and how easy it is to reorganize or edit them. The template creator makes puting together big quotes less time consuming. This software is definitely helping our productivity!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The biggest drawback for me, as an estimator, is the Line Items catalogue. Every single different line item I create has to be catalogued which ends up creating a huge caalogue of very similar line items. You should be able to create a line item from a standard line item in the catalogue and just make small changes to fit your proposal need without having to save every little difference.

The biggest benefit using FieldPulse for me, is the consistency in proposals built between different users to keep our clients informed well. Then, my company loves that the line items can be tracked with progress reports and all awarded projects billing information syncs with our accounting software seamlessly.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Fieldpluse is a single tool which provides ease of use to its end customers who are not trained & parallelly to the internal development team who helped in implementing the tool within the unit. We have purchased limited license (core features covered) for Proof of Concept activity in remote offshore sea oil drill location which needed cost effective platform supporting 20 users around (daily usage) . Integration to other support application was minimal (primarily via Ariba). Customer support for L1 level was only used that too for minimal customisation

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I would say $99 per User License may be a bit more for small enterprises which are the primary customer base for the FieldPulse but having said that few companies are able to operate due to the multiple features provided by the product like Assets, Billing, Pulse Fleet Tracking, Pricebook etc.

We have used multiple features of FiledPulse primarily in Field Service activities which needed contiuous reporting, Employee timesheet (offgrid mode), Custom Forms based on the field need etc. We were able to benefit to large extent based on the features supported by the tool.

I love that I can log in anywhere from any device and see what is going on with my employees and scheduled jobs. It makes it easy to conduct Business on the go.

The only thing I can say I am not a fan of is the lag. Often the application is prolonged. Having the speed needed to move freely from one application to the next would be nice, also they update the platform without notifying you. This makes it hard for a work day. It would be nice if they did that after hours or in the least gave you a heads up.

It has allowed us to go paperless. That help's our employees and the planet, and fewer office supplies are being purchased.

FieldPulse offers multiple ways to view, look up, and process all of your daily business activiities. It is a straight forward user-friendly system that offers lightning fast answers to any questions through the support chat. I am literally in the system all day long and its ease of use makes my day run smoothly.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Sometimes the system lags or freezes. I wish the calendar views were laid out a little differently. I also wish it were easier to create reoccurring appointments on an annual basis.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves scheduling challenges across 3 cities for multiple techs in the field. At a glance, it is easy to see if an appt can be added to the day. It is also a great tool for future scheduling of maintenance clients. It also allows techs to utilize a mobile app for routing as well as collecting payment.

very user friendly with a lot of options that HCP does not offer. I switched from HCP to FP as FP seem more geared towards contractors who want direct ways of performing tasks rather than searching for a work around like i found to be common with HCP. The pricebook has a nice look to it and can be matched with your company colors along with estimated & invoices. The support team was eager to get me onboarded and have been very helpful so far!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

i would like to see a way to have a view of your Gross Profit Margin when building out services in your pricebook. I just back check mine manually which is not a big deal. Just a side note, you can enter a GPM when doing a quick estimate etc.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has streamlined what House call pro would not. For example, adding a deposit on a job has been a long struggle with a couple of work arounds with HCP but they add plently of new features prior to their existing features being 100%. FP has  small details in place that is just so nice to have!

We use FieldPulse daily as a customer database as well as scheduling. I felt integrating this new system was relatively simple and user friendly. I appreciate that FieldPulse offers a scheduling and routing feature in the same space as a customer data base. It has minimized the amount of services we use in our day-to-day operations. I also really appreciate how quickly we're able to gain resolution when dealing with any issues within FieldPulse.

I do not like that updates tend to happen in the middle of a work day, for obvious reasons. I think this is due to the time difference between our office and theirs.

FieldPulse is very easy to use and has a good flow from start to finish. Implementation was easy and customer support has been very responsive. I'm using all of the FP add ons and a few of the third party add ons and the integration has been seamless.

I'm mostly disappointed that forms, checklist, contracts, and agreements are not an integrated feature. Having to build these in another software and then import it is tiresome. I wish this would be updated. FP doesn't integrate with CompanyCam, this would be a great addition.

We do a wide variety of work for customers and it is so helpful to keep track of them, and be able to search for past work orders to find relevant information for repeat customers. The ability to send estimates and invoices from your account but make it look like they came from your work email is awesome. I also enjoy the fact that you can create a next occurence for a work order so if there needs to be a separate follow up you can track it through two work orders.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There is a few downsides to Field Pulse that I have discovered so far, two in particular is not having an offline mode to take payments or view work orders, and the other one being that it is required to have the zip code match the credit card info to process payments. Many of my customers use company cards and they don't know the billing address so that makes the process a little longer to finalize payments.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field Pulse solves the issues that we have had in our business trying to have one software that covers the needs of all our different service job types. We have a variety of services we offer and we have finally found a software that will work well for all of them.
