The variety of services, the proactive updating of sales metrics, it's easy to use and understand; I use it every day.

There isn't really anything I dislike about SalesScreen.

Wouldn't call them problems, more so just an efficient metrics management system and more.

Not every KPI gets displayed properly (Meetings Booked)

It is providing motiviation by comparing the (espacially Calls) KPIs. For competitive people it is helping a lot to get after it.

SalesScreen has been a game changer for our team. We’ve always had ambitious goals, but this platform helps bring them to life in a much more visible and motivating way. The real-time tracking and customisation keep everyone aligned, and the gamification elements (especially competitions and celebrations) have completely transformed how we celebrate wins. It’s intuitive, visually engaging, and has noticeably lifted performance and morale.

At the moment I have to manually add team targets rather than have them pulled through but that is likely easily fixable.

SalesScreen is giving me the platform were my success and achievements are tracked and displayed.
Working in a high energy sales team were the pace is high and people are highly focused, it's nice to have a place were your success gets displayed and gives everybody the opportunity to take knowledge of your achievements.

So far I haven't come across anything that I disliked.

Working in sales, the pace is high and everybody is focused to reach their goals. SaleScreen is giving the sales team the visibility that is often times missed. Achievements and successes are made visible and the team can take part in your proud moments.

It enables us to centralise all our incentives and engage all 200 sales people on one platform; we can personalise rewards so people win prizes they really want.  It saves our managers hours of administration and the easy to use templates allow us to set up competitions really quickly.

Some of the reports and data we need has to be extracted by SalesScreen and sent to us, rather than us being able to do it ourselves

Saving managers time by quickly creating exciting competitions that engage and motivate the sales team
It's having a positive impact on our NPS scores within the department and increasing inter-team working
Having an audit trail of incentive funds allocated and spent by individual means we don't have to do that manually any more

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

Easy to use and clear platform.  Competitions are a greatfunctionality. with the ability to create custom teams for competitions allows mixing up teams and creating team spirit throughout actual teams. Also the platform has been updated frequently, especially ability to alter the visual aspect of data. platform has enough abilities to have specific goals and conversion rates and hitrates that give users great understanding of their statistics while being visually user friendly.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

The ability to create your own competion platforms, for example a bingo platform for which the creater could set X amoutn of milestones that the software would random disctribute for bingo boards that would check based  data and manual imput would be great. the platform would be interactive: if during a quarter  a user if below last quarter and below goals it would have a pop that could motivate (message generated by Ai for example) and the reflect what has changes, in a away to create boost and motivation from past success.

SalesScreen is a great tool that always pushes every single team member to go the extra mile and stay highly motivated.
Challenges, deal celebrations, and a daily/weekly/monthly overview helps us to see where we are currently at.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

The integrations seems sometimes a bit delayed and a litlle bit more flexibility would be great.

Motivation, Team Spirit, and Celebrations.
Also it helps us to have a good overview about current numbers and stats.

sales screen allows you to see how the rest of your team is doing, and brings on a competitive edge. Having the videos post is always fun as well.

Not much that I don't like, I would say my only issue is the fact that other companies copyright youtube videos

With some of the competitions it allows you to see where you're lacking and when you start to improve it.

I like it, sometimes feels a little tedious or repetitive but its a nice way to stay up to date on team members sales, add customizability to a very boring job, adds more competition, and just adds a more fun to the work day.

One of the standout features of Salesscreen is the ability to see in real time how you compare against your peers. This creates a competitive yet motivating environment, driving you to improve and stay on top of your game

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

Some aspects that could be refined:

Occasional bugs, such as disappearing data or incorrect metrics. Luckily it can be overided manually. 

The mobile app, while functional, could benefit from a modern refresh to align with current design trends and improve usability.

SalesScreen has made a significant impact on my day-to-day work by solving some key challenges. One of the biggest benefits is how it keeps me motivated. The gamification features, like leaderboards and competitions, push me to perform better because I can see how I stack up against my teammates in real time. It’s exciting and drives me to stay focused on my goals

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

It really enables transparency and contributes to that competitive edge that is really valuable, when used right. It is creating both engagement within the sales teams but also amongst other departments with the easy ways to display stats and progress. 

Havn't been part of it myself but understand from our Ops and Enablement team that it's been a straight forward setup and we are really happy about the good collaboration with the SalesScreen CS team. Felicia is doing a great job with a curious mindset and creative approach.

No dislikes per se. And maybe we could actually do this in some way but I would love to be able to display more stories or perhaps keywords from successful deals and sales processes with customers. Would provide other sales reps but also other departments with extremely valuable insights our strive for constant improvment 😃

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

SalesScreen has been instrumental in fostering both a competitive and fun culture within our team. We’ve integrated it across all areas of sales to display KPIs, metrics, and dashboards, gamify certain achievements or targets, and run competitions. The platform has been well received by users, as it requires minimal effort to get started.

One standout feature is the Rewards system. Based on our GTM objectives, we’ve created custom Achievements for different roles, such as closing large deals or booking a set number of meetings in a week. When reps reach these milestones, they automatically earn coins, which can be redeemed for Rewards.

Shortly after implementing this, we exceeded our quarterly revenue goals by significantly, and more quota-carrying reps hit their targets than ever before.

Their Customer Success team is also great to work with!

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

SalesScreen could benefit from improvements in data configuration and metrics setup. As an admin, the setup process can be confusing, and even minor adjustments require significant effort. Additionally, real-time updates would be helpful when changes are made in the CRM.

Visualization and transparency of metrics and gamifying sales to boost output, e.g. revenue, number of deals, ACV etc.

The best quality of SalesScreen is the ease of use and integration if you're new to this type of product.
I personally like and value the display of recognition for all of the work each team member produces on a daily basis, it's a key factor that drives momentum! Additionally, customer support is readily available should you need any additional support.

The only downside I can say about SalesScreen is having to log back in after a certain amount of inactivity. But your frequency of use will determine how often you may experience this feature.

But whenever someone closes a deal or books a meeting. I get to see their video on the big screen at our office. 
This helps me get to know that person a little better. The videos we choose for our booked/closed deals always become a talking point. We laugh and banter with eachother everyday thanks to SalesScreen. Love it!

Didn't realise I was competitive until I started using SalesScreen. Takes the focus during a call blitz away from booking meetings and more towards winning a challenge which is a big mindset shift and ultimately leads to booking more deals. Great way to keep in touch with remote workers and create more visibility around everyones activity and achievements.
