Run by ADP has made my job as the employer, so much easier. I have my employees clock in and out on the TIME section of RUN. ADP then factors the hours for me, I need to click some buttons, and then it submits the payroll. The money is then direct deposited into my employees' accounts. It has made it so much easier then trying to do all of the payroll and time keeping on my own. When it comes time to collecting tax info and 1099 info for my employees, ADP makes it easy and it is ready for me to print when needed. When setting up my employees in the system, it was easy, and then just needed to send over to my employees for them to fill out the rest of their info. ADP has been a life saver, and when I did not need to run payroll, I just continued to pay the monthly bill for ADP, to keep my account open. It has been great to work with ADP. We were able to explore new feature such as the performance review, 9box, LMS and others. It was great to see how Rippling presents those features. Some of them were not exactly what we expected so we decided to switch, but it was still interesting to still learn more about the platform. The performance review module is one of my favorite. I really appreciate Remote for providing easy access to HR processes such as payslip and leave management, as well as employment confirmation letters.
