I love the company contacts information for each lead.  I also love that Leo syncs with Agency Zoom.

I see no downside of utilizing Leo other than duplicate leads on occasion.

As an independent commercial P&C agent, one of my biggest challenges has always been consistently identifying qualified business leads that match my niche focus without wasting hours on cold outreach or bad data.

Leo is solving that problem by delivering targeted commercial leads that align with the industries I specialize in, like contractors, wholesale distributors, and allied healthcare providers. It's not just a name and number.  Leo is curated info on businesses that are more likely to need insurance help now or in the near future.

The biggest benefits for me:  It’s like having a full-time lead scout working in the background, which frees me up to focus on quoting, selling, and servicing.

LeO has made a noticeable impact on how I run my businesses. I wear a lot of hats as an insurance broker and this platform helps streamline internal communication and boost team engagement in a way that feels personal, not robotic.
What stands out the most is how user-friendly it is. I didn’t need hours of onboarding to understand how to use it, and the features are actually useful. Also, I appreciate how open the LeO team is to feedback and how committed they are to improving the platform. Also, I’ve been using LeO for lead generation, and it’s been a solid addition to my business toolkit. The quality of the leads and the ease of tracking them through the platform has helped me stay organized and close deals faster. It’s efficient, intuitive, and truly supports my client outreach process.

There are a few areas where I’d love to see continued development. Sometimes the integrations feel limited I’d love to see more flexibility or deeper connections with other platforms I already use. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would take the experience from great to truly exceptional.

Using LeO has been a game-changer in how I prospect and strategize for commercial clients. What I like most is how intuitive and purpose-built it feels for insurance professionals. I can pull targeted business lists based on NAICS codes, revenue, mod factors—you name it—and it actually delivers leads that make sense. The ability to cross-sell and uncover underinsured risks is especially helpful when I’m pushing for retention or organic growth

There really aren't any things that I dislike about LeO, at times maybe some of the information is not accurate but it is expected with virtually every software that is out there data mining information regarding businesses.

Instead of piecing together info from multiple databases, LeO centralizes business intelligence in one place. We are able to customize the type of data we are searching for which saves time and money with organic prospecting growth. We spend less time hunting and more time advising, We are able to tailor out outreach with precision, not just by industry, but by risk profile and coverage needs. From filtering your desired target prospect. to analyzing 5000 forms, the updated contact information, the ability to send AI assisted emails from within the tool, it's just cutting edge no one has even come close to!

I am still trying to find one, if anything the 4800 hundred credits you give to an annual subscriber or the 400 a month for the monthly users, yet we understand the reason, because agencies can use the platform for a few months and mine the over 5,000,000 businesses information you guys have access to!

Prospecting and getting the right contact person for every company!

I think that they can be a little more clearer on what the membership fees are and what they cover. it would save the consumer time as well as the comapnies time trying to explain the coverages

Sometime the data can be out of date - not unusual for this type of service but still annoying

What is most helpful about Leo is how many prospects I can download at one time.

**What do you dislike about leO?**

What is least helpful is that the addresses and emails are sometimes wrong. I also think it would be better if you could do custom filters. Instead of only offering 10 minimum employees and then 50 being the next option you should have either more options or can fill it in. Same thing applies for sales of a company.

It is getting me thousands of leads much quicker than I ever could. Though sometimes inaccurate it still provides it

LeO saves so much time when it comes to researching and targeting businesses. The filters are super specific, and the contact info is already verified, which makes outreach more efficient. I also like that it connects to platforms like AgencyZoom.

There is nothing that I dislike about leO.

LeO helps identify X-dates for businesses in the P&C space, which makes prospecting much more targeted. Instead of guessing when a policy is up for renewal, I can reach out at the right time, saving time and improving the chances of booking a meeting or closing a deal.

The platform is very user friendly and it provides multiple data points that are useful for our sales process.

**What do you dislike about leO?**

Some of the data that we use in california is inaccurate or unavailable.  For example, the WCIRB is the rating bureau that governs the workers compensation x-mod in california.  Leo is not integrated with WCIRB so the information is either inaccurate or unavailable.  This ultimately reduces our call/appointment hit ratio.

LeO has been a terrific resource for commercial leads for us. It is easy to use, and we are able to find quality contacts to call and quote.

I don't know of any downsides our team has had with LeO, so far the feedback is great.

How easy it is to use.  I am on the best with new software, but I find using LEO to be very easy.  I can get exactly what I need to open a new case.

the only thing I would add would be under "Contacts", adding a list view.

leO helps me identify my target market clients in the 401k space.  It also gives great insight into company information to help me better position executive benefit planning.

LeO makes prospecting in the commercial space 10× faster. I can filter by industry, size, WC code, renewal dates, and more—then push that data straight into my CRM or email campaigns. The lead quality is solid, and the X-date predictions are accurate enough to time outreach effectively. Their support team is responsive and proactive.

**What do you dislike about leO?**

They do not have a mobile app for apple. That feature would be amazing!

**What problems is leO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're spending less time chasing dead-end leads and more time closing deals. LeO gives us a focused list of businesses we know are up for renewal or out of compliance. Our close rate on cold outreach has doubled since using it.

Though no fault of leO, operating out of Iowa, there is much less data available. Iowa is not a mandatory reporting state, so there is less information than there are for other states.

It's pretty easy to navigate and exporting xcel files is easy.  I lvoe the x-date feature.  And customer support is always fast in getting back on any questions for issues.

**What do you dislike about leO?**

I wish the data was more accurate.  I'd rather have no data, than inaccurate data.  For example, the LinkedIn profiles are cool to have, but often are of different employees or ones no longer at the company.
