"More Than an LMS – A Team That Listens, Supports and Continues to Evolve"
5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

What I like most about Learn365 is its flexibility and how well it works alongside our Microsoft environment. We're able to build on the LMS using automation and our own Power BI reporting, which allows us to adapt it to the needs of our business.

I also really like that the product continues to evolve. I'm particularly interested in the newer AI functionality and seeing how this continues to improve the learner experience.

But one of the biggest positives for me is the support from the Zensai team. They're approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to work through ideas and find solutions with us. It feels more like a partnership than simply dealing with a software provider Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I don't really have any dislikes. If I had to identify an area that's been challenging for us, it would probably be reporting, but that's not a true reflection of Zensai or the product. We have quite complex internal systems and reporting requirements, with much of our reporting coming from Dynamics rather than Zensai. So for us, it's more about how we've structured our systems and data than something I could fault Zensai for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good integration with Microsoft 365, but lacks autonomy for managers in LMS 365"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like the integration with the Microsoft 365 database, as it greatly speeds up work by providing simple access to the entire base of active company users within the platform. I also appreciate the speed with which this information is reflected in LMS 365: when a user is deactivated, this update is quickly mirrored, and they are no longer available in the base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I dislike the lack of autonomy we have as managers of LMS 365. Often, we depend on our Microsoft account manager to resolve even small actions, such as granting ADM access to others who need to include training and information in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Interface but Needs Feature Refinement"
5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like the course library in Zensai because it's very clean and sleek looking. The personalized dashboard is also great, as I can see my skills, completions, and learning pathways in one place. The 'perform and engage' check-in feature is handy because it feeds nicely into conversation templates, allowing for a lot of exploration. Also, setting up Zensai was very easy for our team, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I think some of the basics need to be looked at. It seems like there's a mad focus on new features while some basics are not quite right. For example, to find out how many people are booked on a specific session, I need to click on four things and do basic math to figure it out myself. The software doesn't provide this information. Also, when someone declines an invitation, it should automatically cancel attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Katie Johnson of Zensai

Hi Anna,

Thanks for your review. It’s great to hear Zensai is helping with course completions, compliance, and more meaningful performance conversations.

Thank you for highlighting where the basics could be smoother especially seeing session attendance at a glance and handling declined invitations automatically.

Your feedback helps us prioritize improvements alongside new features.

Thanks again,

Katie

"Seamless Content Integration and Exceptional Support, but Reporting Falls Short"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like that Zensai integrates with our document control system, so I can create and amend course content easily without changing several documents for each update or revision. The landing/SharePoint page is a great way to share basic memos and information informally without sending company-wide communications, and I find the skills links helpful. The account support from Kary Asmuth has been exceptional. She always has time for me and answers my questions promptly and thoroughly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I find the program a bit difficult to use. The reporting is pretty average: I struggle to get the correct information, and the reporting page is difficult to work around, with small scrolling windows and the top half of the screen frozen on unhelpful pie charts. I’d find filters by department or course more helpful, since the current view is very macro and sometimes I need more granularity. I also found organizing the course architecture to create meaningful training plans aligned with skill sets and position levels to be the hardest part of setup. "Streamlined Training Management, Limited Reporting Detail"
4/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like having everything in one platform. I can monitor, track, and easily share training, policies, and white papers with all employees. The automated scheduling keeps track of recurring training and certification renewals for me, and I found the initial setup easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I would like more detail in the reports. They currently show email, time of participation, and who held the training, but I also need details like female/male information for ESG purposes, training costs and participants, and an effectiveness check showing whether the training was acquired and applied. The report data is limited, and I have to add reminders manually after extracting a report. I would also like to include a reminder one day before training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform for Creating Custom and Compliance Courses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like that the system is user friendly and allows you to create your own courses that are relevant to your own company, or add a generic course for compliance purposes from a provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I dislike the reporting function, as I don't feel it's as user friendly as other aspects of the platform. For example, I would like to easily see who has completed mandatory courses, but I found this information difficult to retrieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Training Platform, but Attendance Bugs Persist"
5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I use Zensai for our company’s training platform. It makes it easy to track records of students who have completed trainings, and the certificate creation software has been amazing. I love how easy it is to use, and I like being able to tailor each course session and training to my liking. Setup was very simple and smooth. We chose Zensai for all the things it offered, and we’ve been happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I’ve run into some bugs that make it difficult to keep records of certain trainees. Sometimes, when I enter a group of employees for training, they don’t stick, so I can’t effectively register their attendance. Some things also didn’t transfer over from BirdDog, though we were able to get those documents over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Transformation in Training with Zensai"
5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like the practicality of Zensai and the time we save by conducting various trainings and placing them on the platform. This makes learning faster and reduces demand. It allows the staff to learn more quickly. The way of having quizzes is another thing I appreciate, as I can see the management of employees' grades and thus assess whether they did well or poorly, in addition to having access to records and placing people in certain trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I think the quizzes could be improved, done in the same way as Microsoft Forms, being able to play from a Word document into it and from this Word, being able to automatically build it. Also, improve the artificial intelligence of the quizzes. I really wish it would work in a way that allows sending from Word into the platform and it automatically pulls all the questions and answers, just like it works in Microsoft Forms. "Helpful Account Manager and Clear Guides, but Implementation Support Could Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

Katie Burns our account manager, she was very helpful and answered each question along the way, Katie being off was definitely noticed! I like the user guides for everything and how clear they are to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I don't dislike anything however i do wish that we had more support from the implementation stage as ours has been long drawn out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
