The AI-driven analytics highlight engagement trends and potential concerns, while also making it easy to track participation in weekly check-ins and performance review cycles. What I like best about Zensai is that the Perform side of the platform has been largely customizable to support our team’s needs—particularly the performance evaluations we’ve built.
