## Demandbase One Reviews
 ### 1. Demandbase One: Powerful Targeting, Intent Insights, and Account-Level Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nijat I. | Full-stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One was utilized by me in ABM initiatives, where the emphasis was on engaging particular organizations, not groups. The majority of my time was dedicated to analyzing lists of target accounts, tracking their engagement indicators, and assessing their interactions within campaigns.

The most practical function for me to use was the account prioritization feature through the use of engagement metrics. This approach allowed me to tailor my efforts towards companies that exhibited high levels of interaction with materials or advertisements instead of giving the same amount of attention to each lead. In terms of the period during which campaigns are launched, I consistently tracked account trends.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Working with the platform initially seems very cumbersome as there are many segments and scorings that you need to deal with. Understanding the relationship between account intents, audiences, and campaign targetings will take some time to do.

It is also important to note that there is an issue with interpreting the information. Engagement signals alone cannot help you make any decisions, as they need to be combined with other indicators.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Demandbase One, the marketing process was more lead-oriented and less oriented toward certain accounts that needed targeting, making it difficult for marketing and sales teams to collaborate on prioritizing their focus.

Demandbase One brought together all account-based marketing activities and allowed for better tracking of engagement. Effectively, this enhanced the collaboration between the marketing and sales teams, prioritization of outreach campaigns based on engagement, and focused on high value accounts.

 ### 2. Powerful Intent Data and Account Insights for B2B Account Prioritization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu J. | Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One is genuinely useful if you’re doing B2B marketing or sales where account prioritization matters more than raw lead volume. The intent data and account insights are probably the biggest value.I also liked the account-based targeting and segmentation capabilities. Sales and marketing alignment feels easier.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Intent data is useful, but not perfect. Sometimes signals feel stronger in theory than reality. The interface has a lot going on, and getting teams to actually use the insights consistently takes effort. Pricing also feels enterprise-oriented.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the “who should we focus on?” problem in B2B sales/marketing. Instead of broad outreach, teams can focus on accounts showing relevant intent or engagement patterns. if multiple companies are researching similar categories, the platform helps surface those signals so outreach can be more targeted rather than generic cold prospecting.

 ### 3. Unified Marketing and Sales, But Needs Speed Boost

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan P. | Direct Recruiter - Technology & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I really appreciate that Demandbase One combines sales and marketing strategies, which is very beneficial for us to lead product sales and manage Outreach marketing in one place. Also, it's a specific tool that comes with an AI assistant, which unifies marketing and sales assets to make ABM suggestions easier for targeting and identifying accounts. I find it feature-rich and it provides deeper insights in every feature.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

There is one issue I want to raise is that sometimes website tracking is much time-consuming, which should be reduced because time is very important. The lag time between website loading needs to be reduced and it should reload fast which helps to track buyer companies quickly. Additionally, Demandbase One is not very simple in initial setup but our operation team is very tech-savvy, so it's not a big deal.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to unify marketing and sales, making ABM easier for targeting and identifying accounts. It solves our problem of discovering new accounts and closing sales deals efficiently. It combines sales and marketing strategies, helping us lead product sales and outreach marketing in one place.

 ### 4. Strong Account Insights and ROI, but a Learning Curve in Reporting and Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roy S. | Campaign Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like best about demandbase one is that it brings account data, intent signals, and engagement insights into one place. The UI is pretty easy to navigate, integrations work well with our existing tools, and performance has been reliable. The AI-driven insights help prioritize accounts, and we've seen good ROI from more targeted campaigns, support and onboarding were also smooth and easy

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

some parts of demandbase one can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when you're first getting started. The reporting and dashboards have a learning curve, and some integrations require extra setup. Pricing can be high for smaller teams, and aI recommendations aren't always as accurate or actionable as expected maybe

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i would say it helps us identify and prioritize the right accounts, track buyer intent, and better align sales and marketing efforts. It saves time, improves targeting, and helps us focus on opportunities that are more likely to convert, leading to better campaign performance and pipeline growth

 ### 5. An Specific Sales and Marketing tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loana B. | Javascript Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

This platform is very useful because it brings account-based marketing, intent data, and related insights together in one place. What makes it special is that it helps identify target accounts more effectively and improves coordination and communication between teams, making the overall process much more efficient

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

This platform is very good overall, but like every software, it has some drawbacks. One issue I noticed is that it can be quite difficult for new users to learn and use at first. However, one of its helpful features is that it provides guidance and support while you are using it. Even so, it may still take some time in the beginning to fully understand the platform and become comfortable with its features.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would definitely recommend this software because it is a very valuable tool for sales and marketing teams. It helps gather and organize data from different sources in one place, making it easier to manage and analyze. I particularly like how it combines intent signals and important insights on a single platform, helping improve prioritization, streamline workflows, and strengthen collaboration between teams.

