“Xero Makes Day to Day Accounting Easy and Organized”
What do you like best about Xero?

What I like best about Xero is how easy it makes managing day to day accounting. The interface is simple to navigate, and features like automatic bank reconciliation, invoicing and expense tracking save a lot of time. I also appreciate the integrations with other business tools, which make it easier to keep everything organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

Some of the more advanced features can take a while to learn, especially for new users. Pricing can also get expensive as your business grows and you need to add more features or additional users. From time to time, the system can feel a bit slow, and I wish some of the customization options were more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xero helps solve the problem of managing accounting tasks manually and keeping financial information organized. It makes invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation and financial reporting much easier and reduces the amount of time spent on repetitive bookkeeping. This helps me stay on top of my finances, reduce errors and have a clearer view of my business’s financial position. Overall, it saves time and makes day to day financial management more efficient. “RUN by ADP Takes the Stress Out of Payroll”
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

Using RUN by ADP for payroll processing has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. RUN has automated our payroll tasks and helps us make sure employees are paid on time, payroll taxes are filed and paid accurately, and employee and payroll data is always at our fingertips whenever we need it. What I like best about RUN is the relief from payroll stress it has taken off my shoulders, along with the peace of mind it provides throughout the payroll process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I cannot think of any one thing I dislike about RUN. If I had to choose something, I’d say that running reports can sometimes be a little challenging. The reports have certain look-back periods, and it can be difficult to pull all the data you need into a single report. I’ve also found it hard to get summary-form totals, since almost every payroll transaction is listed as its own line item. That said, you can export reports into different formats, and with a bit of time you can create summary reports in Excel, for example. There’s also a custom report section where you can build your own reports, so there are tools available to help alleviate this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

RUN solved our payroll filing and payroll tax payment issues. Now, when we use RUN for payroll, we process each payroll and ADP calculates and remits the taxes for us. When it’s time to file, ADP takes care of that as well. With RUN, we no longer have missed or late payroll tax payments or filings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive, Well-Designed Platform — Unified Profiles & Easy Device Management”
What do you like best about Rippling?

The platform is very well designed and intuitive to use on a daily basis. I work in IT for our company and it has been simple and easy to start from zero to managing a small inventory of devices. I love that all branches from pay, hr, time off, and devices all connect into the users profile in one easy to view format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only negative I've experienced with the platform was unclear and outdated documentation. While trying to locate a lost device, the documentation presented a map with a more precise view, but that applied only to devices registered as supervised in Apple Business Manager, and the documentation failed to make that limitation clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my role in IT, Rippling is solving issues I had with a previous device manager by being more intuitive, and easier to implement. It also helps as a single source of knowledge that helps to streamline backend data integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simplified payroll and benefits”
What do you like best about Gusto?

Honestly, the best part of Gusto is that it makes payroll feel like a non-issue. I set it up once and it just runs on autopilot each cycle, calculations, tax stuff, direct deposits, all handled without me having to babysit every line. Benefits and HR basics like onboarding and PTO are baked in too, so new hires can just self-onboard and fill out their own paperwork instead of me chasing them down. Basically turned payroll from a dreaded chore into something I barely think about anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

It's pretty limited when I need something more specific, like a custom breakdown or date range, so I end up exporting to a spreadsheet and doing it myself. Also, the PTO balance shown includes hours I've already used but that were just approved, so it's not actually an accurate "available" balance at a glance. I have to do the math myself to know what's really left. A more flexible report builder and a PTO balance that reflects real time available hours would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Gusto we were on another payroll provider and had HR and benefits stuff scattered across separate tools, so I was constantly jumping between systems and re-entering the same employee info more than once. Now it's all centralized: payroll, benefits, and basic HR like onboarding and PTO live in one place. That's cut down a lot of the duplicate data entry and back-and-forth, and it's made it way easier to get a full picture of an employee's info without digging through multiple platforms. Overall it's freed up a good chunk of admin time that used to go toward just keeping everything in sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Love the Regularly Used Features and Overall Experience”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

UI / UX

BambooHR has a clean and simple interface that makes it easy to find employee information, documents, and time-off details.

