**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I work pretty late at night sometimes, and having around the clock nearly instant customer support chat is amazing. There are times where I just need a human to help me, and they never disappoint.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Honestly, I haven't really experienced anything that I dislike.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a map where I can schedule my appointments from is great. I also didn't realize there were problems I was even having until FieldPulse started to solve issues that were unknown to me--like sub-tasks on jobs.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

The Field Pulse team from the very first day made an impression on us that was second to none.  Danny from Field Pulse who started up our account was quick to get us up and running without any delays.  We were then intruduced to Noor who spent several weeks training myself and our team on the transition from House Call Pro to Field Pulse.  I can not put into words how helpful she was and making us feel like we were the only ones she was taking care of.  Her communications with us was always spot on and all the questions we had she was able to answer or get a quick answer to all of them.  She walked us thru all the features the software had and once we were able to get the basics down the software just opened up to us and became easier and easier to implement.  Our office staff and our technicians use the software everyday and the ability to record our calls, save all the customer text messages, document the progress of the jobs through photos  have enabeled us to give really good support to our customers.  The ability to let our customers know we are on our way for each job has enabled us to continue to set ourselves apart from many of our competitors. Once we were able to take the training wheels off with the software we then moved into the next phase of their customer support.  I was wishing to keep Noor to ourselves but she insured me that the next person would take good care of us to.  We were then introduced to Hannah who is now our main contact with Field Pulse.  The level of commitment she shows towards us is amazing and Noor was correct.  Hannah is a rock star too, just like every other person we have had the privilege to work with at Field Pulse.  From sending in Loom videos to help with software improvements or using the chat bubble to ask questions everyone has made our switch over to Field Pulse easy.  The integration of moving over 2000 customers I thought was going to be a nightmare but the integration was easy and worth the effort that it did take.  No regrets from our side.  Our company runs around 5000 jobs a year and Field Pulse is making it easier to track and manage all aspects of our business.  I could write a book on how they have taken care of us but just want to say.  Thank you Field Pulse.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Some aspects of the more detailed features (Maintenance Agreements, Reoccurring billing, Contracts and PDFs) are cumbersome but I know they are working on improving them.

Hands down the Customer Service team. They're always willing to help and any issues I have is usually some little thing that I overlooked or did incorrectly.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Typical software glitches that plague every software service. While few and far between for me, I do see some people that seem to have more problems than others. I suspect user error, but you never really know why some of these things happen.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, customer communications. Communication touchpoints are by far the most important aspect of a service business. It definitely sets me apart from my competition. Second is ease of use while working, scheduling jobs, estimating, invoicing and collecting payments. It's all seamless and easy to use.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I love the number of features FieldPulse has to offer. They are easy to use, once you have it down it is easy to implement them to your business needs. They also come along with your for training and do video calls to intergrate your needs as well. If you ever do need any help their customer service is top notch!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Since you will be using FieldPulse on a daily it is likely that every now and again something is going to come up. You will have hiccups a long the way but so far everytime I contact customer service someone is there to help.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially got FieldPulse because we needed a scheduling software but we get so much more .

This system was fairly simple to learn .

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The cost is more than we would have liked. We are a smal business and do not have alot of funds for this kind of thing. The only other thing I would like to see if somekind of structured follow up instead of a work around kind of thing.

We are able to create jobs, estimate & invoices from the customer record. It is integrated with the phone system. Calendaring, sending appointment reminders and much more is all in there. I love the ease of it al.

Cardpoint credit card processing - do use this - use the FP credit card option instead. 
The mobile app has not offline version

Fieldpulse has solve the problem of keeping customer communications and job notes organized and in the same place. It makes estimating and invoice super easy and it organizes almost all facets of our business.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I love the mobile integration.  Creating an estimate, scheduling a job, or creating an invoice is a snap on my phone.  The app is intuitive and well laid out.  The estimate and invoice templates are clear and responsive to a variety of devices.  My clients love them.  Fantastic and responsive customer service.  The staff is eager to help find a solution and very understanding.  Also, it's so simple to pull up a scheduled job and map it in the preferred navigation app.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

It's not free!  Sometimes features or settings are buried in the software and it takes too long to update something like an automation or an autofilled text communication.  I've become more accustomed to it, but it can be a lot.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of maintaining an accurate list of services and their prices; makes estimating easy; keeps track of all my customers and the data associated with their jobs helping me stay efficient.

