LevelEleven is a highly effective, easy-to-use platform for improving sales productivity. The setup process is straightforward, and sales leaders can launch, run, and manage programs independently without needing admin support.

The gamification features—real-time tracking, pacing, and badges—are genuinely motivating and help keep teams focused on the right behaviors. Reps always know where they stand, which encourages consistent execution, reinforces accountability, and helps maintain momentum over time.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

When we try to run too many things at once, it can create sprawl. That’s why it requires clear prioritization and adjusted views, so it continues to create focus rather than becoming a distraction.

It helps drive the right activities at the right time and at the right pace, creating a natural sense of urgency and accountability. It also supports more frequent, more effective coaching and keeps everyone aligned on what needs to happen next.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

It gives crystal clear visibility to sales reps and managers on their targets and performance. It does in the end increase overall team performance and pushes individuals higher. Support for onboarding is top notch and setup itself is very easy and intuitive

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

It could have more flexibility in terms of user experience as an admin. More often than not, we have to adapt our competition to the engine as opposed to the engine fitting our competition requirement. Same for intelligence and insights on LPI which is limited to 4 metrics. Good thing is that the team is open to feedback and launching new features and improvements over time

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The way that the tool is easy to use and how close their support team is when we need
It is faster, really user friendly and with a great possibility of customization.
I never had a question or a project that I didn't have a close and personalized meeting with the support team to fixed and something also to bring me insight on how do it better.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Different from other tools that I have been using in almost 22 years managing teams, this tool is quite complete; at this moment, nothing that I can dislike.
The visual part is all that you need, isn't beautiful but it work to bring the information that you need.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

It is straightforward to implement, and the support team is fantastic. I genuinely recommend it as primary tool to follow your team

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can follow our sales pacing quickly and the way that we can build our Motivational Campaigns using LevelEleven.
You can build your own dashboards faster than other tools and also you can have a large variety of options to build it too.
I'll strongly recommend for teams that need to follow a great number of KPIs, that has more than one team to follow (since you can easily change teams in this tool) and also to provide you insights based on their reports.
As Sr. Manager I'm more confortable to see that the whole team has a faster visibility of their own and the teams results  in all KPIs and results that they had in a daily basis

The UI is nice and their sales reps know how to sell you on their customer support.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

They do not have customer support. I have been waiting 4 months for them to fix a connection issue between Salesforce and their system. But of course, we are paying for it during that time. I hope no one else makes the same mistake.

Well, I am not solving any problems since I can not connect my Salesforce.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The LevelEleven software is an excellent addition to Salesforce if you are a leader managing your sales team by measuring their ACTIVITIES vs. just total revenue, which is a key success factor. It allows you to choose the behaviors and actions you want your sales team to take, and measure their performance in real time. It puts your most important KPIs at a quick glance, and also stack ranks the team in a way that is very motivating for competitive salespeople. We used just their very basic solution and saw results very quickly. I highly recommend the tool, and also the team! They were fantastic in helping us configure it in a way that works for us, and showed us how to easily make any changes ourselves. Fantastic solution! Another side benefit - It makes your team log their work in salesforce if they want to show up well on the scorecard!

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

We had no downsides at all. Even the salespeople found it easy to use and liked seeing their rankings.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems at all, set up and config were easy, their support team was fantastic and easily reachable. 
Benefits - my team logged more in salesforce (Eureka!), scorecard was meaningful and motivating, very easy to read.

The tool is really good, I have been working with it for over 2 years and our reps simply love it.
From my perspective as System Specialist, I always value the level of customer support and Laure has been with us the whole time and never left anything fall through the cracks. she is simply a legend.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

not much to be honest, 
Maybe the feature releases are too long and it is always focused on big changes and small features always fall behind and maybe forgotten.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

I have worked in previous companies that always had plans to implement gamification system like level eleven, but they've always had bad experiences, especially the ones that opted for an in house solution.
So I would extremely recommend Level eleven especially for the cost that doesn't seem to be that expensive for what it offered.

