
Since joining, the customer service has been next level. I've migrated 3 systems in to one, with a tight deadline, and the team have been able to assist me in getting this done with no issues whatsoever. When I have questions, I often receive video tutorials so that I can save them in case I forget next time around. I can't question the service at all, it's been excellent. I wouldn't say that there is anything that I specifically dislike, there are a few things where I feel it might be better (for me) if it behaved different, and I often raise these points. Sometimes they are remedied, sometimes not, but I feel as though the team do consider my feedback which is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
