It saves so much time for our staff. Clients can handle simple tasks themselves, like downloading certificates or checking policy details. Plus, it integrates with our agency management system (HawkSoft).

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

It doesn’t offer much customization, and some policy changes still require staff involvement.

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

CSR24 Has speedy  Distribution when domains are know,  CSR24 is 22% ineffective in distributing certificates to domains or public entities, or external shielding. I have to print blocked certificates to the desktop and attach individually to my Outlook email.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

Need more field space to write.  Need more field space to write distribution cover notes.

**What problems is Applied CSR24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was told by the Help Desk that the next upgrade will take steps to prevent the 20+ year old "write back" error.  Or, find a way to allow the user some evidence that there was an interruption or that the table index did not update.  Additionally, a stroke counter would be a great feature to add.  It used to exist in TAM in a report version.  From and E&O perspective, a true audit trail similar to AM360.  It records every keystroke, backspace, et.

One common dislike about Applied CSR24 is its occasionally outdated user interface, which can feel unintuitive and cumbersome to navigate, slowing down user productivity

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

I love the certificate issuance portion, but also the potential integrations into client portals and mobile apps.  It's a way to make insurance more accessible to our clients, and in a way that they *want* to receive the information.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

Some of the interface is clunky on the admin end -- I feel like things aren't necessarily where I would intuitively search for them.

**What problems is Applied CSR24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certificate Issuance is the biggest one, and where we started utilizing CSR24.  We are in the process of using CSR24 as the gateway to our client portal and applied mobile app, enabling us to interact with our clients the way they want.

My only complaint using CSR24 is occasionally there is delay in processed items appearing in Agency management system.

I don't dislike anything at all, it was a great product.

The best part of utilizing Applied CSR24 is the ability for our insureds to access documents without involving our staff. Being able to pull their records, provides them with a quicker turnaround on things that they may be needed immediately.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

As with all things, programs always need to make adjustments on recommendation of the agents using it day in and day out. Applied is amazing with implementing any new ideas and suggestions to make improvments regularly.

CSR24 allows our clients to access their COIs at anytime which is something we would get multiple requests daily.

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

This software makes it easy to tell if my remote coworker and I were working on the same client certificate so I can quickly tell before I accidentally send out a duplicate.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

It is easy for templates to get lost due to inaccurate dates entered by other users so sometimes to find what you need you may need to do an extra step by clicking “all” on status/type

**What problems is Applied CSR24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits are that I can see if a customer followed up on a request after the first certificate was issued in CSR, so I know there was a time lapse and another is not needed. Sometimes the search bar has to be manually expanded for every time I go to issue anything instead of just sticking for an entire day

Really go through the training and set up courses. That is the key to success with this CRM. The system is only as good as the info put in.

more time for CSR to call and proactively service customers because they don't need to submit certs or other docs to the insured. The insured gas access to it via the web app and our csrs can focus on solving other problems

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

Applied CSR24 provides our clients with access to there information without our staff having to be involved.  The common use if them to get certificates that they need to give to their clients. The clients really like this feature and seem to utilize it frequently.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

We are still getting questions on how to utilize this effectively and not finding the answer on issues trying to use this with our Farm clients. The support for Farm seems to be lacking and something we are being told that is being resolved by the technicians at Applied Systems.  

**Recommendations to others considering Applied CSR24:**

I would really prepare yourself by reviewing the training and making sure that your staff is ready to handle the customer questions shen they try to utilize their access.

We are solving the issue of having to produce certificates for our clients when they can easily now do them on their own with no required help from our staff. Our staff are spending less time providing this service that is now automated and hands-off.

Applied 24 works very well alongside both Tam and Epic agency management systems. Issuing certificates for commercial customers is a breeze compared to how it was before.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

Information flow between ams and csr24 is confusing some if the time. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with where the product is.

Utilize the services and training they offer you. They are invaluable.

Cutting alot of time issuing certificates for large commercial accounts. Can also allow customers access to issue certs themselves.

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

COIs and EOPs issued in CSR24 will be documented automatically in Applied TAM or Applied Epic, this is a MUST from an E&O standpoint. For example: when you issue a COI (or a customer issues a COI) in CSR24, a copy of the document issued be automatically attached to the client file.  Also, CSR24 will generate an activity in your agency management system showing date/time stamp of when COI was issued/sent as well as delivery information and contents of the document.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

My only complaint about CSR24 is quality (or lack thereof) of the information pulled from agency management system when setting up an Evidence of Property Insurance (esp Acord 27).  Very little information is available to pull and use has to enter manually.

