"Seemless, easy to navigate"
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

I like it's comprehensiveness and customization. It greatly helped me in my business for marketing and management. I also liked that it smoothly blended with my Adobe Cloud which is my go to especially Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Affects, Adobe Illustrator and others. I find Magneto now Adobe Commerce better at any marketing software than Google's. No beef, it's just better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

For beginners, it requires a bit of technial experience, I didn't have much trouble because I have experience with Google's GA4, Analytics and Ads and all. So for me technical was not an issue. The other thing iss Adobe is quite on the expensive side especially for Startups and students and small businesses. Once they're in order, however, it's the best thing that can happen to you in Industry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable and Powerful, But Setup Can Be Complex"
What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

What I appreciate most is how customizable everything is. From the storefront and checkout process to the product pages, nearly every aspect can be adjusted to suit your preferences. The extensive library of extensions and add-ons means that whenever I need a new feature or integration, I can usually find something suitable. It’s especially effective for managing large inventories and numerous product variations, and I find its flexibility with promotions and discounts to be a major advantage. Once you become familiar with the system, it feels very powerful, and having the ability to fine-tune the details allows me to keep everything operating just the way I want. What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?

Honestly, at times it feels a bit too complicated, and there’s definitely a learning curve. Setting everything up, especially when you want custom features, can be slow, and I’ve found myself spending a lot of time troubleshooting minor issues. The admin interface isn’t always very intuitive, and performance can suffer if you don’t optimize or if you add too many extensions. Keeping everything updated and making sure it all stays compatible can be a hassle, and while support is helpful, it could be quicker. Overall, once it’s up and running, it works well, but I really wish it were easier to manage on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