Common tasks like requesting vacation or checking balances only take a few clicks.

The self-service experience saves time and reduces the need to contact HR for basic information.

Integrations

The integrations help keep HR-related information connected with other tools used across the company.

This reduces duplicate work and makes it easier to keep employee information consistent across systems.

Having everything connected creates a smoother day-to-day workflow.

Performance

BambooHR performs reliably for everyday tasks such as checking employee information, submitting time-off requests, and viewing documents.

Pages generally load quickly, and the system feels responsive when navigating between different sections.

This makes routine HR tasks quick to complete without interrupting my workflow.

Pricing / ROI

From an employee perspective, BambooHR provides good value by putting many common HR tasks into one platform.

The self-service features reduce manual work for both employees and HR teams.

The biggest value is the time saved on routine requests, information lookup, and document management.

Support / Onboarding

BambooHR is straightforward enough that it does not require much training to start using the main features.

The clear navigation makes it easy to understand where to find information and complete common tasks.

This makes onboarding smoother, especially for employees using the platform for the first time.

AI / Intelligence

The core BambooHR experience is useful even without relying heavily on AI features.

Automation around notifications, reminders, and HR workflows helps reduce repetitive manual follow-ups.

More intelligent recommendations and insights could make the platform even more useful in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Some features and settings can take a few extra clicks to find, especially when you don’t use them regularly.

Reporting and customization options can also feel somewhat limited for more specific needs.

Overall, these are minor issues and don’t significantly affect the day-to-day experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR keeps employee information, time-off requests, documents, and HR updates organized in one central place.

It reduces manual follow-ups with HR by providing quick access to important information through self-service features.

This saves time on routine HR tasks and makes the overall employee experience more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient Payroll and HR with Beti AI, Great Integrations, and Top-Notch Support”
What do you like best about Paycom?

The enhanced capabilities and features that let employees update their accounts, review paystubs, and answer questions have helped HR and Payroll staff use their time more efficiently. This includes Beti, the AI assistant, which has become more impressive over time. In addition, the smartphone app allows managers and admin to complete payroll related tasks in a timely manner, without the need to login to the website. The UI is easy to use and makes most tasks easy to accomplish. We very rarely have issues with website performance, which in turn allows personnel to work freely without access related problems. We are integrated with all of our benefits platforms, so from onboarding to payroll, third party integrations is a steamlined process that allows for efficient and accurate work. We have found the support team to be top notch, super helpful, and easily accessible. You can always reach someone by phone, who has some experience with your account. The pricing is at a level that feels accurate for the tools and resources provided, while also being very competitive with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The biggest issues we’ve had over time were related to changes in the support team, especially when some individuals weren’t experienced enough to understand the complexity of our questions and couldn’t provide support in an appropriate manner. That said, we’ve found this has improved over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our biggest problems with other platforms in the past was that employees had to rely on HR/Payroll staff or supervisors for support. Now, most of the time, the average employee can find answers to questions by doing the work themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One Work Travel Booking That Keeps Trips and Expenses Organized”
What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I’ve mainly used Navan whenever I’ve needed to manage work-related travel, and I like that everything is available in one place. Instead of booking flights and hotels separately and then keeping track of confirmations across different emails or apps, I can manage the entire trip through a single application.

The interface is easy to use, and it’s straightforward to view trip details, booking status, and travel updates without digging around. I also appreciate that expense-related information is connected to each trip, which means there’s less manual work later when I’m submitting expenses or double-checking what was spent.

For someone who travels occasionally for work, it makes the whole process feel more organized and saves me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

I haven’t had any major issues with it so far. The only thing I’ve noticed is that some travel options I can find on other booking sites don’t always show up in the company travel portal due to corporate travel policies. That’s understandable, but it can sometimes limit the number of choices available.

Aside from that, the booking experience has been smooth overall, and I haven’t really run into any significant problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It simplifies the entire business travel process by keeping bookings, trip details, and expenses together in one place. Instead of coordinating everything separately, I can manage my travel from a single app.

It also makes it easier to follow the company’s travel process because the approved options are already available, so I don’t have to spend time figuring out what’s allowed. Having all my travel information in one place is especially helpful when I need to look back at a previous trip or confirm past details.

