“Integrated Platform, but multiple errors in benefits and Limited Support Create Extra Work”
What do you like best about Rippling?

this provides us an integrated platform for IT platform for all our employees and contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Rippling can not handle benefits for our employees (10) without many errors even though they are our broker. They offer no support to make the corrections for the errors they create. They want to charge us for us to make corrections. So now as a small company we will pay for the differences in benefits that they failed to do correctly and we will make the changes to the previous 10 payrolls so that the end of year reports are correct. We will have to do a monthly reconciliation of all benefit costs for each individual...we could not do this if we had more than 10 employees but this is a workload we did not plan for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are not solving any of our issues...but they published a document to show us how to correct the errors ourselves. There is no guarantee that future benefits will be done correctly, so we will continue to audit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Time-Off Tracking and Approvals with BambooHR”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

The time-off tracking and approval workflow is what stands out most to me. Requests, balances, and manager approvals all sync seamlessly, which has cut down on the constant back-and-forth emails we used to deal with. It's made the whole process feel effortless for both employees and managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Reporting customization could be more flexible—building specific custom reports sometimes takes more clicks than expected, and a few export formatting options feel limited. Onboarding took a little longer than anticipated since some of the setup steps weren't immediately obvious, though support was responsive when we had questions. The AI-driven features (like suggested insights) are useful but still feel a bit basic compared to what I'd hoped for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solved a lot of the manual, scattered HR admin we used to deal with—things like tracking time-off requests, managing employee records, and handling approvals across spreadsheets and email chains. Now everything lives in one place, so managers and employees can self-serve for most requests without HR having to be the middleman for every little thing.

The biggest benefit has been time savings—our HR team isn't buried in admin tasks anymore and can focus on more strategic work. It's also improved accuracy, since data isn't being duplicated or re-entered across different systems, and employees have much better visibility into their own information (PTO balances, documents, etc.) without needing to ask. “Reducing Manual Coordination Through Smarter Workforce Tools”
What do you like best about Connecteam?

What stood out most to me about Connecteam was how well it centralized day-to-day workforce coordination into a single mobile-first platform. In operational environments where scheduling, attendance tracking, task assignments, communication, and field coordination happen simultaneously, switching between separate tools creates unnecessary delays and confusion.

The scheduling and time-tracking features were especially useful because they reduced a lot of manual coordination work. Instead of managing shifts through spreadsheets, calls, or messaging apps, schedules, updates, approvals, and attendance tracking stayed organized inside one system. That improved visibility significantly during busy operational periods.I also liked the mobile-first design. Employees could quickly check schedules, submit forms, respond to updates, and track work hours directly from their phones without needing constant supervision or additional software.

Another strong feature was the task-management workflow. Assigning tasks, monitoring completion status, and tracking field activities became much easier compared to relying on scattered communication channels. The checklist and forms functionality was also practical for operational reporting and process standardization.

The AI-assisted scheduling and communication features were unexpectedly useful as well. Automated scheduling suggestions, AI-generated updates, and speech-to-text workflows reduced repetitive administrative effort and sped up routine coordination tasks.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform feels approachable for both managers and field employees, which helps reduce onboarding effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

One limitation I noticed is that some advanced reporting and customization options can feel slightly restrictive for organizations with more complex operational structures.

The mobile app experience can also occasionally feel inconsistent compared to the desktop version, especially when handling larger workflows or advanced scheduling adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Connecteam, workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, operational updates, and task coordination were being managed across spreadsheets, calls, chat applications, and manual follow-ups. That created communication gaps, delayed updates, and unnecessary administrative overhead.

Connecteam solved this by centralizing scheduling, communication, time tracking, task assignments, forms, and workforce visibility into one platform. Instead of constantly following up manually with employees regarding schedules, attendance, or operational tasks, most coordination activities became structured and trackable inside the app.

Managers could quickly assign tasks, monitor shift coverage, track attendance, and share updates in real time while employees could access schedules, submit forms, and respond to requests directly from mobile devices.

The biggest operational benefit was improved coordination and reduced manual administration effort. It also helped improve accountability, visibility into workforce activities, and response speed during day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“RUN Powered by ADP: Easy, Automated Payroll with Reliable Compliance Support”
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like that RUN Powered by ADP is easy to use and simplifies payroll and HR management tasks. The most helpful feature is its ability to automate payroll processing and tax filings accurately and efficiently. The biggest advantages are its user-friendly interface, reliable compliance support, and time-saving payroll and employee management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I dislike that some advanced features and reports can be difficult to locate and may require additional training to use effectively. The least helpful aspect is that certain customizations and integrations are limited without upgrading to higher-tier services. The main downsides are the cost of add-on features, occasional navigation complexity, and reliance on customer support for some advanced functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Reliable, Straightforward Navigation with Helpful Paycheck Notifications”
What do you like best about Gusto?

