
It does everything you need or would want it to and then some.
The customer service team is outstanding. Rich was exceptionally knowledgeable during our initial integration, greatly smoothing the process. Later, Steffi became our primary contact; she is invariably available when not on a call and displays unwavering commitment. When I was desperate to launch a campaign and encountered troubleshooting difficulties, she selflessly dedicated five minutes—despite her impending school run—to help us go live, ultimately giving our campaign a 16‐hour head start. The only think i can fault is that there are different price points for better analytics but that is the same with most and Phonexa is cheap considering what it is capable off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
