The interactive features and the ability to display data to the masses in an engaging way.

Nothing to dislike currently! The uses currently suit our business needs very well.

Accountability, having the performance visual to the entire office helps drive performance. Also the engagement, the willing for sales reps to see the condolences that are public. Streamlining, helps us eliminate a number of communication channels having everything in one place. 
Excited about the features of battles, competition is a big driver in our business.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

I like that it provides that little extra nudge to continue with the behaviors that lead to success.  It is motivation to make that one more call, to work harder to get that meeting, and receive a great incentive on top of a regular comp plan.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

Some may not have a desire for one more login, one more system.  For myself though, I think it's worth it!

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a person who is motivated by incentives.  This is a great program that leads directly to real rewards.

I like that it is quick to respond and allows me to be as interactive as I would like

I don't like having to refresh to see new feeds and new balances

Sales screen allows me to see my personal performance against my peers.  It allows me to see in real time others accomplishments and give them flowers for all to see.  It is also a great tool for incentivizing us to use the tools and challenges we are afforded.

What really stands out is how motivating the achievements system is—it adds a fun and competitive edge to daily tasks and keeps the whole team engaged. The visualizations and personalized recognition are a big plus for team morale.

I wish there was a section for goals you set for yourself, and achieve. I wish there was more emphasis on sharing your goals.

I love seeing everyone's celebration videos throughout the day and being able to track our companies progress each month

I would LOVE to be able to respond to comments on the feed with an emoji instead of just a "like"

When we first started with SalesScreen, we were told that it would benefit the middle group of sales agents the most: allowing them to participate with each other, against each other, and celebrate together. This is absolutely true!

Sometimes I’d like to know how the % up or down work when comparing my KPIS month over month

I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily fixing a problem it’s more just convenience. I can track my KPIs easily on other apps. It is cool that there is a coin system with stuff to buy with them.

I love how SalesScreen gives real-time visibility into each loan officer’s daily activity; calls, appointments, loans funded. So we all know where things stand. The competitions, badges, leaderboard and reward‑shop keep everyone engaged and hungry. It’s easy to set up new competitions and celebrate wins in style!”

tiny hiccups in integrations occasionally show delays in real-time data syncing.

Its easy to track what each LO is doing everyday. The competitions page is where we are spending most of our time on now since we have a lot of competitions going.

We have differnt KPI.s running on screens all day at our differnt offices and when a users them song starts playing cause they closed a deal you can really see how everyone reacts looks at the screens! 
I also like that we have one person I can ask pretty much everything and she is super quick in her response!

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

I would love to be able to configurate the slides! It's nice with templates in the beginning but I would want it to have our own graphics and design.
We also weren't able to have slides with imported goals because they made the slide very very slow, and there were no solution for this.

Showing real time data at all of our offices, making everyone getting an understanding of what is happening at other places.

A somewhat complex tool, with some words and descriptions that can be difficult to understand, a bit challenging to create competitions, and to set goals yourself. Not very well suited for competitions when working with sales over time/years. Perhaps better for "milk and bread" products.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

SalesScreen is very easy to use both on a desktop and its great to have it within my handheld devices in order to access my accounts anywhere I'm at. The ability to upload whatever snippet is very easy and the interface is very user friendly. I enjoy using both the app and website everyday and it keeps a fun competitive edge within the office space in addition to hyping you up from seeing your clip on the screens within office.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

I wish the ability to change the celebration you have was accessible via the app versus having to go through the desktop. I also wish our clips were longer, mine always only plays for a literal 5 seconds when I've seen longer for others. This is even if there is no one directly behind me in terms of "celebrating".

I believe it is solving the problem of us knowing where everyone on the team is at within the sales folio.
