if you need to edit a document after it's loaded for e-signature, you have to delete the entire signature and re-do.

All the set up but that's with anything.

Makes it way faster to find and send forms to clients.  It pulls all the information from file without me wasting time retyping.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

To be Honest, implimenting Indio seems like more work to most people that start utilizing this App. What they dont realize is the time it takes to enter this info in to the system and to review the apps before sent to the client to help updated the info you already have in the clients file, Is actually going to be about the same time It takes to  have the insured complete apps and Review these apps with the client etc. and this helps reduce our time spent explaining the App process to cilents. the Clients can complete from EVERYWERE they are allowed to have a phone. and it helps to document the whole process. This is a big Help for E&O Prevention. 
After first year it is a HUGE TIME Saver - LOVE  INDIO
Once you get used to the Indio capabilitites this program can be used for so much more.
we also Love how it helps us stand out from other agencies. it elevates our customer service and support above the rest of the agencies that are not using it. 
the insureds love being able to start and stop the app when ever they want.  the Amount of time they take to complete the apps is greatly reduced due to the app being available everywhere. 
It helps us Provide our customers better Service. GIving us more time to focus on the client.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

There is not much i dont like about indio. 
I would have to say we have an issue with EPIC and Indio talking to eachother some times. 
RIght now indio is not sending info back to epic after our insured compeltes there Updated Templates (Auto Schedules, Drivers Schedules, Location changes, Payroll and sales updates). 
We are trying to figure out why but it would be nice if this was a bit easier. i know that indio is mapped to go to certain fields and we have created our own templates but still not working.

**What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

this gave us a formate to be in the Current century with technology. 
EVERY where we go they are Implimenting paperless. this helps to truely be paperless. 
it gives us a formate to collect information on a prospect we are marketing. we use it for signing documents. Creating a new business form for commercial and personal lines. WE also use this to Provide applications for new prospects. 
THe REnewal process has become so easy, we simply created our own templets and then we send the whole submission with the apps needed to the client. to review their payrolls, Auto Sch, Equip Sch, Drivers Sch, Updated payrolls & sales, updating locations information (it can be used to replate the Summary of insurance to review with a client for changes prior to renewal. Updates should upload in to Epic but for some reason we have an issue here.

The friendly way of the website is easy to understand; what a great way to import and export data from primary sources and to have every submission ready on time for our clients and providers!

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

Still taking some step-to-step things, there have been issues related to specific data to be imported from one tab to another and information input missing when attaching it to different sides of Indio itself.

Saves lots of time! Its easy interface helps reaching out several contacts with just one click, it's easy to get documents signed by our clients and to get responses from our providers as well.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

I love how it's designed to make the customer's life easier, and just happens to also make the account manager's life easier.  My favorite part is the reports of the changes made to the schedules.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

I wish that you could pull attachments from Epic direct into Indio.  Other than that, I really enjoy how it works.

**What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes the renewal process easier for my customers. The supplemental applications on renewal are so simple for the clients, that I often have them calling me to make sure they aren't misisng something since they are so used to these things taking so much more of their time.  I also like the clean & crisp way we can get the changes to the schedules back which is much better than how we used to do things.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

Indio is what we have been waiting for.  Many Surplus lines applications (and even ACORD) look EXTREMELY complicated in their printed form.  But with Indio turning these into a list of questions that an insured can answer on line with the click of a mouse or typing a few words in a box, and they can attach documents that are too large to email, as the average everyday person is NOT always versed in things such as ZIP Files, photo files, pdf's and etc.  The automation of the complex Surplus and Excess Lines applications into a easy to use (for the client) electronic form.  And the online signature without all the eSignature set and whatnot is excellent!!!

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

More complex accounts are not as easily done through Indio due to limitations of (for example) only one type of worksheets.  Larger ($200,000) accounts may have multiple policies of the same type.  E.g. they may have multiple property policies, but you can only have one Property spreadsheet per submission, so the workaround is to create multiple submissions for the insured to view through.   But this is getting better.

I have worked on so many.  We haven't really had any "Problems"  Their service is great, and they are very fast to respond to issues.  There is not really much that I can put here.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

I love the ease of use of Indio. The client-side of the interface allows for less confusion than sending a blank application with additional notes to the client to let them know of areas that may not apply to them. You can hide regions that may not apply to this specific client, and the form is clean when made into a PDF document.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

I would like if my agency would use Indio to its fullest capability. I just found out about being able to add last year's PDF document so the client can compare their current responses to last year, and that was huge. Sad I didn't know about it sooner.