For me, the biggest benefit is convenience. It cuts down on the manual work involved in planning, booking, and managing business travel, and makes the whole process feel more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webexpenses?

I really like the ease of use with Webexpenses. It's great how I can easily flick between the website and app to manage my expenses. The website version and the app make it super easy to quickly take photos of receipts. I also find it helpful how there are clear instructions for each claim, which saves me time by making claiming expenses quick and easy. What do you like best about Rippling Finance?

What I like most is having expenses, spending activities, approvals and related finance workflows in one place. the interface is fairly straightforward and features like automated expenses processing and receipt handling reduce some of the manual work for the finance team. I also like that the finance workflows can connect with employee and payroll information which makes it easier to keep everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling Finance?

The core workflows are easy enough to use but some of the more advanced reporting and administrative settings take time to get familiar with. I would also like more flexibility when customizing reports and certain approvals, especially when the organization's requirements are more specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us reduce the amount of manual work involved in tracking and approving employee expenses and monitoring company spending. Having spending information and approval workflows centralized gives the finance team better visibility and makes it easier to identify issues, follow company policies and keep records organized. The connection with broader employee and payroll workflows is also useful because it reduces the need to main the same information across multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient Field Service Management, Complex Setup”
What do you like best about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

I really like the scheduling and dispatching functionality of Agentforce Field Service. It makes it easier to assign the right technician to a job based on availability and requirements. Having work orders, customer details, and service information in one place simplifies managing day-to-day field operations. The centralized view of service activities helps us assign the right resources efficiently and ensures that customer, asset, and service information is connected, which makes it easier for our field teams to complete service work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

I find the initial setup challenging for complex scheduling rules involving multiple technician skills, availability rules, and service requirements, as it can take some time to configure everything correctly. Pricing is another area that can be a consideration for larger teams, especially when additional users and AI capabilities are needed. I think more flexible pricing options for different team sizes would make it easier to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deel Payroll?

It's the ability to hire people overseas and manage their payroll in accordance with the employee's regional rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?

Its complexity is about reimbursements and integration. Integration with QBO is a bit uneasy when the payroll is paid in different currency. However, extracting invoices and manually recording the payroll in ERP seems a bit easy. They charge expenses in the currency that I'm paying in, whereas they show the payroll charges in the employee's regional currency, which also creates some confusion when I convert and calculate the Forex gain and loss. “Simple Payroll Processing and Easy Compliance in Employment Hero”
What do you like best about Employment Hero?

The payroll process is simple. Compliance tasks, such as terminations and ensuring the correct classification and treatment of termination pay items, are handled in Employment Hero easily and without complication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Employment Hero?

One minor thing I dislike about Employment Hero is that the help chatbox sits very close to the action/save button throughout payroll processing, and you can’t move it.

A bigger issue is that Employment Hero will sometimes roll out software enhancements without any notification, which changes the way the system behaves and can affect your processes. It doesn’t necessarily break anything, but you then have to adjust your workflows to suit. This would be better handled if Employment Hero gave you the choice of whether (and when) to implement the enhanced feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we implemented Employment Hero, our old manual processes for timesheets and leave applications have been replaced with digital workflows and a clear audit trail. This has made the payroll process much more efficient.

Employee onboarding is also a better experience for employees, while still capturing all the data you need (and verifying it!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

For travel allowances, the system is immediately configured with automatic deductions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I very rarely receive them during my business trips. This means I have to check each day separately to record them correctly. This represents 5 clicks per day - if there are 10 days, then 50 clicks, and additionally at the end, I have to check again if I have checked correctly. A simpler ergonomics is needed, for example, an overview of the entire month, where only the individual boxes of certain days would need to be checked - this way it could be filled out more quickly and with better visibility of all the days. “Powerful Expense Automation, But a Dated UI and Rigid Workflows Hold It Back”
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