Without a doubt, our resp really feel motivated when they see their splashes coming off, we can see them celebrating theirs and other achievements

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Leveleleven focuses on highlighting the relevant data points in Salesforce, and draws the users attention to the intended metric. Sales and Service Rep activities can be tracked and rated with a time bound and measurable approach.
With Geopointe, they have integrated mapping capabilities to address all needs of a field sales and service team.  This app is helpful to a B2C sales and service driven organization with high # of sales.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

A bit complicated to use for novice users and managers. better training aids required.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

High # of direct sales in the B2C space is the ideal use case for Leveleleven

We are changing the way our Sales Reps view competition and metrics, using the scorecards and contests. We are also introducing new metrics.

My favorite feature of LevelEleven is the customizable splashes. My team loves seeing their picture and hearing their song play when they close a sale. As a manager, I love the 1-1 coaching feature to keep me organized and create more effective meetings.

I don't see any downsides to using LevelEleven.

Totally worth the investment! Your associates and managers will love it and you will see immediate results.

1-1 meetings are much more effective and efficient with the coaching features. We can easily access reports and dashboards from leveleleven to take a deeper look at metrics and goals. It holds us both accountable and tracks progress and conversations.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I love the screen splashes where you can play music and have a reps' name appear on the screen. It helps push tempo and the team gets really excited about it. When running competitions, it gives us an easy to way  visualize results. In the past, we had to send manual updates via spreadsheets or having teams manually enter results.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Competitions can't be retroactive, they can only be applied going forward. That has probably been the most frustrating thing.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Make sure you set up your competitions early as they can't go retroactive. This just requires organization and planning.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making key metrics visible to the entire team. It's helped our team stack rank themselves with one another and drive competition.

We use the scorecard which just helps keep metrics in front of the teams. The biggest benefit we've seen is when we run competitions our teams get way more excited and performance is way better when we use LevelEleven. It turns into more of an event because we have music playing as certain actions are achieved and the scoreboard is constantly viewed on TV's around the office.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

It's great to have a public leaderboard to help motivate our sales team. We have a big-screen TV that's front and center for our sales department to see on a daily basis. We use Level Eleven to compete amongst ourselves while also creating a bit of ownership and accountability for our reps. 
We've also used this a few times for Sales Spiffs, just to create a bit more visibility of what's going on and to keep everyone focused on the end goal. We've found this to be pretty helpful to keep everyone aligned and motivated so that our spiffs don't fall off or lose steam.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

It can be a bit of a pain to configure. Support is pretty good, but it's not too user friendly for setting up. Once you understand how to use it though, it becomes pretty straightforward and fairly easy to continue configuring and editing.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's driven a higher sense of competition amongst our team. It's also created a greater sense of accountability amongst our reps. The salespeople at the bottom of the leaderboard know it, and are pushing to move their numbers up. While the people at the top of the leaderboards are keeping their foot on the pedal to stay at the top.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

Our users like the visual, and sometime audio, of knowing they hit goals and challenging each other.  Some of the dashboards we were ale to develop using LevelEleven metrics instead of traditional Salesforce because of the ease of setting and modifying goals.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Like everyone we have a very customized org and sometimes the difficulty is taking our information and trying to make it fit.  Having an inside Sales rep classified different was on a quote, order, and invoice from an ERP is an internal issue but the users do not know the difference they just want to see their stats.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Have a plan.  This is not a silver bullet and is meant to identify potential areas of growth.  The tool is a great compliment to sales enablement by visualizing how everyone is doing.

Having enough monitors to display the ChannelEleven feature.  We are slowly rolling LevelEleven out to more of our locations and have found the most response to this feature.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

I like how easy it is to create, and drive competition on my team. It also provides easy visibility for my reps to hold themselves accountable.My reps find it to be a fun and exciting way to tracker stats. It's a one stop shop where I can see my team's overall performance. It speeds up the performance processing. My reps find it to be very easy to use as well. They like to see how they stack up against their teammates. Can you. Yeah, fun, great, terriffic. 

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

I like everything about it. It's easy to use, and easily impassible. It's SOO EASY!!!
I wish I could change the colors. More custumization would be nice.

I would high recomend this software to drive competition, and performance on your team.

It's easy to keep scores for our team's KPIs, and helps drive competition. It saves time, energy, and it makes my job so much easier.

Ease of use for contests. Ability to publish stuff to L11 TV on a per 'team' basis.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

There is no real hook to get remote users to open up the URL and enjoy the L11 TV broadcast or contest feeds. If a user isn't around our corporate HQ monitors on each floor then they are out of the loop. Placing certain items on the Home page in SFDC can help but we were never shown that at launch.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mixed bag. The SDRs love the contest engine and running attainment boards. This really is for them and no one else.