**What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Indio has allowed me to monitor my client's activity within the program so I can also check to see if they might be needing some assistance with some regions of the applications. It allows me to see what they see and make sure they are completing required areas within the applications.

The fact that my clients don't have to fill out the same information over and over again.

The capability to upload my own excel workbook instead of pulling from epic, which is currently being updated so this will turn into a like.

No, the only recommendation I had regarding uploading workbooks is currently in the works. Indio is awsome!

I save time requesting applications from the carrier. The client has completed applications to refer to, which saves the client time as well.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

Love having all applications in one place and that they are updated fairly quickly, the ability for the insured to sign the application, and the reminders. Indio gets basically everything right, but their mapping.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

The mapping needs HUGE improvements.  We are coming up on our first year of renewals,a nd of course the application revisions have changed.  Th renewal should copy over all information from the expiring year to the renewal.  The applications are never that different, but we have minimal mapping from one year's application to the next . Not to mention the minimal mapping between each company's application.  I wish they could get this sorted out.

**Recommendations to others considering Indio:**

If you are looking to have renewal application and schedules all in one place this is great.  If you have to fill out multiple applications for the same insured, be aware that mapping is not complete and you will end up entering information on each application.

**What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run into a wall with the mapping issues, i am not sure what all the background details on the mapping, but this part of their platform may need some tweaking.

Everything else is a benefit and we love that part.  Frustrated with mapping.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

When I first was introduced to Indio, the price was what kept me away. I was totally intrigued by the concept and thought it would be very beneficial to an agency. Being able to send a link to my customer / prospect was a game changer. As a niche marketer we do not depend on the business in the local area to survive. We reach across the Southeast to market our product. It is difficult with that type of reach to conduct business on a face to face basis. our top 3 for Indio are:

1. Ability to send a streamlined application process to our prospect or customer.
2. The return app comes to us e-signed and ready to submit to the carrier.
3. The ability to require certain needed information for the application process.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

The on boarding process is cumbersome for an intuitive product like this. Seems that there are a lot of people in the background. could be a smoother process. The length of time to get up and running after payment is too long.
The ability to export the information to our agency management system is not available.
Some forms do not map correctly in the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Indio:**

Implementation time frame is a bit long in my opinion.

The ease of marketing to our prospects and get completed applications in a timely fashion is great!

**What do you like best about Indio?**

There are many pros to using Indio, such as:  receiving color-coded changes submitted by the insured, supplemental applications smart mapping between one another (as you're completing one supplemental, others with the same questions are being pre-filled), and obtaining electronic signatures.  The program is very user-friendly for both the agency as well as the insured.  The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - they have a chat feature within the program and are very knowledgeable in their product.  There are numerous supplemental applications to choose from; however, if there's one missing, they will add it for you within a reasonable time frame.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

I honestly have no dislikes regarding Indio.

**What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently had an Issue with the ACORD 130 FL not importing information from EPIC, and the staff corrected the issue within a reasonable time frame.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

The interface is very straightforward and easy to use. I also really appreciate the fact that they have a wide variety of forms and applications already uploaded into their system, which makes the marketing/renewal submission process so much easier and more efficient on both the agent and client end.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

If a form needs to be uploaded into their system, the turnaround time can be a little long--it can take up to 10 business days, in some cases.

**Recommendations to others considering Indio:**

The Indio interface is very user-friendly--however, to get the most out of it, I would recommend setting up an employee training session with the company. I took part in their training process, and it helped immensely.

**What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, our office would email PDF forms for signature and applications for completion to the client, which sometimes became a complicated or unnecessarily lengthy process when the client did not have the capability to print and/or scan in documents to send back to us. The fact that we now have the capability to collect e-signatures from clients and collaboratively work on forms/applications via the Indio system has increased efficiency and ease on our and their end.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

Indio has taken a lot of the back and forth time taking work off of my desk. With so many supplemental apps preloaded and integrated e-signatures, Indio makes app signing and completing simple for my clients. My time is no longer spent completing each carrier's proprietary supplemental application but can now be spent on growing my business or spending time on other details that matter.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

If a supplemental app isn’t already loaded in the system it can take 24-48 hours.

Give it a shot. It has done a lot for us

**What do you like best about Indio?**

The seamless integration of Indio with other products we use, such as Applied Epic, makes communicating with our customers fast, convenient, and straightforward.  Sending forms to our clients is a breeze with Indio and having control over form personalization for different clients is a game-changer for our organization.  Preparing quotes for clients is easy with Indio as it frees up time our staff would usually use gathering information from clients.  Our organization can focus our time and energy much more efficiently with the use of Indio.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

I don't have any dislikes with Indio.  The program is lovely to use, and the support team is always available if you have any issues and constantly updates the program with client suggestions.

