"Bridge accidentally Deleted all my training data training curriculum!"

What do you like best about Bridge?

I would've enjoyed Bridge, but they accidentally deleted all of the training information we had in their system. They kept no backups, no snapshots or any way to get our data back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

Aside from the fact that they deleted our data in their system. They offered nothing to make us whole other than giving us a discount on next year's renewal. As if after they accidentally deleted all of our data that we would keep paying them for the service they couldn't get right. One of the VP's I spoke with personally actually said that he can't understand how this deletion would've negatively affected us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bridge:

When looking at the competition and comparing what we were getting for the price and the functionality, bridge just made sense for us. We liked the fact that they were a cloud solution because that is important to my company, but we also liked the ease of use for our managers and users. We liked that it was a true learning management system and that is wasn't a content management system or customer relations management system that was masquerading as a learning management system. We appreciated the fact that the software was there for one reason and was not trying to pack functionalities or capabilities that would take away from the true focus. Competitors to this tool weren't so straight forward and took away from what we were looking for. We also are truly impressed with the level of support that this tool comes with. I have been able to reach out to our contact directly with any questions or concerns and I receive a reply the same day in most cases. This is a solid product with amazing support. What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bridge is no longer solving my problems. They were actually the cause of the problem by accidentally deleted my training data and all the training curriculum that was built in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Ken, We reviewed this situation carefully, and the account was deleted as part of a system-wide cleanup process that used extended account inactivity as the criteria.

When you raised the concern, we reviewed the account history and the options for restoration. The account should not have been included in that process, and we take responsibility for that. Since then, we’ve reviewed our deletion process and addressed the gaps that allowed this to happen.