 ### 6. All-in-One Platform That Boosts Visibility and Aligns Sales & Marketing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun K. | eCommerce & Marketing Analyst (DhirayCo), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

The biggest benefit for me is having everything in one place. The platform makes it easier to identify accounts that are actively showing interest and focus efforts where they matter most. I also like the visibility into account activity and campaign performance. It cuts down on a lot of manual work and helps both sales and marketing stay on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Some reports and dashboards can take a bit of time to customize exactly the way you want. I'd like to see more flexibility in reporting and a simpler way to build custom views without having to dig through multiple settings.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is helping cut through the noise. There is always a lot of data available, but not all of it is useful. Demandbase One helps bring the important account insights together so it's easier to prioritize work, track engagement, and focus on opportunities that are more likely to convert.

 ### 7. Unifies B2B Account Data and Intent Insights to Prioritize High-Value Prospects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra J. | Advisory Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

It stands out for unifying sales and marketing data around accounts, not random leads which is how real B2B buying works. The intent data and analytics help prioritize high value prospects instead of guessing. Its integrations with CRM systems keep workflows aligned rather than fragmented. When used properly, it reduces wasted outreach and focuses effort where deals are more likely to close.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The biggest drawback is complexity setup and onboarding often require significant time, clean data and sometimes external help. It's also expensive so ROI isn't obvious unless you already have strong sales volume and alignment. The intent data can produce noise leading teams to chase false signals if not carefully filtered.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demand base tackles the core B2B problem of scattered data and misalignment between sales and marketing. It centralizes account intelligence and surfaces buying intent, so teams focus on the right companies instead of chasing low quality leads. This reduces wasted outreach and shortens sales cycles. The benefit is clearer prioritization and higher chances of closing deals with less guesswork.

 ### 8. Sufficient Go To Market (GTM) platform. + Account Intelligence That Elevates Account-Based Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carron A. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

The strongest advantage is the combination of intent data and account intelligence, buying group visibility in one platform. Many competing tools do one of these well but demandbase ability to connect them into a unified account based workflow is what makes it stand out. It's typically most valuable for a Mid market and enterprise B2B organizations for companies with long sales cycles and the teams practicing account based marketing with their organizations needing close sales and marketing alignment for businesses targeting complex buying committees rather than individual leads.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One is a powerful platform but it does have some drawbacks that organizations commonly mention. Demandbase One includes ABM, intent data, advertising, sales intelligence, analytics, and orchestration features. The breadth of functionality can make onboarding and day to day management challenging especially for teams new to account based marketing. The platform is generally geared toward mid market and enterprise organizations to smaller businesses and startups may find the cost difficult to justify compared with simpler alternatives focused on CRM enrichment, intent data or sales intelligence alone.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demamdbased one is widely regarded as one of the leading Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms for B2B organizations. It combines intent data, account intelligence, advertising, sales insights, orchestration and analytics into a single platform to helping sales and marketing teams focus on the accounts most likely to buy. Many users praise Demandbase for its account intelligence, intent data quality and ability to align sales and marketing teams. Gartner Peer Insights currently shows an overall rating of about 4.5/5 from hundreds of reviewers.

 ### 9. Deep Insights, but Setup Can Be Time-Consuming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felicia W. | Senior Client Manager, Staffing and Recruiting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I appreciate Demandbase One for how it brilliantly keeps B2B data from multiple resources and provides clear insights with deep signals about buyer behavior. I like how it keeps all the sales information updated with the entire market status. I also love its integration with CRM and third-party tools, which provides data insights and account details with a unified workflow. This integration helps gather more opportunities to boost engagement in the sales cycle.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The initial setup requires so much time, and sometimes the dashboard does not load properly. It lags when I apply multiple filters, and it requires a reload for a few seconds when I apply more than three filters, which breaks the momentum of workflow during the pipeline and reach.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One keeps B2B data from multiple resources, providing insights about buyer behavior and market status. It solves the issue of identifying interested industries and integrates with CRM for a unified workflow, boosting sales engagement.