The simplicity of the system both on the office / web end and the app for the technicians makes using it that much better. Then there is the customer service that is extremely helpful and responsive

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There are some newer reporting features that don't have things like sorting in the way that some other apps have. But it is being updated and understand its still in beta. Other than that i have no other dislikes.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

It helps to facilitate the process from sales proposal to invoicing, and helps projects move through the organization in a single application. Customer support is very responsive and I feel like they are willing to jump on the phone or email about issues and pass them up the chain to their engineering team to look into specific issues we are encountering.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

It doesn't sync very well with Quickbooks Desktop and it has been a struggle to get information to sync properly. I spent way too much time getting it "right" and have just accepted it is going to be a struggle getting them to talk to each other properly.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication from sales creating proposals and providing status updates, to handing off to scheduling has been greatly improved. It is really simple to have the techs use the app in the field, take pictures, and provide really detailed information to both the customer and our internal team. Invoicing projects when completed is also quite simple. You can even accept payments through FieldPulse at a pretty good cost compared to other payment processors; however, expect some delays on receiving payments.

I was hesitant to move from Paypal and my spreadsheets for tracking my invoices, but once the transition is made, there is no going back!  The integration of customer tracking, proposals, invoicing, communicating, and taking payment is more than I could have hoped for.  This service will make a professional out of me despite myself:-)

Engage is a little clunky as it is being built, but the customer service team is responsive and my needs are being adressed.

The final stage of developing my business is of course, the sale of my business....FieldPulse is allowing me to package the business in a way that is going to make it easy to transition to the buyer.

The best thing about FieldPulse is how quickly they respond when you need help. Someone is always available to field questions, which is huge especially if this is your first time using a CRM.

Everything!  Their customer service is unmatched.  The interface is so easy to use , learn and understand.  I have only had one issue so far and I got on a chat with their customer support and with in minutes the guy had my issue fixed entirely.

I wish there more of the same options as the program we came from but the point is to be simple so I understand there isnt.  Ill get used to it.  I dont dislike anything about fieldpulse.

I like the ease it has to create and recieve PO's. Also eaiser to invoice customers directly and apply payment. 
Their customer support has always been helpful with anything i've needed.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Still finding a couple of glitches, for example everytime you search a specific customer and click them to open their profile sometimes it will take you to a completely different customer. But they are actively working on it and it has gotten better since we first launched

They are working one the search software so you can find and open customer profiles easier. They also added the feature for us to have serialized inventory and be able to recieve them as well.

We have been going through the onboarding process for a couple of months, and everything has been seamless. Every person we have worked with from Sales reps to onboarding specialists have been knowledgeable, professional, and honest.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Simply, it is so robust, its going to take a while to get used to. But in a good way. Coming from a software that was very limited, we're excited about it.

The ability to streamline how many different apps we have to use to operate our business. Additionally, having the ability to track and do more robust reporting.

The software is pretty easy to understand. The parts I didn't understand were quickly explained by the incredible support team.

Not much so far. I'm really pretty impressed with everything.

Loosing track of paper tickets and trying to make invoices. Simplifies it greatly.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I trialled a number of similar programs, and have now been using fieldpulse for a number of months. Fieldpulse is more adaptive to my business than other similar programs as it is more fluid and has more custom / changeable fields. The app is also very user friendly for my staff.

The customer service has also been great to date, and the team are evry responsive to any issues. The training is great, and there is always someone to take a one-to-one call to show me how to do things.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The one downside is that it is not local to Australia. While this does not affect their customer service, the charges are international, so I receive additional bank fees with the monthly charges. This is a minor issue, and the only negative I have for the program.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving. I have a lot of repeat customers. Recurring jobs are easy to set up and modify. Customer messages are easy to set up and automatically send.

Scheduling is what we utilize the most and has been made easier by utilizing FieldPulse.  It is easy enough for our new people to understand quickly.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I would like Fieldpulse to be able to pop up a notification when a scheduled assignment is starting soon. That would take it over the top in my opinion.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to schedule our installers and create ticketing and keep track of installation information via photos. This helps us refer back to an installation to find where things were put and we can quickly fix things we need to.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Fieldpulse allows me to keep track of everything in one place. I am able to track customer communication, when i send estimates and invoices. I am able to keep track of acceptance of estimates and payments of invoices. Things don't get lost in the shuffle with Fieldpulse!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

LIke any software, the information you get out is only as good as what you put in. Creating item lists for my estimates take time, but it is not a difficult process.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before Fieldpulse it was very labor intensive to keep track of estimates and invoices. This allows everything in one place. Also be creating items and pricing i am able to quickly create estimates for customers where pricing is already saved.

There are many different systems that can be built in. It makes customer communication so much easier, as well as dispatching our installers.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There are a couple of things that I wish FieldPulse could do. One being that I wish we could send attachments and embedded links as part of the automated emails, and the other being the ability to build quotes without having wifi or cell service.