Setup for competitions and ongoing maintenance of content for Channel 11 can get tedious but I assume that would be an issue with any other similar product.

Utilize their team to help craft how you could use the tool versus how you think you should use it. They really have become experts at competitions and metrics and can give helpful tips about how you can leverage the tool to its full potential.

It helps keep our Sales Dev team focused on the right metrics, it helps us run spifs faster, and all that helps increase the energy of our team every day

Tracks KPIs compared to where you should be MTD, the team LOVES the videos whenever they get a sale, and their coaching module has helped us be more consistent with one to ones and pipleine reviews

It can be a little buggy from time to time and there are a few features that seem basic they are missing. For instance, you can set a followup task after a meeting but then you can't sort by due date when looking at tasks.

The video aspect is an absolute hit with the team... once they get into it. There may need to be a few nudges to get the team interacting with the platform

Gamification, solid KPI coaching without having to revert to spreadsheets, and launching positive reinforcement on sales

Level Eleven helps to steer sales teams into the behaviors that truly move the needle in sales performance. Seeing the metrics and Team ranking score enables a "hunter" mentality and friendly competition that has drastically improved overall performance

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Creation of the metrics should have more flexibility. For example.. if activity is a metric you can only metric tasks or events, you cannot aggregate the activity types. 

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Spend the time trying to determine what outcomes you are hoping to achieve and tailor the metrics to those desired outcomes. Ensure that management is on board to support before releasing the tool to the field. Best yet, allow the managers to see the metrics gathered for 2+ weeks before exposing it to the field, the results are impressive.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

The Sales ScoreCards and Coaching aspects of this tool enable each team member to see where they stand on the KPIs that matter most and the Coaching 1:1 templates track our history we can outline action items and every rep is prepared because I get their 1:1 template sent before we meet.  We have more time for coaching in each and every session.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Dislike? Nothing.  As with any software there are always areas for improvement.  The "TV Channels" are super motivating and it brings life to the sales floor -- wish there was some additional features but it does just about what any other tool out there does.

What is the most important thing you are trying to accomplish with a tool like this? 
Sales Performance, Coaching, Motivating, Gamification, and excitement to the team then its a tool worth looking at.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

This is the 3rd company I have used Level11 at, and I think it's a must for a sales team. I love how you can easily create contests and leaderboards that automatically refresh. Some contests I've done beyond "Top Sales Rep of the Month" are paring reps up together and competing against each other, making calls worth different points than demos set, etc. I also really like the new coaching tool. I use it every week for my 1:1's to have a consistent agenda. We also can refer back to past 1:1's notes, to ensure we're hitting what we wanted to. Lastly, Chanel11 is a MUST. Reps love seeing where they are to our KPI's. It stirs up a lot of healthy competition.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

You can't set contests and have them be retroactive. Also, I'd like some contests to just start again automatically every month, rather than me have to copy/create it every month. The coaching is still a little new, and some of the "Titling" could be cleaner

Very easy to use and great customer support.

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this to motivate our sales team, and stay organizied during our weekly 1:1's. There's no question it helps to push your reps when they stare as a live leaderboard, and it makes it fun. Also, our 1:1's are much more efficient using the coaching tool.

I love that I can create sales contests and display them in a very eye catching fashion without a ton of effort. The integration with Salesforce is amazing.

I wish there were more customization options

It's really helping to drive engagement with the sales team, track big deals, opptys, and contests, as well as provide and serve up interesting and valuable content in a centralized location.

The UI was pretty nice  - a lot of our reps found it visually appealing and loved the celebratory videos/audio you customize once they hit their goal.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

The set-up of metrics and teams on the back-end was cumbersome and not scalable. We have about 100 sales reps, with 8 different roles, two different sales cycles, and about 20 different metrics. Getting all of this configured and maintained is a LOT of work.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Only use if you're a small team, and make sure your admin has time to set up processes in cadence with your sales cycle

**What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not much at the moment. *Some* of our reps use Level11 to track their daily progress, but I'm not confident that we're getting out of it the effort and money that we put into it.

