they use to be great but now its outdated the layout is okay

**What do you dislike about LeadDesk?**

Poor customer service and unclear contract terms. Feels misleading and untrustworthy. 

There are much better options for half the price, better quality and propper contracts

**What do you like best about LeadDesk?**

It is very easy to use and saves so much time as we can you use auto dialer mode of this tool. It increase call count so that we can connect with so many new clients in a single day. Because of that we can generate many leads and helps to meet the target of the company.

**What do you dislike about LeadDesk?**

I didn't find anything negative as of now.

**What problems is LeadDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company, our primary profile is sales and we need to connect so many clients in a day to generate leads and with the help of leaddesk it is become easier to conncet with client as in this tool we can find the auto dialer mode so we can conncet so many clients in a day. Also, we can track the outbound calls. As we can conncet so many clients in a day so it will helps to increase the lead generation and make our work easier and effective. It saves our so much time and we don't need to do extra efforts for leads generation.

**What do you like best about LeadDesk?**

This platform provides great platform to organise outbound calls and service. Helps in providing high definition voices over calls while contacting the customers. It also helps in organising service records in a very user friendly manner. User interface is very easy to use.

I didn't find anything which can be disliked here.

It is helping me to keep track of all outbound calls and raised queries so that it can be tracked and solved within the SLA.

The clarity in the calls sometimes drops, but nothing major and the support team is quick to fix whenever the issue arises.

LeadDesk has really helped boost our sales and streamline internal training processes. The best is it has a lot of predictive dialer modes and helps my callers to asses and prepare for the call accordingly

Frankly, there is nothing much to dislike about it.

LeadDesk helped me train my employees much better with its easy and time effective modules. Also helped us train our employees remotely.

It's an best software for sales process in your organisation , I am using it from last few months and It gives very good results . It increases our Closures. It's easy to use and I'm using it frequently , it have good. Features .

Customer service is not up to the mark ,I hope you'll improve it . Apart from this it's perfect.

**What do you like best about LeadDesk?**

It has significantly streamlined out lead Management process. This software has proven it Self to be valued tool for our sales team, and I'm satisfied with the performance.

**What do you dislike about LeadDesk?**

Customer support response time his poor which is frustrating for business relying heavily on the software for their operations. And mobile apps latest update should be improved it's UI is not at all friendly.

Primarily solves the problem of lead Management, sales engagement, and communication for those who involved in is sales.and customer success. Also helping with multiple channels engagement and work flow automation.

**What do you like best about LeadDesk?**

This software makes 'sales call handling' very easy, because of its user-friendly interface, new users adopt this easily. With the help of its auto dialer mode, the caller can increase his call count and generate more revenue for the business.

**What do you dislike about LeadDesk?**

Although I like all its features, yes I would definitely like to say that its mobile functionality can be improved a bit more. With the increase in mobile functionality, users will be able to use it better

**What problems is LeadDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you talk about sales software, then it proves to be a better option, It helps the salesperson to maintain the data and increase the number of callings. 
Due to which it becomes very easy to manage the customer and solve their problem. It is also proving to be a better option for freelancers.

**What do you like best about LeadDesk?**

The reporting tools are especially important to us because of the increasing need for insight and measurment of different KPIs and/or OKR. These are important factors to be competetive in the increasingly hyper-competetive climate that is direct sales.

**What do you dislike about LeadDesk?**

We have had some difficulties with low-sound and crackling due to servers issues. 

Nothing extraordinary.

**Recommendations to others considering LeadDesk:**

KPI, OKR's etc is becmoning increasingly more important to be competetive in any market. Most markets are becoming hyper-competetive. With LeadDesk you will have the right reporting tools to measure the key point indicators needed to make changes to your business. 

Also LeadDesk' key account managers and IT support are really easy to deal with. They will guide you and dont get annoyed when your lack of computer knowledge shines bright :)

**What problems is LeadDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The detection of automatic phone-answering is important to us due to the efficiency of our man-days and therefore our net income. 

The benefits  of the good reporting tools is something I have benefited from as a project coordinator.

It is easy to use and deploy in a desktop. There is ready and very supportive support team always ready to give assistance. Since we started using this platform we have won more customers  and increased our sales volume.

Great tool and it offers excellent services in sales and marketing. It is just fine no breakdown we have experienced so far.
