What's the top CPaaS software?

Hey everyone, we’re exploring CPaaS platforms to help us handle messaging, voice, and maybe some in-app chat. There are a ton of options out there, and I’m hoping to find something reliable that fits well with our stack and isn't a pain to manage.

• Vonage Communications APIs: Solid for voice, video, and messaging at scale, especially for teams building real-time customer interactions.
• Sendbird: Focuses on in-app chat, voice, and video, best for apps that want smooth, reliable communication built right in.
• Bandwidth: Known for direct-to-carrier service, gives more control over voice and messaging infrastructure, ideal for larger builds or compliance-heavy teams.
• Ably: Great for real-time messaging and data sync, strong fit for apps that need live updates, chat, or collaborative features.
