"Mineral Keeps Us Effortlessly Updated on Employment Law Changes"

What do you like best about Mineral?

Over the past few years, the laws, rules, and regulations for businesses have been updating exponentially and continuously, to the point of being overwhelming. Mineral keeps me up to date with the changes that affect my business directly and also offers a directory for individual states, municipalities - anywhere that might be of interest. As an HR Professional, we're expected to know the employment laws and how they apply to us but we're not lawyers. We need resources like Mineral that not only offer documentation but also free webinars on specific topics.

Whether it’s compliance updates, policy templates, or quick answers to everyday HR questions, everything is easy to find and actually useful.

I especially appreciate how up-to-date the information is—it gives me confidence that we’re making informed decisions and staying compliant without having to dig through multiple sources. The resources feel thoughtfully designed for real-world HR situations, not just theory.

What problems is Mineral solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mineral solves one of the biggest challenges in HR: keeping up with constantly changing employment laws—especially when operating across multiple states. Managing compliance can be overwhelming, time-consuming, and stressful, but Mineral simplifies it by providing clear, state-specific guidance all in one place.

For a multi-state organization, this is incredibly valuable. Mineral helps ensure we’re aware of differences in laws, required postings, leave policies, and employment regulations from state to state, reducing the risk of missed updates or compliance gaps. "Mineral Makes HR Legal Jargon Easy—Webinars and Expert Case Advice"

What do you like best about Mineral?

As a new HR professional Mineral has helped me to sift through some of the legal-ease and jargon associated with the job. I have attended a few webinars as well and I like the content and the down to business, get it done approach. MY favorite feature thus far is ability to ask a question (open a case) and have an experience HR professional offer advice and/or counsel. Great stuff and I recommend it! "Easy Access to Resources and the HR Team"

What do you like best about Mineral?

Ease of access to all the resources and HR team. The support system is always there, no matter how many questions I have. Its easy to get support in all areas. I also enjoy the Employee Handbook to keep policies updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not that I dislike, but the only con would be that I may have to wait 24 hours for the response. I have never tried requesting urgent scenerios so have not looked into the huge turn around. What do you like best about Mineral?

I am new to Mineral and so far I have found it easy to navigate the website and the information is very useful. I also configured an employee handbook in about 15 minutes by inputting some basic information. This is an excellent feature of the service.
