**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

Creating a more gamified version of Recruitment for our business. I like the competitive nature of the setup but mainly it shows our clear goals, objectives and drive for the business units.

Setting up competitions and being able to make the daily work more fun was really appreciated - it also helps visualise joint goals and incentives for the wider business.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

Generally there isn't so much to dislike at all - clear user interfaces, easy to use and enjoyed the software.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to find a clear UI to display our company/team objectives and also drive the low-levels of our business whilst reporting on it easily.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

Just wanted to take a second to say how much I love our sales screen.

It’s such a powerful tool—not just for tracking numbers, but for keeping that competitive fire alive. I think it's amazing how it shows exactly where you stand in real time, what others are achieving, and just how much effort is going in across the board.

For me, it's a huge motivational driver. Whether I’m ahead or chasing someone down, it pushes me to keep dialing, keep driving, and stay focused. Seeing the energy and output from the team up on that board is seriously inspiring.

Sales is a competition, and that screen makes sure we all know the score.

Let’s keep the momentum going!

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

To be honest, there’s not much I don’t like about SalesScreen.

It delivers exactly what it promises—a fun, effective way to stay motivated, see where you stand, and keep momentum going. It’s one of those tools that just works, and I find myself relying on it daily without even thinking twice.

If anything, my only “critique” is that I don’t even know what I’d ask for next. It already does a great job of showing the numbers, encouraging competition, and keeping the energy up. Maybe there are features I haven’t thought of yet—but that’s the thing: SalesScreen covers the bases so well, it’s hard to know what’s even missing.

At the end of the day, it’s a solid motivational tool that keeps me engaged and focused. Can’t ask for much more than that.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's beneficial for me because I like seeing where I stack compared to the others. If I'm falling behind, it's great motivation to dig in and catch up.

**What do you like best about SalesScreen?**

Fast feedback on how the team is performing. You can look at different types of products and look across time as you use it to compare your salesteam over time.

We've used it across customer service and different salesteams. 

Good support from account manager as well as very customizable site.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

Some minor details, such as if you select a certain period of time it automatically selects to measure weeks instead of day-by-day.
I think they will incorporate AI more and I think the analytics side should get some more attention to provide more direct feedback. 
But overall you should be able to navigate regardless and you probably have something like that already and will only use Salesscreen as a "Whiteboard".

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant feedback which helps me as a manager solve issues faster.
The salesforce get more interested in the numbers them selfs and with that get more into it.

Measuring the cost vs benefit I think most teams would benefit by using this sort of solution.

I love the ability to see all of the different reports and the different ways to use them with the team members! You can definitely create the report to be what you want which is a nice customizable feature!

I am not sure of who in my team has activated their access. This is difficult because we don't know who to reach out to for enroll, if they haven't done so yet!

It has available reports to use that are quick to show results specific to what you are looking for.

I really appreciate the creativity that went into the overall design of the program. Competing in games and battles with colleagues for prizes is both enjoyable and motivating. It encourages better performance and helps boost motivation!

The only drawback I notice is the need to pay for a product like this. While I understand the reasoning behind the cost, it could be challenging for smaller businesses to manage the price.

This may not be a SalesScreen issue but sometimes the data is delayed

Solving a simplified way to see performance in an easy tool without having look or use excel or varying reports, its all in one.

Updating my review: As I'm moving into a more leadership role it's going to help me see my teams performance on a macro scale to assess and give guidance.

I like that SalesScreen is a fun platform. I also enjoy being able to set up battles and competitions with people from my office. The integration with Salesforce is a plus and I found the initial setup very easy.

I really enjoy the celebrations, seeing your team succeeding and hearing their celebration songs really inspires. It's also very easy to use and intuitive. We use it everyday!

I do not like that sometimes I can't login and I get a weird error and I have to refresh and then suddenly I am in

The variety of competitions was really fun. The Reward Shop is a great way to offer individual rewards instead of team wide. Great for visbility in the office.

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

There were some integration challenges with our CRM system.

**What problems is SalesScreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting sales data and performance data front and centre, it made it really easy. Our CRM didn't have a real time reporting suite so that was very beneficial. Great to offer variety in the comps. And the feed was a great centralised place for dishing out kudos.

The Competitions. They really do a great job at engaging the teams and keeping everyone on track. I also like the live feed of peoples wins! really fun to watch the team succeed!

**What do you dislike about SalesScreen?**

Not really anything. Its a benefit to our team to utilize for incentives. It makes winning fun!

Motivation to prospect. Cold prospecting gets very very tedious and boring. Howver with the gamifaction it keeps me in a  good mindset to keep calling!

Some aspects of the visuals could use improvement, and the competition setups also require some attention.
There is a flaw in running multiple activities at the same time and trying to accommodate for multiple people's business needs with some of the arbitrary points systems.

I like how they Gameify the sales with competitions and battles. I like how we can log in to see how we stack up against our coworkers. The system is easy to navigate and doesn't seem clunky or cumbersome.

The price of items in the store are not consistent with inflation. For example the Goodleap Golf Balls are PROV-1's This is around a $50 product that costs 540 coins. So it's pretty close to a 10-1 ratio of coin per dollar (100 coins = $10).

The pots and pans are on sale for $50 on amazon. They are 2900 coins. That's 5.8 to 1 ratio of coin per dollar 58 coins = $10. There needs to be a more fluid system to change the price of items depending on the market.

I don't dislike anything about sales screen, other than the fact that I wiah i could see my total coins in hubspot

it is a great incentive to push me into cold calling more which is good for my career