**What problems is Applied CSR24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was the administrator of this system at my prior agency.  CSR24 was used as a client portal where insureds could request changes, issue COIs, and contact their service representative in one location.

I like that it pulls the information straight from our database that way i dont have to manually put things in unless i want to.

I dont like that it takes a while to update or link from the system.

It's very efficient for renewals, makes it easier to renew them all at the same time.

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

The client interface is very easy to navigate and requires minimal training. The ease of renewing certificates is also a useful component- especially when it comes to emailing them out of CSR24.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

Not enough integration with Applied Epic- would be useful to have information loaded into CSR24 to transfer back into Epic the way it does the other direction. Some other little tweaks I'd make, but overall, does a great job at file transmission to clients and giving them COI issuing capabilities.

**What problems is Applied CSR24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves the issue of policy transmission via email- instead of having to send encrypted emails (which everyone hates) we are able to send those documents through a secure server. It will end up saving CSRs time at renewal of certificates as well. It's given us the added benefit of saving paper also- emailing more and more certificates and mailing less.

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

I love that Applied CSR24 integrates the client right into the system. The client is able to get real time details, information, and action on their account. This tool really projects an agency into the innovative world. With everyone, especially younger people, going to their smartphones to get things done, having Applied CSR24 really integrates your agency into their lives. 

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

As with anything new, this program will need tweaks and adjustments. But overall it is off to a fantastic start. Applied is great with implementing new ideas, suggestions, and improvements on a regular basis.

**Recommendations to others considering Applied CSR24:**

I would 100% recommend this product to you. Even though it is not perfect, Applied is constantly taking feedback and improving this tool. With the way people do business in the world, CSR24 is honestly a fantastic tool to take your agency to the next level. 

**What problems is Applied CSR24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using CSR24, your agency will profit by having a tool for the client to use directly. Instead of having a person take a phone call, email, or request directly from the insured. The client can  go into CSR24 and request a change, download a policy, and do so many things that the live CSR would usually do. With every improvement made to CSR24, it is less that your employees will have to do in the office.

I love how the insureds can go on and print a certificate themselves. This really helps with bigger accounts that need a certificate everyday. It helps save time and the insured like it because they have some control themselves. They can also see there polices, auto ID cards, and more! 

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

It is kind of complicated to figure out at first. It is not the easier system to use. I believe the software itself can be easier to understand and easier to use, for the insured and the agency.  

**Recommendations to others considering Applied CSR24:**

I would recommend this product. Again, it saves so much time and the insurer really likes being able to go in when they want to look at something.

It really saves with time, which is super important to us. We get a lot loss phone calls on easy stuff like certificates and we can spend more time on helping other customers and quoting more.

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

I like that the customer is able to request COI's.  I also enjoy the fact that previous COI's and holders are easily accessible and easily changed. It is great being able to send a certificate by fax or email right from the system.  No more having to save the document and them email.  You can get it done in one swoop.  Pretty user friendly as well. 

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

I dislike having to set up an evidence from the start,  There are many components that have to be manually entered, which can be time consuming.

I am solving the issue of having multiple certificate requests to complete and being able to easily complete them and send them by fax or email without having to leave my desk.

Allows clients to issue coi’s if need be. Also renewal of coi’s are a breeze.

Needs detailed training to run not easy to use without any training.

I dislike the user friendliness.   Includes a good amount of extra steps in creating evidences and certificates.

We utilize a customer relationship manager software piece specifically made for the industry with cataloging and tracking certain files created by applied Software

**What do you like best about Applied CSR24?**

Easy of access to current account list and immediate notes on upcoming expiring account demographics. The ability to generate a list is simple for the most part and will allow for a bare bones look at your current operation and client base.

**What do you dislike about Applied CSR24?**

Somewhat outdated capabilities and does not offer much more than a customer tickler. Without the ability to have alerts and updates that might lead to new revenues this software misses the mark. It would be great if there was an inter-system notice that could be sent from one CSR to another for possible leads and cross sell opportunities

make sure you have additional ways to track ongoing interactions and related accounts and definitely back everything up!