I would highly recommend Indio Technologies to others looking for ease of form submission and electronic signatures.

Using Indio Technologies has allowed us to make quoting a simplier and more efficient process by allowing the client to fill out forms and submit them once complete.  It has provided a tool that helps us stay focused on what we are working on while still addressing requests for quotes.  It has saved our office a lot of previously wasted time on clients who were shopping around for quotes, as we are not spending any time on a potential client until they have provided all of the necessary information.  It has also elevated a lot of back and forth between clients and brokers.

I would say, take the leap. All the application we  have needed are already on the system. If not, they can add them fairly quickly. This added technology saves us so much time and makes us look so streamlined and advanced.

There is no need to have an extra employee for pre-filling applications and to submit.

The simplicity of carrying out the compiling of info from our clients and prospects.  They take boring and confusing apps & supplementals and make them easy to complete.

It would be great to be able to build custom forms on our own, rather than submitting them for conversion to their team

We've closed the gap on waiting forever or clients to complete supplementals and questionnaires by using Indio.  Because of that, we have better info on file and our whole process has sped up.  Also, they are all electronically signed and documented for our Agency's protection!

There are a ton of applications. Very hard to find the one you need. Things aren't organized properly. The new marketing feature is crap. Support is only via email, would prefer to phone call with them. Whenever I email support for a small issue, they write an entire essay back, super confusing and as a business owner I dont have the time to read everything they write. I always have problems whenever two people need to sign the same document. Everything looks cool in principal, but it doesn't work well in actuality.

Benefits are that my applications are much quicker to do. Used to be very difficult to get applications done, but now its seamless. Its easy to get esignatures on things as well.

**What do you like best about Indio?**

The accessibility to supplemental insurance applications is awesome. Having all of the apps in one place makes it easy to select and forward to our clients for completion. 

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

Once a document is sent out, follow up reminders aren’t sent out for weeks at a time. While this is a feature that can be changed, it should start out at 3 days or less. 

**Recommendations to others considering Indio:**

Updated user manual sent to users when changes are implemented. 

**What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the supplemental applications are not listed in the system. When submitting a request to get one digitized, the turn around time was supposed to be 10-15 business days. It is currently running more like 30-45 business days.

The E-Signature part is a bit confusing for our clients. The 2-factor authentication is nice, but confusing.

What I like the best is how friendly & efficient the team is, always willing to help out & the valuable part of sending forms to the clients, easy-going program.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

Nothing,  I will recommend bettering the signature part of the software sometimes is not user friendly, meaning it is easy to use which I love but to adjust the settings, like stretching the lines to sign, date, etc., is hard to do, I wish it would be a little more like adobe. Overall I love Indio.

No problems, quick on getting applications back for clients.

It makes my client use a passcode that I am not aware of  and often get calls back asking for the passcode.  I do not like that it does not direct the client to scroll all the way to the bottom to submit. They think once they hit done on the signature that it is complete when it is not

none really... benefit is i can go back to my signed documents if i need to

We no longer have to receive photo emails of signed documents from insureds who cannot visit the office. This way, they can sign online without printing, scanning, and emailing back the documents.

Indio is great as a tool to have a comprehensive collective of data needed from clients that allows updating and making changes more simplified. Its feature of sending reminders and notifications is fabulous as well.

**What do you dislike about Indio?**

Some of their buttons could be more clear when a client is trying to delete something....perhaps some set options that are visible? Also, with some larger schedules, it is clunky and not very user-friendly.

Great for limiting data entry with clients back and forth by email.

Being able to get more data in front of people at once without having to email a bunch of attachments,  as well as the electronic signature feature are very helpful to streamline.

Any time I run into snags the indio team is quick to resolve my issue.

Once you go to share something with the insured and start typing the email in Indio, if you click off the email it deletes and you have to start fresh.

Having access to all carrier supplemental applications to streamline our marketing efforts. E-signature is very user-friendly.

On occasion, there are issues importing accounts in from EPIC--but most fixes are quick and easy.

Most of my clients prefer electronic signatures and fillable applications. Indio makes our turnaround time for renewals and even new business much quicker.

I send all through "e-signatures" and it never fails the customers will call me and say "there are no applications shared with me" then I have to say to select e-signatures from menu.

My clients love Indio.  They report that completing an Indio app is easier and less stressful than a fillable form PDF.

Sometimes, the app I need cannot be found in the app library.

Long complicated-looking insurance applications make clients physically ill.  Indio significantly reduces the pain.  It also allows me to monitor activity and progress on the app.
