What do you like best about Phonexa?

It does everything you need or would want it to and then some.

The customer service team is outstanding. Rich was exceptionally knowledgeable during our initial integration, greatly smoothing the process. Later, Steffi became our primary contact; she is invariably available when not on a call and displays unwavering commitment. When I was desperate to launch a campaign and encountered troubleshooting difficulties, she selflessly dedicated five minutes—despite her impending school run—to help us go live, ultimately giving our campaign a 16‐hour head start. What do you dislike about Phonexa?

The only think i can fault is that there are different price points for better analytics but that is the same with most and Phonexa is cheap considering what it is capable off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support provided during onboarding and API integration has been excellent. I appreciate the prompt follow-up on any issues, as solutions are delivered quickly. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to addressing problems and working towards goals. I also value the real-time feedback from the system and the efficiency of postback calls.
