Our small company does not have an HR department. Mineral has made it possible for us to be informed about compliance requirements and even provides tools that make it easy for our company to be compliant with State, Local and Federal requirements without having to hire a dedicated HR person. Without Mineral we would still be in the dark on many HR requirements that allow us to be compliant as well as provide our employees with the information they need about their employment with our company. Mineral keeps me up to date with the changes that affect my business directly and also offers a directory for individual states, municipalities - anywhere that might be of interest. As an HR Professional, we're expected to know the employment laws and how they apply to us but we're not lawyers. We need resources like Mineral that not only offer documentation but also free webinars on specific topics.
