The gamification aspect is a huge standout for me. I really like how it turns our daily grind into a series of interactive competitions that keep energy levels high. Being able to track my metrics in real time and see exactly how I stack up against other branches and colleagues keeps my targets top of mind and gives me immediate feedback on my performance.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

The dashboarding could definitely be more intuitive for leadership roles. Right now, I struggle to get a true bird’s-eye view of all agent KPIs and their progress toward goals in one place. The filtering system also feels a bit clunky; in particular, it’s difficult to filter by my specific office, which makes it harder to track staff members who aren’t currently showing up in the top rankings.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does a great job of bridging the gap between raw data and employee motivation. By turning our performance into battles and live leaderboards, it tackles the issue of stagnant engagement and makes progress feel visible. For me, the biggest benefit is the instant clarity: I can see the direct impact of my strategic adjustments in real time as they happen, which helps keep the entire team aligned, focused, and driven.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

High-energy, competitive, and administrative in a way that really supports my daily workflow, it makes the competitive side of sales feel much more engaging and has a positive impact on overall output. I personally rely on the activity feed to stay updated on what my colleagues are achieving, which motivates me to keep up. Having clear leaderboards and dashboards also makes tracking our monthly company production incredibly simple, while still being visually appealing.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

To be perfectly honest, I haven’t encountered any major issues so far, and there isn’t really any feature I dislike. The tool does exactly what it’s supposed to do, without clutter or unnecessary complexity. It’s easy to use and straightforward, and as it stands, I have no real complaints. In the future, I’d love to see some new templates or competition templates to keep things feeling even fresher, but overall I’m satisfied with it.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the common problem of performance visibility, where you have no idea how the rest of the team is doing until the end of the quarter. By providing total transparency across the board, it allows everyone to see production levels in real time. This open visibility creates a natural, real-time competitive drive that definitely motivates me, while also providing a clear benchmark for success and making the office environment feel much more connected.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I really like the competitions, which gamify our work and keep us motivated. The most useful tool for me is being able to see my numbers in real-time and seeing how I stack up against other markets, offices, and agents. This feature keeps my goals fresh in my mind and lets me know immediately if a change I made is having a positive impact. The ease of setup for SalesScreen was also a big plus.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

On the dashboard, under Agent KPI's -> DA Targets, as a manager I can't see the performance of other agents and how close they are to their goals. I want one area that I can see all of them on a dashboard. Also, on the dashboard, the filter buttons do not work. I can't filter by my own office so I can't always see where they are at if they aren't in the top 15. If the filter buttons worked I would be much happier.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

It allows you to see stats, sales, competitions, awards, and is overall a fun interface that allows for fun competition within the workplace. Weekly sales insights are provided and it helps stay on top of my game. It also allows for me to see what I am doing right, and what I am not doing and should focus on more. It implements and integrates sales statistics from the prior day, current day, weekly stats etc. Easy to use and frequently used by our company.

I would like further breakdown in statistics of who scored what in team competition rather than just the team competition score. Maybe this is just an internal setting we can change, I am not sure.

Calculates different statistics and allows for insight on what I am doing well and what I can improve upon. Helps me with my sales.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

We mainly use SalesScreen to display performance metrics around the office and to celebrate new deals with our CRM being integrated so no manual steps are needed. The user interface is intuitive and straightforward, making it quick and easy to set up slides for various metrics or timeframes. There is a wide range of slides available, along with options for customisation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product, and the support team is both responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

There isn’t much to dislike. One minor issue we encountered was that some of the default slides were updated at a system-wide level, and we didn’t have the option to keep using the previous versions. However, the new slides still served their purpose, and the visual differences were minimal.

Having a live feed of key performance metrics displayed throughout the office allows everyone in the workspace to celebrate deals and recognise high performers together.

We have branch offices across the country, and it helps to tear down the geographical distances, and build the teamspirit. 
Fun tool with different ways to create acitivity, and to divide different type of teams depending on the goal. 
The SalesScree- team is available for questions and help, always service- minded and good fun.

Another system to remember to log on to, and for now our company have choosen not to link our salessystem with SalesScreen.

The competitions spark our reps to become more engaged and excited to get sales. We all especially enjoy the lottery competition because everyone has an opportunity to win. These also give us quick and easy opportunities throughout the day to hype everyone up. Our reps would say they're favorite part about SalesScreen is definitely the coins and rewards.

The SalesScreen app does not have the capability to add/change your celebration.

