Over the years, Thinkific has expanded and evolved into a more robust, education-oriented platform that facilitates the development of an educational business. I rarely, if ever, encounter issues when utilizing this platform. The integrated AI feature for constructing landing pages has significantly conserved time and eliminated uncertainties associated with adhering to the latest best practices in copywriting. The pricing structure is reasonable; however, I would prefer the AI Agent to be included in the Grow plan, as it would assist in advancing my capabilities to a level that would enable me to afford the Plus program. Zoom Integrations have been instrumental in running weekly workshops and setting up private office hours. In over 5 years, the platform has never crashed or caused techinical issues for my students.

There are a number of updates to communities, tools, and subscription tiers that greatly improve the experience for both admins and end users. They also worked with us very specifically to help meet our goals and our business needs.

Over the past year, we've continued to see improvements to the platform, especially around usability and speed of course creation. The course builder remains one of Thinkific’s strongest features — it’s intuitive, easy to train new admins on, and allows our team to launch and update courses quickly without heavy technical support. We’ve also appreciated continued improvements to Communities, site customization options, and the general admin experience. Thinkific makes it easy for our team to manage a large volume of content across multiple learning experiences while still maintaining a polished learner experience. The platform is especially strong for organizations that need to move quickly and keep course maintenance simple. The Thinkific Horizons event and recent product conversations have also shown a stronger focus on platform governance, AI-supported workflows, and improving the learner journey, which is encouraging as our training ecosystem continues to scale.
