Corporate learning management systems (LMS) organize, track, and manage efforts to train and upskill a workforce. These eLearning products manage individualized training programs for onboarding, development, and compliance. Organizations use corporate LMS software to assign courses to employees and track their progress as they complete lessons and assessments. Some solutions also track professional development or integrate with performance.

These courses can be created using built-in tools in the LMS. Some may also integrate with a separate [course authoring software](https://www.g2.com/categories/course-authoring).
