As such, there is no downside if Adobe Commerce. All I can think of is not having dedicated tech support, as one has to go through a learning curve.

What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

Adobe​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Commerce is the platform that provides true power to the user over an online store. It appears to be very simple to customize the layouts and product pages and one can easily change things without the site being damaged. Discount rules and product recommendations as marketing features are a great idea and they really lead to an increase in conversions.

The platform is very fast and efficient even with thousands of SKUs, which is very important for us. A few payment and shipping integrations are not very easy, but that is what gives a lot of manual work which is saved now. As long as extensions and plugins are allowed, there are almost no limits to what you can imagine so there is no problem with adding new features.

The admin panel makes it easy and clear to manage orders and stock and everything is at the same time. In summary, the platform is like a vessel that is big enough for our business to grow and at the same time, it allows us to keep the operations at a manageable ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌level. The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ arrangement might be complicated if you lack technical knowledge. Both hosting and performance should be handled with care, otherwise, the pages will load slowly during the spikes in the traffic. If you are not careful, changing the platform can ruin the customizations. A few reporting features seem to be lacking, and you have to get additional modules for advanced analytics. Admin interfaces have lots of features, but new team members can be a little bit overwhelmed with them at the beginning. Managing multiple stores needs some additional work and planning. There are still certain tasks for which you need developer support, even though the platform is mostly user-friendly.