SAP Concur dramatically simplifies expense management by allowing instant receipt capture through its mobile app. Smart optical character recognition automatically populates transaction details, eliminating tedious manual data entry. Built-in compliance checks instantly catch policy violations before reports are even submitted. Seamless integration with corporate cards and travel bookings keeps all spending data neatly consolidated. Together, these features transform a traditionally painful administrative chore into a quick, frictionless process. While SAP Concur carries a premium price tag, the return on investment is strong for medium to large enterprises. The high cost is offset by significant time savings in administrative processing and reduced expense policy violations. However, I think smaller businesses with simpler expense needs may find the licensing fees hard to justify compared to leaner alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

The user interface often feels dated, sluggish, and unintuitive compared to modern software. Receipt scanning via optical character recognition can be finicky and frequently requires manual corrections. Overly rigid approval workflows make recalling or editing a submitted report surprisingly painful. Aggressive session timeouts frequently log you out mid-task, causing lost progress. Finally, itemizing complex receipts or multi-currency expenses remains an overly tedious, multi-step chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP Concur eliminates chaotic paper receipts and manual data entry by digitizing the entire expense process. The platform integrates travel bookings with expense tracking, providing complete, real-time spending visibility. Automated workflows eliminate approval bottlenecks, ensuring employees get reimbursed significantly faster. Ultimately, it saves hours of administrative overhead, allowing teams to focus on core work instead of paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Bill Spend & Expense Streamlined Our Workflow with an Intuitive, Empowering App”
What do you like best about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

There are a multitude of features and aspects of Bill Spend & Expense that I think are great. It has significantly improved our workflow and reduced the time spent, not only from a card holder’s perspective but also from an administrative one. When selecting a credit card expense service, the user interface is key as well, not just the administrative side.

Our card holders love that they can control everything on the card without having to contact Admin. The policy rules within budgets are great because I can require certain things from one group of people that may be different from another. The mobile app is also great: not only is everything at my fingertips, but my card holders love the ease of use and the information available to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

Working with different credit card expense companies in the past for my business, I honestly haven't found something that I actually dislike. I learned about Bill Spend & Expense at a conference, received a demo and knew right away that I needed to bring this to our company because it had everything that I would need and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our employees completing their credit card transaction right on the app or on the website browser is one of the biggest solutions. With our prior company credit card expense programs, we did not have that capability, completion and reconciling was done on excel spreadsheet and folders holding receipts, it was so time consuming that my card holders were constantly behind on completing their transactions by months at a time. Now, completing a transaction is quick and easy and reconciling from an administrative stand point has brought down the amount of time I spend from a week, to a matter of less than 30 minutes. “Powerful ERP with Flexibility but a Learning Curve”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is having accounting and financial information centralized in one system. I regularly use it for journal entries, AP, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ability to drill down from a financial report directly to the underlying transactions is particularly helpful when researching variances or supporting balances.

I also find the CSV import functionality and saved searches very useful. They allow us to streamline repetitive processes and automate transaction uploads that would otherwise require significant manual entry. NetSuite is flexible enough to support multiple entities, departments, and classes, which is especially valuable in a more complex accounting environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

One of the biggest challenges with NetSuite is that some processes are not very intuitive, particularly when working with financial reporting and CSV imports. Import errors can sometimes be difficult to troubleshoot because the error messages do not always clearly identify the underlying problem.

Financial reporting can also require significant customization to obtain the information in the exact format needed. I would like to see stronger and more user-friendly reporting tools, especially for cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation.

NetSuite is very powerful, but the learning curve can be steep, and relatively simple tasks can sometimes require multiple steps or customized solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

NetSuite helps us centralize accounting and financial information across multiple entities and provides a consistent platform for AP, journal entries, bank activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

One of the biggest benefits for me is the ability to automate processes that would otherwise require significant manual work. For example, CSV imports allow us to upload large volumes of transactions instead of entering them individually, and saved searches help with reconciliations, research, and recurring reporting.

From a financial reporting perspective, having the ability to drill down from financial statements to the underlying transactions also makes it easier to investigate variances, support balances, and complete month-end and quarter-end reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Ramp Makes Receipts, Budgeting, and Spend Tracking Effortless for Our Nonprofit”
What do you like best about Ramp?

