What I like best about Bridge is its intuitive user interface and how easy it is to navigate both as a learner and as an administrator. As someone who regularly uses the platform for safety and job-related training, I appreciate how clearly the courses are organized and how seamless the experience is from start to finish. From an administrative perspective, Bridge makes it easy to assign training courses to employees across campus, monitor their progress, track completions, and generate certificates. The reporting tools are especially helpful when preparing documentation for audits or OSHA inspections. I believe Bridge is a very effective tool for both training delivery and oversight. One area where Bridge could improve is its integration and search functionality. While the system is easy to use, there are times when finding specific users or older training records can be time-consuming without more advanced filter or search options. Additionally, it would be helpful if the certificate download process could be streamlined—downloading them in batches, for example, would save time when preparing records for inspectors. Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow to load when handling large amounts of data or multiple user groups.