 ### 10. Demandbase One Unifies Intent, Account Intelligence, and ABM for Smarter Targeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdul R. | Employer Engagement Executive, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like best about Demandbase One is its ability to bring together account intelligence, intent data, advertising, and sales engagement into a single platform. It provides clear visibility into which accounts are actively researching solutions, helping sales and marketing teams prioritize the right opportunities. The platform's account-based marketing capabilities, reporting, and integration with CRM systems make it easier to align teams, improve targeting, and drive more effective outreach.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

One area for improvement is the learning curve for new users. Because Demandbase One offers a wide range of features and data points, it can take time to fully understand and utilize the platform effectively. Additionally, some reports and dashboards can require customization to surface the most relevant insights, and occasional data discrepancies may require manual validation.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps solve the challenge of identifying and prioritizing the right accounts in a crowded market. By providing intent data, account insights, and engagement tracking in one platform, it enables sales and marketing teams to focus on organizations that are actively researching relevant solutions. This improves prospecting efficiency, helps generate more qualified opportunities, and allows for more personalized outreach, ultimately leading to better conversion rates and stronger alignment between sales and marketing teams.

 ### 11. Integrated Sales Intelligence with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria R. | Full-stack Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like Demandbase One for its sales intelligence features which help the sales team manage account alerts with guided workflow and real-time updates. I find the B2B advertising options great for targeting account ads to increase sales revenue. The product also helps reduce account blindness by showing which companies are visiting and their buying intent. Sales and marketing efforts are strongly aligned with the same accounts, aiding pipeline growth. I appreciate that sales advertising, product marketing, and customer data storage are all available in one place from a single account.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Deeper customization is required for pro users to help balance streamlined flexibility and tailor some serious CRM challenges. The initial setup was not so easy, though I managed to do it without any major issues.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One for sales intelligence to manage account alerts and enhance sales with targeted B2B ads. It reduces account blindness, aligning sales and marketing for pipeline growth.

 ### 12. Powerful Metrics, Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike L. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I loved the unified dashboard of Demandbase One which keeps me up to date about the advertising reach and website visitors all the time. I like its way of providing all the details of client visits and ad reach on the dashboard continuously.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

It's a dense product and UI is not user-friendly; only pro people can use it because it has so many tabs and menu options. The UI should be very simple, and configuration should be very quick for building a strong bond between Demandbase One and the user. The initial setup is only done with the help of customer support and the IT team.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Demandbase One to analyze advertising and track customer behavior in real-time. It helps identify real buyers, automates ad display when they visit our site, and provides AI suggestions for next steps.

 ### 13. Revolutionized Our Account-Based Marketing Strategy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praney M. | Product Design Manager 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I really like the account-level view in Demandbase One because it feels more practical than dealing with individual lead data. When working with enterprise clients, this shift allows me to see which companies are warming up instead of guessing from scattered signals. Also, the intent data is useful, even though it's not perfect, it helps in prioritizing outreach in a more grounded way rather than relying on basic CRM lists or gut feelings.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

A couple of things feel a bit off in day-to-day use. The intent signals can be a bit noisy, sometimes flagging accounts that don't really feel 'ready', so there's still a fair bit of manual judgment needed instead of fully trusting it. It feels more like a hint system than something you can rely on directly. Also, the platform can feel a bit heavy when trying to get quick answers. There's a lot of depth, which is good, but for basic 'what's happening with this account right now' type questions, it sometimes takes more clicks and digging than it should. A simpler, more immediate view would be easier for day-to-day use. The initial setup wasn't super easy; there was quite a bit of setup involved, especially with the CRM integration and making sure account data was clean. The first few weeks felt configuration-heavy.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps us focus on the right accounts, reducing noise from too many individual leads. It aligns sales and marketing, showing which companies show intent, and provides account-level views instead of scattered signals.