Ramp has been super helpful in almost every way. In many cases, it has replaced QuickBooks for our accounting needs. Our nonprofit also gets better interest rates through Ramp than through our local bank, so it genuinely pays for itself. On top of that, you can use it for free—you don’t even have to use the premium features. We choose to anyway because Ramp works so well.

As a nonprofit, we’re required to keep receipts for everything, and Ramp makes that incredibly easy. We can create cards for specific vendors, and we’ve also set up company cards for our leadership team so we can track spending, stay under budget, and, as I mentioned, keep receipts organized. Their AI is smart and pretty cool. Ramp AI runs through your inbox (if you want it to of course) and pulls all receipts into the software so you don't need to manually upload most receipts. The receipts you have physically you can just take a photo of and send in a text with the memo / QB category like most familiar systems like Expensify.

The UI is modern and easy to use, and it includes dark mode out of the box, which I appreciate. It integrates with whatever AI you use, and it also integrates with QuickBooks, which is obviously necessary. Overall performance is solid—pretty much what you’d expect, but on the better end. It does occasionally lag, but not nearly as much as QuickBooks.

I haven’t needed to use customer support or advanced onboarding, but I did feel the software was straightforward enough that we didn’t need to be “onboarded” to get started. You can do a free trial of their Procurement system and talk with their support staff which is pretty nice. Their Procurement system was too advanced for our small nonprofit but it definitely looks useful. Their budgeting tools are great as well, they provide a dashboard with all your budget categories with analysis and stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

There isn’t a whole lot to dislike about Ramp, especially considering you can use practically all of its features for free right out of the box. The main areas for improvement, in my view, are around the fact that it still isn’t a complete replacement for QuickBooks yet—which is fine, because it’s not trying to be one. Still, it feels so close that I’d love to be able to use Ramp as the primary source for our accounting, with QB as more of a supporting tool or backup safety net, rather than the other way around. What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp has become our go-to for all things accounting. It helps a lot with budgeting because we now buy everything through Ramp and also use their bill pay. I like that it automatically collects receipts, which keeps things organized and saves time. It also offers better bank interest rates than our local bank. On the spending side, it lets you issue company credit cards and manage all of them easily from one place; you can even create a separate card per vendor. It’s also useful for travel management, with travel policies and expense handling built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Crystal-Clear Platform with Fast Support and Easy PTO Requests”
What do you like best about Remote?

I really like their platform. For context the company I work for in Spain hired me, since I' based i Mexcio they hired e and se of my colluegues through Remote. What I like about it is that everything is crystal clear, I loveeee the platform for the employeed, is well orgazed I can see my payslips very clear, my contracts, its also very easy to use and for me to request some PTO, I can even check my expenses. Havig the chat fro support I really like that as well, they are quick to respond and he moments I've had any doubts they are quick to check and come back.

The AI bot for the chat is good as well for quick easy doubts. In terms of performance to be honest sometimes it takes a little long for the payslips to be reflected, sometimes I already have it in my bank but able to see the broken down paysleep on the platform, but whenever I'm able to see it its very clear.

I temrs of pricing I wouldnt know because am a user and its the company that pays for it, but I heard its a little expensive for how they charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remote?

I dislike that I dont have an acount manager and whenever I need something its through a general chat.

I dislike that smetimes even though I have already been paid by them, the payslips take longer to e reflected oon the platform, like 2 or 3 days after I've been paid.

I wish it was integrated with my google calendar so that the time off that has been approved shows as well in my callendar.

I REALLY dont like that (this is very specific to Mexico) but from the way they work, mexican employer employed by Remote do not get any PTU whatsoever and that is really disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Remote solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employment in general, the company that I work for is based in spain and they cannot legally hire employees from mexico since they dont have a "razon social" here. S its amazing for outsourcing, to be honest I have my job thanks to the administration of Remote.

Aother thing they resolve is payments and payslips, they are able to pay my salary always very punctual, the only thing I dont love is that since they charge comissions I know I have to sacrifice a little bit of my salary that goes for remote.

They also solve arrangement and request of PTO thats another thing I use it for very oftn.

And finally I would say having everything arranged under the same platform, all documents, contracts, PTO, payslips, beneffits, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