**What do you like best about LevelEleven?**

We've been with LevelEleven for almost 5 years and couldn't imagine our team without it. LevelEleven's tool have led to outsized growth for our entire team and best of all allow our reps to manage themselves - cutting down on the need to micromanage almost entirely.

LevelEleven has undergone some leadership changes with the departure of CEO Bob Marsh where they temporarily lost their way. Things seem to be back on track but we've stuck with it because of the amazing partnership from the entire L11 team. Special mention is necessary for Lauren McNeal - had Lauren not stuck with us from the beginning this would be a different story.

We use this tool as a way to celebrate the wins that our sales team has, as well as provide more transparency within the organization on our sales metrics.  But on top of that, this tool also acts as another communication platform for us to share news, and announcements on new assets, event, etc.   Sales Managers love it because it keeps KPIs in front of their team

Our CSM, Brianna Burgess, is definitely a positive for LevelEleven as well.

We currently only use their contest/Channel 11 package, but there are some small common sense features that are currently missing.  We have an open RFE list with them, which our CSM keeps me updated on so I should see these resolved, but it's just a matter of when.  

Also at the beginning, we had issues with a promised feature by the AE that didn't exist yet, but the customer success team put a prioirty on this to get this problem fixed for us.

The ease of creating contests is one of the best selling points for this contest. When we did our first demo I was actually controlling the mouse and my boss was remotely viewing. We talked a few days later in person and she told me that she didn't realize I was driving because of how fluid the demo was. Gives you an idea of how easy the interface is to understand. 

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

If you are not using this product on standard objects it is a  bit harder to use and control. It can still be done but requires a lot more testing and trial/error contests to get the correct result with custom objects.

We are using Contest to drive a company culture initiative as our employee base is spread out across the country. We are using Scorecard to help keep our teams on target with their daily and monthly goals. We have seen many benefits with Contest and are starting to see them with Scorecard but we just started using it this month.

Really like the interactivity of it, the noises and videos are great and keep people entertained! The interface is really cool and easy to read. Love the fact it allows you to add in giphy's and is generally very flexible in allowing different types of media.

**What do you dislike about LevelEleven?**

Would be good to be able to have videos for individual splashes but when I last spoke to them this was in the development pipeline. When testing changes made to the channel, it would be nice to be able to 'skip' certain programs to get to the one you have edited. The more interactive, head to head style tournament features the better! Would also be good to have a more graded colour system rather than just green, blue and red.

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Really good, particularly if you have a small team. I think it works best with a relatively small sized team (In our case, we have 5-10 users). I can envisage it being slightly difficult to interpret if you had a large team just because of the way the leaderboard cycles through.

Our sales team recently moved up from London to our HQ in Leeds so it has helped bring the Sales and Marketing functions together. Previously, we were struggling to keep track of how Sales reps were performing and had to rely on extracting data into Excel but this has been really helpful in monitoring everything and allowing everyone in the business to see how they are getting on.

Gamifying sales rep productivity and providing full visibility on performance is huge - the annual cost covers itself in a matter of days or weeks. Also, the team is incredibly supportive... Arguably the best support I've received from an acquisition tech company.

The only issue I have with Level 11 is that it can be difficult to integrate with funky TV systems, although, that's a byproduct of the TVs and not Level 11.

The scorecard functionality is very good at providing metrics for our sales and service teams. This is widely used throughout the business and is generally liked by all. We originally got level11 software for our tv screens through Channel11 however the scorecard functionality was a big bonus and is now used extensively.

We wish that you could change the time period within Scorecard to have different time period metrics that can be easily switched between. Otherwise the functionality is great!

**Recommendations to others considering LevelEleven:**

Level11 excels at providing performance metrics through Scorecard and a excellent service for the TV screens throughout the business via Channel11. If either of these would benefit your business then Level11 is currently the best solution from the products that we have evaluated.

We currently use the following Level11 Products: 

Scorecard - Managers and reps use this to monitor team and individual performance. Also houses the coaching module that we are currently trialling throughout the business. This has improved our visibility and tracking of key metrics and staff performance. 

Channel11 - Controls the channels and the screens displayed on the TVs in both the UK and US offices. Everybody loves it when their videos go off on the screens when a new sale is made!

ContestEngine - Used to set up and monitor competitions based on Scorecard metrics or other behaviours.