 ### 14. Effective Targeting but Setup Time-Consuming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor A. | Graphic Designer

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like how Demandbase One lets me reveal targeted ads to specific accounts without any random individuals, enabling precise sales intelligence. The real-time alerts when someone is buying from our list are a valuable feature. My best part is its dashboard, which helps me track and prioritize accounts for ad tracking, boosting revenue for ABM. In the dashboard, I can manage account data, email responses, and ad impressions easily from a single account and view.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One could really use an out-of-the-box template for SaaS and manufacturing industries. It would also benefit from tips and walkthroughs to help new users. Plus, the initial setup isn't quite easy—it can be pretty time-consuming.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One lets me reveal targeted ads to specific accounts and receive real-time alerts for sales opportunities without budget waste on random audiences.

 ### 15. Transforms Sales and Marketing Alignment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dario Amadeus J. | (Founding) Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I like the engagement minutes model the most because every interaction from an entire company gets rolled up into a unified 'account score.' Instead of just scoring one person at an account, I get a 'buying committee' level score, which is fantastic for unifying ABM with account-based sales development.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Custom reporting is a bit clunky, I think something similar to HubSpot's "Breeze" bot or even Claude MCP could help here. The initial setup was definitely not plug and play; Demandbase One exposes all your bad CRM data. We needed to dedupe lots of data and clean up Salesforce before proceeding, and the rollout took around 12 weeks.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One eliminates wasted ad spend and outdated marketing strategies. I'm no longer flying blind about website visitors. It uncovers buying windows and provides a unified account score, replacing unhelpful lead scoring with comprehensive buying committee insights.

 ### 16. All-in-One Account Insights and Intent Data That Keep Sales and Marketing Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Digital Marketing Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like best about Demandbase One is how it brings everything together in one place. Instead of switching between different tools, I can see the full picture of each account and understand which companies are actually showing real interest.

I also like how it uses intent data to help prioritize leads. It makes it much easier to focus my time on the accounts that are more likely to convert instead of guessing or working blindly.

Another strong point for me is the alignment between marketing and sales. It really helps both teams stay on the same page, which improves the overall efficiency and makes the whole process feel more organized and targeted.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

What I don’t like about Demandbase One is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning. There are a lot of features and data, so it takes time to really understand how everything works and how to get the most value from it.

Also, the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the amount of information it provides. If you’re not used to working with ABM tools or data-heavy dashboards, it can take a while to get comfortable with it.

Another thing is that setting up and customizing campaigns properly requires effort and sometimes support, especially for teams that are new to this kind of platform.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Demandbase One is mainly solving for me is the problem of not knowing which companies are actually ready to buy and where to focus my efforts.

Before using a tool like this, a lot of time can be wasted on leads that aren’t really interested or not in the right stage. Demandbase helps fix that by showing intent signals and account activity, so I can see which businesses are actively researching or engaging with solutions like ours.

The benefit for me is that it makes my work much more focused and efficient. Instead of guessing or spreading effort across too many accounts, I can prioritize the ones that are “in-market” and more likely to convert. It also helps align sales and marketing, so both teams are working toward the same high-value accounts, which makes the whole process smoother and more effective.

 ### 17. One Platform to Align Marketing & Sales and Target the Right Accounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damian K. | Human Resources Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like most is that it works as a single platform where we can bring marketing and sales together to target the right accounts, improve data accuracy, and engage with accounts at the right time. It’s a good way to reach customers and grow the business without wasting budget.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The initial setup of Demandbase is quite complex, especially for a small team, and proper training is also required to get a solid grip on all of its features.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since it works as a fully integrated tool, its integration with our CRM lets us manage client information without any hassle and helps speed up the sales and marketing cycle. We can also create strategies based on the behavior of each individual account.

 ### 18. All-in-One ABM, Sales Intelligence, and Analytics That Uncovers High-Potential Accounts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijaysing P. | Test Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

One of the features that I most appreciate about Demandbase One is the integration of account-based marketing, sales intelligence, and analytics into one platform. Insights generated from this solution allow for better identification of high-potential opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

nothing to add this time from my side everything seems fine

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demandbase One helps overcome issues like targeting high intent accounts, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and prioritizing efforts appropriately. Demandbase One helps me through improved targeting precision, better engagement, and pipeline growth.