SalesScreen takes the time and guesswork out of creating fun ideas/prizes to keep our reps engaged. This platform allows our reps to connect with each via posts, competitions, and battles without them getting off the phone to have social hour.

I like having competitions for new business in the insurance industry because it helps identify high performers we can connect with and learn from. It's great to have quick, easy transparency for running promotions, seeing who's doing well, and getting insights into areas of success. I just like the ease of it; the platform is really nice and easy to use. The competitions are really nice, allowing us to compete on an individual or office level, which helps in identifying who's doing well. It was super easy to set up.

It's maybe harder to start the competitions or to figure out specific stats on there. But overall, it's pretty good.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesScreen makes it easy to see what areas others are doing well in, promotes transparency, and helps identify high performers, letting us learn from them. It also adds excitement with competitions and provides easy promotion tracking.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I like the home page in SalesScreen because it tracks my personal metrics against others in the office and is easy to interact with. It's simple to view and mostly accurate, especially when it connects with Salesforce. I also appreciate the rewards system where I can earn points and use them for prizes. It's much better than keeping track on my own because it's automated and helps me track my daily and yearly goals. The initial setup was super easy—I just logged in with my company email, and all the metrics were tracking and ready to go.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

I wish SalesScreen was better connected with Salesforce. It seems like sometimes integration is lagging or if something changes in Salesforce, it doesn't cross over and update into SalesScreen. I wish that were more accurate. I also wish that I could click on my number of sales, and it would tell me which specific deals were closed, connected to Salesforce. I wish it was easier to use, like seeing details without having to create a separate report in Salesforce.

I use SalesScreen to track metrics like forms signed, offers made, sales, and total volume. It helps me keep track of my monthly and yearly goals, and where I stack up in competitions. It's better than manual tracking, and I use it daily.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I like how SalesScreen keeps sales and information exciting and in front of us, which keeps competition friendly and exciting within the office and the district. I enjoy the slides running on a screen within our office that show different sales results and quoting results. This is what we use the most and what my team likes the most.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

The linking of SalesScreen to the TV using the app is consistently freezing and not working, which definitely needs improvement. I would also like to be able to run battles with other agency offices and not just within my own team. The initial setup was fine, but I wish we could set up more ourselves instead of relying on others. I want more freedom and customization with my own agency.

I use SalesScreen to track sales, keep competition friendly and exciting both within the office and the district, help keep ourselves consistently engaged, and compare our performance with other agents in the district.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I like that SalesScreen provides information on a daily basis and that it's easy to access. I'm able to share this with the agents in a very timely manner, which I think is important. Quick feedback is crucial, as sometimes we don’t know exactly where we're at with new business, and having that information readily available is valuable.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

I believe the information that's coming through is fairly accurate, but sometimes it doesn't match our company reports. So there's a little bit of confusion on where that new business information is coming from. We do the new business on an issue basis, and I think sometimes SalesScreen may be giving information on an effective date, which makes the information a little conflicting. Initially, I had a difficult time with understanding how to navigate the where to find certain things, but once I navigated a few times through it, this became much easier.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SalesScreen to track my agents' performance, providing timely information that I can easily share. It helps me give quick feedback, ensuring everyone knows their business standing daily.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I like the ease of use, the functionality, and the interface of SalesScreen. I appreciate how it can engage agencies and their staff  by tracking sales on a daily basis, which really helps move the dial in terms of awareness and execution. SalesScreen saves me time by automatically building out trackers, eliminating the need for me to learn scripting languages or manually notify agents of updates. This automation allows my sales force to focus on being competitive with each other and writing new business. It's great to have everything done for you and packed into a nice, easy-to-digest package, enhancing the competitive nature of the contest/promotion

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

I think we need more data points. Right now, it's still fairly early on in SalesScreen's relationship with Farmers. We can only track new business, and we can't necessarily separate out things like Kraft Lake versus Bristol West or Auto only or Home only. Potentially, the development of additional data feeds like premium and quotes would help us dial the number down even more and drive more new business. Also, it took some time to get set up, especially if you're not very tech savvy. The more engaged a user gets, especially at the district manager level, it helps understand the system better and how to leverage it.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SalesScreen to engage teams in competitions, saving thousands of hours on tracking and driving results efficiently. It simplifies daily tracking and boosts awareness and execution without building manual trackers. SalesScreen offers seamless notifications and competition elements that spreadsheets can't provide.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I like the ability to see my effort and the results they yield, which helps me keep track of my productivity and that of my peers. It's hard to compare different size agencies. So my office with two licensed producers is compared to another agency that has six licensed producers. I wish there was a way to break down the number of policies per producers in an agency to compare how each agency is performing overall per individual, not necessarily as an overall group.

