What do you like best about Indio?

To be Honest, implimenting Indio seems like more work to most people that start utilizing this App. What they dont realize is the time it takes to enter this info in to the system and to review the apps before sent to the client to help updated the info you already have in the clients file, Is actually going to be about the same time It takes to have the insured complete apps and Review these apps with the client etc. and this helps reduce our time spent explaining the App process to cilents. the Clients can complete from EVERYWERE they are allowed to have a phone. and it helps to document the whole process. This is a big Help for E&O Prevention.

After first year it is a HUGE TIME Saver - LOVE INDIO

Once you get used to the Indio capabilitites this program can be used for so much more.

we also Love how it helps us stand out from other agencies. it elevates our customer service and support above the rest of the agencies that are not using it.

the insureds love being able to start and stop the app when ever they want. the Amount of time they take to complete the apps is greatly reduced due to the app being available everywhere.

What do you dislike about Indio?

There is not much i dont like about indio.

I would have to say we have an issue with EPIC and Indio talking to eachother some times.

RIght now indio is not sending info back to epic after our insured compeltes there Updated Templates (Auto Schedules, Drivers Schedules, Location changes, Payroll and sales updates).

We are trying to figure out why but it would be nice if this was a bit easier. i know that indio is mapped to go to certain fields and we have created our own templates but still not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Indio?

What do you like best about Indio?

Indio is what we have been waiting for. Many Surplus lines applications (and even ACORD) look EXTREMELY complicated in their printed form. But with Indio turning these into a list of questions that an insured can answer on line with the click of a mouse or typing a few words in a box, and they can attach documents that are too large to email, as the average everyday person is NOT always versed in things such as ZIP Files, photo files, pdf's and etc. The automation of the complex Surplus and Excess Lines applications into a easy to use (for the client) electronic form. And the online signature without all the eSignature set and whatnot is excellent!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indio?

More complex accounts are not as easily done through Indio due to limitations of (for example) only one type of worksheets. Larger ($200,000) accounts may have multiple policies of the same type. E.g. they may have multiple property policies, but you can only have one Property spreadsheet per submission, so the workaround is to create multiple submissions for the insured to view through. What do you like best about Indio?

I love the ease of use of Indio. The client-side of the interface allows for less confusion than sending a blank application with additional notes to the client to let them know of areas that may not apply to them. You can hide regions that may not apply to this specific client, and the form is clean when made into a PDF document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indio?

I would like if my agency would use Indio to its fullest capability. I just found out about being able to add last year's PDF document so the client can compare their current responses to last year, and that was huge. Sad I didn't know about it sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Indio?

Love having all applications in one place and that they are updated fairly quickly, the ability for the insured to sign the application, and the reminders. Indio gets basically everything right, but their mapping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indio?

The mapping needs HUGE improvements. We are coming up on our first year of renewals,a nd of course the application revisions have changed. Th renewal should copy over all information from the expiring year to the renewal. The applications are never that different, but we have minimal mapping from one year's application to the next . What do you like best about Indio?

When I first was introduced to Indio, the price was what kept me away. I was totally intrigued by the concept and thought it would be very beneficial to an agency. Being able to send a link to my customer / prospect was a game changer. As a niche marketer we do not depend on the business in the local area to survive. We reach across the Southeast to market our product. It is difficult with that type of reach to conduct business on a face to face basis. our top 3 for Indio are:

1. Ability to send a streamlined application process to our prospect or customer.

2. The return app comes to us e-signed and ready to submit to the carrier.

3. The ability to require certain needed information for the application process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indio?

The on boarding process is cumbersome for an intuitive product like this. Seems that there are a lot of people in the background. could be a smoother process. The length of time to get up and running after payment is too long.

The ability to export the information to our agency management system is not available.