 ### 19. Sales and Marketing Insights Under One Roof with Demandbase One

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus L. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

With Demandbase One, we get sales and marketing under one roof, which helps us gain insights into product scoring, account targeting, and advertising overall. The reports and dashboard features are my favourite because they show web visits and ad reach instantly.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Integration with other apps is generally good, but sometimes the deeper integration process becomes buggy. I’ve seen duplicate accounts appear, and the resulting sync issues can get very complex to sort out.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web customization is the biggest issue I face in the B2B industry. In that sense, Demandbase One helps eliminate this challenge, and its AI insights suggest how to tailor the website to customer requirements to support revenue growth.

 ### 20. DemandBase One Delivers Powerful Audience & Paid Search Intelligence

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David V. | Senior Development Team Lead, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

I adopted DemandBase One for its audience intelligence platform, which has genuinely helped us better understand our target customers’ behavior. I also really like using the paid search intelligence feature, since it provides us with valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Wanting to use the premium functionality also comes with an increase in the licensing costs, which isn't the cup of tea for everyone.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previously poor prioritization of development initiatives has been outweighed by the account engagement data, since it helps align product improvements with actual business demand. We also no longer have to deal with inaccurate information, because it has significantly improved the reliability of both our technical and business decisions.

 ### 21. Deep LinkedIn & Sales Navigator Integrations That Help Find Real Clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence G. | Product and Marketing Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Demandbase One offers deep integrations with systems like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, which helps me find real clients for product marketing through ads and campaigns. That’s the main reason I like it the most.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

It has one limitation: it only accepts accounts that are listed in the website database, which restricts us from getting clients beyond those boundaries.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its automatic adjustment for buying signals solves the issue of having to customize ads again and again. It’s especially helpful for people who are just starting their B2B journey. The UI is very simple to navigate, which makes it easy for beginners to get started and manage things without confusion.

 ### 22. Demandbase One Unifies ABM with Clear Account Insights and Intent Data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

What I like most about Demandbase One is how it brings everything into one platform, especially for account-based marketing. It gives a clear view of target accounts and helps identify which companies are actually showing interest, so you’re not just guessing where to focus. The intent data and account insights are really useful for prioritizing outreach and timing it better.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

One thing I didn’t like about Demandbase One is that it has a bit of a learning curve, especially in the beginning. It took some time to fully understand all the features and how everything connects, so onboarding wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems Demandbase One is solving for me is the lack of visibility into which accounts are actually interested in our solution. **Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

It puts everything in one place, so I’m not bouncing between five tools just to figure out which accounts to go after and what to do next.

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Demandbase One?**

Having the new AI Summaries, playbook and Email Agent, are great tools to assist the sales team with spending less time looking into various things but more time for doing other things since all the valuable information is right there in front of you to go right to it.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

Having an easier way to add data especially when it is a new record as well at the same time to ask for additional details on the record, for instance, asking for an email address. Now you have to wait 1 to 2 days to go back in and ask for this information. Also data is not automatically updated right away when they said they have updated the record and I am usually looking at data updates 8 hours later and it would be great if it was readily available.

**What problems is Demandbase One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With my role and for my team I use it a lot for having data on accounts and contacts as well as having this data clean and accurate.

It provides a 360-degree view that brings outreach, news alerts, and intent data together, creating an engaging sales history. This saves time because I don’t have to rely on third-party apps to pull everything into one place.

The holistic account view provided by Demandbase One is truly invaluable. It consolidates all relevant account data into a single, comprehensive dashboard, including key insights on associated individuals from Salesforce—whether leads or contacts—along with their engagement levels and interaction types. **What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

The platform could benefit from greater flexibility in adapting to specific company needs, as some customization options feel limited. The Lead-to-Account Matching engine, while useful, is not always intuitive, making it difficult to ensure consistently high data quality in lead-to-account associations. Additionally, occasional syncing issues can cause delays in data updates, impacting real-time decision-making. Another drawback is the inability to delete old lists that have been used in advertising campaigns, leading to unnecessary clutter and potential confusion over time. Streamlining these aspects would enhance usability and overall efficiency.

Demandbase One helps us solve the challenge of gaining a unified view of our accounts by consolidating data from various sources, such as Salesforce, into a single platform. As a result, we’re able to allocate resources more efficiently and drive higher-quality engagement with our key accounts.

This support ensured a smooth transition and effective utilization of the software from the start.

**What do you dislike about Demandbase One?**

I don't like the navigation limitations in Demandbase One.