Kristian Shirallie answered ALL of our questions and got us up and running in a short amount of time.

I would prefer if there were more options to customize the invoices and estimates that the customers see.

FieldPulse allows us to organize our customers fairly easily by being able to have different Billing and Service addresses.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

The software is great, and has helped us tremendously. Previous software was a challenge to get accurate reporting and was a nightmare for accounting. Their support has been nothing short of outstanding! They have gone well above and beyond to help integrate our custom requirements. With a great mobile app and integration to QuickBooks, my staff are easily able to update tickets in the field, invoice the client, collect payment, close the ticket and everything flows to QuickBooks. Client and ticket history is maintained easily and there isn't any duplicate data entry.

Booking portal does not have enough options for our needs. We have different arrival time windows for different types of service calls. FieldPulse only offers 1 option for an arrival time window, so we have to use a 3rd party booking system, and use Zapier to send over the appointments. Would really appreciate it if the API allowed all fields to be addressable, so integrations could fully integrate.

Love the integrated scheduling, ticketing, invoicing, payments, and syncronization with QuickBooks. Those features save hours every day of double-entry. The mobile app is terrific, and easy to use. Zapier integration and API allow use with other software.

Field pulse has changed the way we work in our company. We went from calling for dispatch to being able to schedule a service on an employee and they know the minute we schedule it. It has freed up a ton of time routing drivers and It also has helped the technicians with their paperwork and pictures for jobs they completed. We use this program every day and it was very easy to implement, it only took about a week for everyone to get used to in. It works fantastically with quickbooks sync so there was no hassle there. They always help in a reasonable amount of time with issued that you have with the program. All I can say is this program is life changing for small busines's.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I don't really have any downsides. If your using it as a time clock as well you can't fix an employees hours if they are currently clocked in. You have to clock them out, fix the issue, clock them in again and manually adjust the time.

Scheduling, time clocks, managing employees times more affectivley and creating tasks for them to complete in their down time.

I love the ease of use of FieldPulse for both the office staff and the field techncians, everything is laid out neatly and makes using the platform easy. I also love how easy it is to assign different technicians to jobs and adjust their time entries. On top of that, I like the feature of the job page breaking down the actual travel time and actual job duration time, it makes keeping track of job completion averages very easy. I also like that the app is user friendly and I can see the schedule clearly while I am out and that I can create a job while on the go.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I don't like that I can't unhide a job that I created on the app and I wish there was an easier way to keep track of invoices and better history tracking on invoices, estimates, and projects. For example, if I update a project from "current project" to "report workflow" my coworkers cannot see in the history that I made the change or when the change was made.

FieldPulse is a lot more user friendly and a budget friendly option compared to our previous CRM and the integreation of Engage helped us reduce not only our CRM costs but also our phone bill.

Love all of the features they're developing and their reporting is extremely dynamic, which is awesome. Their mobile app for the techs is the best mobile app I've used up to this point and have got zero complaints from techs on it, which is a feat in and of itself haha. Their customer support is awesome and extremely quick to respond!

There are definitely some bugs they're working through with a lot of the products their developing and have already run into issues with that within a few weeks of using them. Workflows in the office can be a little clunky and not completely fleshed out, especially in regards to business units/classes. Really wish it had more gatekeeping abilities for the technician's jobs, but hopefully it will be an update in the future. The phone system integrated with Field Pulse is absolutely terrible and would not recommend using it until it's upgraded or they go with a new system. It's just not dynamic in the slightest and extremely basic.

FieldPulse is very intuitive and user friendly. There are many automated features that you can turn on or off that reduce your workload. FieldPulse helps  keep our company organized and the customer support is fantastic.

The reporting features are not as intuitive as the rest of the program. Simple reports such as payment totals or marketing/lead reports feel a bit overwhelming to run. We are currently trying to build out templates for them given that there are too many steps/filters to apply each time you want to run a report.

FieldPulse is making estimating, invoicing and scheduling accepted work simple. It definitely keeps us organized with their customer base and linking all invoices and estimates under the customer name etc. The schedule feature is great as well with being able to put in internal meetings and tasks and well as accepted projects. The preloaded addresses  are very helpful when entering clients. It makes entering clients much faster when speaking with them on the phone. It's benefiting us by keeping us organized and being able to navigate our customers quickly and with ease.

I love fieldpulse most days, it has been a huge part of our business. It has taken a lot of the BS out of using paper. Storing photos and files in multipe filing cabinets, drawers etc. I like the new features and the willingness to help a small business. 99% of the time help is at your finger tips. It has been a lifesavers many times when it comes to another builder stating we did not do something.....YOU just pull up the customer file and show them the photo that was taken and BOOM.....they close their mouth. I love that so much.
