What do you like best about ShipEngine?

I am sorry but there was nothing I liked about ShipEngine. My experience was very poor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipEngine?

This terrible glitchy company inserted themselves into the Discogs website and took control of the option to purchase shipping labels on Discogs. Sadly with ShipEngine the simple task like updating a credit card has become a nightmare because of the ShipEngine software and team of helpers. As well no workaround, no solution and no resolutions found by anyone posting about this problem online. To add insult to injury ShipEngine's platform Merchant Support Specialist Mike H was a pure disappointment. Our exchanges were grueling. He was also dismissive, tone deaf and unnecessarily dragged out the solution for weeks and weeks. This company can be a black hole once you have any problem whatsoever with their glitchy system. Their help team feel like third world BOTS. The help rep felt smug and a know it all. Made me wish ShipEngine would disappear off Discogs so I could buy shipping labels without so much stress.
