Further, the simple API calls also allow the "claiming of the certificate" to store the lead creation event. Specifically, this includes a video playback of the opt-in. The pricing for this product is competitive. Overall I have experienced excellent uptime with the product. I would also add that the online portal is straightforward to use. **What do you dislike about TrustedForm?** I have yet to encounter any actual downside with Trusted Form. Like all products, there is room for enhancements, but most of the upgrades I would propose would augment the scope of the product, as opposed to replacing anything that is missing in its current iteration. The functionality is as advertised, so no issues. **What problems is TrustedForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trusted Form has provided a great solution to auditing the age of leads. In doing so, Trusted Form has helped the data lead industry improve the quality of its product. Furthermore, the additional protection should a TCPA event arise is also very beneficial. ### 3. Sometimes you have a question and want the answer immediately but it takes time to navigate the system. Not the platforms or operator's fault, just my impatience. **What problems is TrustedForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving problems between a novice customer base and knowledgable developers and software engineers. It helps me save some money as I have a little developer experience, and offers some confidence when I am able to use their fixes for my end user goals. ### 4. We claim every lead, this is something that I don't worry about in the back-end. I don't like the communication about features and upgrades. We thought we had extedeed lead times added. we had to ask for it to be. There is no more trying to ask lead providers what they're saying to our customers, and how they provide information. It is an easy way to keep people accountable and review for bots. **What do you dislike about TrustedForm?** I hate that I cannot send the trusted form recording to people who do not have login's to the platform. That causes some friction with different departments that want to review the information. **What problems is TrustedForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the issue we have had historically with lead providers submitting us trashy leads that come from sources promising one thing and yet we provide something else. For example, we struggle with vendors running ads to the tone of "see if you qualify for free...." however, NO ONE does. It is just a bait and switch. We can now cut these off at the pass. ### 13.
