I couldn't think of anything that I truly dislike at this point. They are excellent. If there is any, maybe the AI assistant. I know it's a big trend and unavoidable to use AI assistant and there will only be more usage using them. I wish there would be one day they will be able to handle more complicated questions. They help tremendously with my payroll processing by keeping everything handy in one place. I'm able to download ledger straight to my Quickbooks which only use a brief minute of my time to do so. With a lot of employees and contractors we need to pay each period, this has been by far, the best payroll processing options there is and paychecks have always arrived on time. The phone-based login experience is the weakest part of the product. Having to verify through a phone number feels dated and fragile—if I lose my phone, the battery dies, or the SMS code is slow to arrive, I’m locked out of a tool I need. BambooHR takes care of the routine HR tasks that used to clog up my email inbox. Requesting time off is basically a two-click process: I check my balance, choose the dates, submit, and my manager approves it right in the app. On the personal side, my salary details and employment history are all in one place, so I can pull up my own records anytime without having to ask anyone. I honestly don't have many complaints. Gusto does everything I need it to do as an employee. If I had to mention one limitation, it would be that I primarily use the employee-facing features, so I can't speak to how well the payroll administration and HR management tools work from an employer's perspective. Paycom is a great system in many ways, but there are, for me, some areas where I am frustrated or surprised. Paycom feels very clunky sometimes, requiring many steps to complete a simple operation. For manager users it's frustrating because they aren't in the system as often. The process of creating goal groups and setting goals is way too long and is inefficient. For employee engagement surveys there is no way to reopen a survey to allow more time (if needed), or to add / remove people. Also, for as many reports as Paycom has to offer, it surprises me that I cannot get a report that breaks down an employee survey by team. I am set up with EDI feeds for benefits which is incredibly helpful for me as a one person team. Paycom is also our COBRA administrator which is also a time saver for me. I like housing goals, surveys, performance reviews, and benefits in one platform. Again, the customer service is so great. One minor thing I dislike about Employment Hero is that the help chatbox sits very close to the action/save button throughout payroll processing, and you can’t move it.

A bigger issue is that Employment Hero will sometimes roll out software enhancements without any notification, which changes the way the system behaves and can affect your processes. It doesn’t necessarily break anything, but you then have to adjust your workflows to suit. Since we implemented Employment Hero, our old manual processes for timesheets and leave applications have been replaced with digital workflows and a clear audit trail. This has made the payroll process much more efficient.

We're only two months into using Agentforce Field Service, so I don't have a ton of feedback yet, but one issue is that the thousand tabs you can have open at one time can be overwhelming. My coordinators end up shutting the entire window down because it gets so confusing. The multi-layer tabs make it hard for them to focus on the one project they should be working on. I haven’t had any major issues with it so far. The only thing I’ve noticed is that some travel options I can find on other booking sites don’t always show up in the company travel portal due to corporate travel policies. For travel allowances, the system is immediately configured with automatic deductions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I very rarely receive them during my business trips. This means I have to check each day separately to record them correctly. This represents 5 clicks per day - if there are 10 days, then 50 clicks, and additionally at the end, I have to check again if I have checked correctly. A simpler ergonomics is needed, for example, an overview of the entire month, where only the individual boxes of certain days would need to be checked - this way it could be filled out more quickly and with better visibility of all the days. A single platform to have access to benefits, absence management, timecards, expenses, holidays, training management. Also through Rippling we can check the pay bands for each employee. We can also administrate upwards and downwards review cycles. As an employee I like to have access to my insurance elections through the same portal. It is easy and accessible to understand how much money I am sending to my HSA account and how much do I have accumulated and how much is my company paying. The user interface often feels dated, sluggish, and unintuitive compared to modern software. Receipt scanning via optical character recognition can be finicky and frequently requires manual corrections. I see lag time when trying to load large lists. For example, list of recent vendors... it takes time for all the options to load, and being web-based if you have a slower connection, it really takes longer than server based.

It’s modern and flows so much better than 300. Paying bills is a breeze, and cutting checks is much easier too—fewer clicks, with a process that finally makes logical sense. The ability to upload an attachment is really helpful because when you search the payable, you can see the backup instantly. I also like that the payable header includes an attractive banner showing how it was paid, when it was paid, and the trace #.

I also like how reconciliations flow. Once you click and “match” an item, you can filter it out so it’s no longer an option. This has saved hours of searching for a single transaction, since you can search by payee, method of payment, or transaction amount.

Reporting was always an issue in Sage 300. Here, you can pretty much create any report you want as long as the dimensions are available. Deel Payroll makes international salary transfers easier; the timing is clear, and transfers usually take just a couple of minutes. I find it easy to use, add overtime and bank accounts, keep monthly bill records, and see when my next transfer will arrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is not very intuitive, which leads you to click "help" and find unhelpful support articles which inevitably leads to contacting customer support. The customer support is TERRIBLE. It is the worst customer support I have ever encountered. The AI just regurgitates the same unhelpful information you read in the support article and when you ask to talk to a human, it's always an incredible unhelpful aloof person. On the live chat, I am not entirely convinced I am even talking to a live human being. The expense reimbursements don't sync correctly and you can't rename the "categories" without completely redoing the entire integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are still a few bugs and limitations when working with our Israeli entity, which occasionally require manual workarounds.

The main area I would like to see improved is the budgeting functionality. Currently, it doesn’t fully support accrual-based budgeting or the proper treatment of prepaid expenses. For Finance teams managing budgets on an accrual basis, this can create a mismatch between Ramp’s budget reporting and the way expenses are actually recognized in the accounting system.

Ramp has helped us centralize and automate many of our spend management workflows, including corporate cards, expense tracking, receipt collection, approvals, reimbursements, and spend controls.

For the Finance team, the biggest advantage is improved visibility and control. We can adjust card limits and spending policies in real time, quickly spot missing documentation, and cut down on the manual follow-up that would otherwise be needed.

It also delivers a smoother experience for employees while still giving Finance the controls we require. The automation and AI capabilities reduce manual effort even further and allow us to focus on exceptions instead of reviewing every transaction one by one.

The biggest downside for me is the complexity of some sales workflows. In our configuration, certain status changes cannot be reversed, and revisiting a lead marked for future follow-up can require copying the record. That adds extra steps and makes maintaining a clear customer history more difficult.

NetSuite helps us keep track of sales activity across multiple people and accounts. By keeping customer records, opportunities, and quotes connected, it gives us a shared view of each deal and its progress.

For me, the main benefit is being able to identify opportunities that need follow-up, see where deals are getting stuck, and give management a clearer picture of the pipeline. Our sales statuses and saved searches help focus attention on records that need action.

The pricing is high. The benefits offering is limited, and at times it affects the top-talent hiring process. Even though the UX is generally good, it could be more intuitive in some areas.

For example, the way tickets are displayed in the platform can make them hard to find sometimes. The same goes for how employees’ documents are organized: there are too many separate tabs like "Files", "Documents", and "Payslips".