SalesScreen brings a sense of fun and healthy competition to our workplace. Displaying achievements and sales on our office TVs whenever someone closes a deal or hits an important milestone really boosts morale and encourages a friendly, competitive atmosphere. The tools and resources available on the website make it easy to track your standing within your department or team. Sales roles are always fast-paced and demanding, but SalesScreen helps everyone stay informed about the latest standings and adds an enjoyable element to the workday. In our department, SalesScreen is a daily tool that is constantly implemented in our day to day tracking's. Thankfully, I have not had any tech issues on my end, but from what I have heard from others, the support side of things is fast and efficient!

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

Truly, I do not have too many negative things to say about the system or  UI of SalesScreen. I think my biggest hurdle initally was trying to figure out the system and how everything works. The user interface on the sight to see the most up to date standings was a little hard to get the hang of at first but that may have been more of a lacking of training from my employer. A little over a year into using SalesScreen now and I am able to assist others in finding the best ways to navigate and be most efficient! 

One last thing would be the scrolling features on our TV's at work. Not sure if this is something with our TV's or with the programming, but at times our TV's are not able top scroll through our current leaderboards fast enough before switching to the next slide. There have been times where myself or a coworker I am close with is on the leader board but we don't have a chance to see ourselves on the big TV (trying to be humble... but bragging rights are a real thing haha.)
Again, this might be something with our system at my job but wanted to mention it just in case!

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a sales agent at my company, my problems are probably a little different than compared to management. My problems are not really problems. SalesScreen is more so for keeping us updated and on top of our departments standings per team and individual rankings. So I guess my problem is staying informed on how much an agent made/how many policies and SalesScreen helps me do just that!

I don't like how it doesn't keep track of contacts made or minutes talked on the phone or emails or SMS's sent. It's also kinda hard because it's hard to add your own celebration for YouTube.

I like SalesScreen because it keeps me motivated to do better and compete with the other agents in my office. The coins and prizes system is great, as it motivates me to produce more since I can redeem rewards for doing better. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy.

I don't like when it plays videos every time someone does something. Just give an option to not show the videos.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I appreciate the idea of being able to celebrate success and how SalesScreen allows my team to interact and share their achievements. This feature is motivating, as it encourages my team to strive for success, which in turn helps grow my agency while having fun. I also believe it would be a great motivational tool, enhancing excitement and integration within the team.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

I find it challenging to set up SalesScreen on a TV, which is necessary for my team to view and interact with the content effectively. Despite being straightforward to set up on a computer, transferring it to a TV for staff viewing is difficult. Additionally, I have not been able to fully utilize the software yet because it requires a special TV to display the URL, which is a limitation I was not prepared for. Furthermore, I am currently on a free trial and have no clarity on the pricing structure, which is crucial for making a purchase decision. The lack of support in the setup process also hinders my ability to integrate it into our operations smoothly.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find SalesScreen promotes team motivation and excitement through gamification, although setup challenges, like integration with a TV, have hindered full functionality.

I absolutely love how SalesScreen automates tasks that used to require manual calculations in Excel spreadsheets, which significantly speeds up my workflow. The platform's ability to automatically populate itself based on different business lines I choose to promote is fantastic. I find the competitions feature particularly useful as it allows me to view scores and production levels in almost real-time. These capabilities, paired with the ease of setup after just watching a video or two, make managing my promotions and seeing the results incredibly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

I find that accessing promotions and scoring reports take too many steps. It's cumbersome, and both agency owners and I have to go through two or three steps just to reach the necessary reports. I wish there was easier access directly from the main dashboard to make the process more streamlined.

I use SalesScreen to automate sales result calculations, saving significant time over manual Excel processes, and it provides real-time insights into team performance.

I really appreciate how it syncs with APEX and automatically pulls agent results, which saves me from having to do everything manually when tracking promotions. The competitive battles between producers add a fun and motivating element to the workday, making it more enjoyable. I also love the music feature—it’s fantastic!

Navigating the system is a bit challenging. During our training session, the instructor seemed disorganized and was very difficult to follow, often unable to answer our questions. They really need to have trainers who are better prepared and more focused.

I appreciate that producers from various agencies can compete with one another, which helps foster a sense of friendly rivalry.