I like that the navigation menu is very straight forward and you don't need a tutorial to use it. It is easy to reset your password if needed without having to ask for extra support. I also like that I get email notifications about paychecks and documents I need to sign. It is reliable and I like that AI features aren't forced on me. It is also nice that is easy to integrate Turbotax if you want. As far as I can tell the pricing is reasonable for what you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

One performance issue is that you have to sign in each time even if you are actively logged in in another window. Sometimes I like to have two tabs because it easier to refer to paperwork, this could be improved by having the other tab log you in automatically. I also wish there was an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Xero Makes Campus Club Accounting Fast and Effortless”
What do you like best about Xero?

I manage the accounts for our campus Entrepreneurship Cell, and we moved to Xero because our previous setup—a messy mix of Google Sheets and a WhatsApp group for approvals—was starting to feel like a joke. The first thing that won me over was the mobile app: during our startup pitch night, I snapped a photo of the caterer’s bill, tagged it to the event, and uploaded it before the food was even served. The UI is clean and not intimidating, even if you don’t have an accounting background. I mainly use the dashboard to show our faculty mentor how much sponsor money is still available, and the visual summaries are straightforward enough that he doesn’t ask me for extra reports.

The bank integration (linked to our club’s current account via Yodlee) automatically pulls in UPI and NEFT transactions, which saves me from manually logging every entry. Performance has been consistently smooth—the app hasn’t crashed on me once, and the web version works fine even with patchy campus Wi‑Fi. The pricing trial let us try it without risk, and the discounted startup plan fits within our tiny club budget. Onboarding was also quick: the setup wizard got our chart of accounts mostly right, and I only needed to tweak a few categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

The AI assistant JAX feels less like a helpful guide and more like an overconfident junior who hasn’t read the room. I once asked, “How much of the sponsorship money is still unspent?” and it responded with our total bank balance instead, completely missing what I was trying to find out. As a student looking for quick answers without having to run a full report, that’s frustrating. At this point I only use JAX for the simplest questions, like “what’s our bank balance,” and even then I still cross-check the result.

The mobile UI is great for capturing expenses, but it feels cramped when I’m trying to review a full event budget or reconcile transactions on a phone. Because of that, I end up doing all reconciliation on my laptop. There’s also no offline mode, so if I’m in the basement auditorium with no signal, I can’t log an expense until later. That has already led to me forgetting a small payment once.

Support is decent, but not particularly fast. My question about how to correctly categorise prize money for a hackathon took nearly two days to get resolved. And while the pricing is okay right now, the full price after the discount could be tough for a student club next semester if we can’t find a sponsor to cover it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Xero, tracking our club’s money was a patchwork of Google Sheets, a physical receipt box, and endless "who spent how much?" messages on WhatsApp. It was nearly impossible to get a real-time picture of our funds, and we even lost a sponsor once because we couldn’t put together a clean, credible expense report.

Xero fixed that by giving us one clear, honest view of every rupee coming in and going out. With the automatic bank feed, each sponsorship deposit and vendor payment shows up on its own, without me having to type everything manually. I can now generate a proper Profit & Loss report for our monthly review in under two minutes—something that used to take an entire evening of sorting receipts and reconciling numbers. Top General Contractors Software Result from Field Service Management

NexusForce C.

Original Information
“Agentforce Field Service: Bridging the Gap Between Digital AI and Physical Fixes.”
What do you like best about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

1. Autonomous Dispatch & Triage

The most powerful aspect is that Agentforce doesn't just wait for a ticket; it can "reason" through a problem before a human is even involved.

What it solves: In traditional Field Service, a dispatcher has to manually assign a technician based on skills and location.

The Best Part: Agentforce can analyze a customer's issue, check if the parts are in stock, and autonomously book the technician with the right "Skill Set." It essentially acts as a Digital Dispatcher that never sleeps.

2. Proactive Maintenance (The IoT Link)

Field Service is best when it’s "Predictive" rather than "Reactive."

The Best Part: By linking Data Cloud with IoT sensors on physical equipment, Agentforce can detect that a machine is about to fail and automatically generate a work order.

Your Developer Angle: You can use OmniStudio Integration Procedures to pull this IoT data into Salesforce, allowing the Agentforce engine to make real-time decisions on when to send a technician. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

1. The "Mobile Latency" Gap

Field Service is only as good as the technician’s mobile experience.

The Issue: The Field Service Mobile app can feel slow or "clunky" when trying to load heavy Agentforce assistant logic, especially in low-connectivity areas (like basements or remote sites).

Architectural Pain: If your LWC or OmniStudio components are too "heavy," they can cause the app to lag or crash during critical on-site repairs.

2. High Implementation Complexity

It is definitely not "plug-and-play."

The Issue: Setting up Autonomous Scheduling requires an incredibly high level of data hygiene. If your Service Territories, Skills, and Work Types aren't perfectly mapped, the AI will make illogical dispatch decisions (e.g., sending a technician 2 hours away for a 15-minute job).

The Struggle: You often need a dedicated specialist just to tune the "Scheduling Recipes" so the AI understands your business's unique trade-offs (like prioritizing SLAs over travel mileage). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service) solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Solving the "Administrative Drag"The Problem: Field technicians typically lose up to a full day every week to administrative tasks—filling out reports, searching for manuals, and manual data entry. The Benefit: Agentforce automates the "paperwork" through voice-powered forms and automated pre-work briefs. For a developer, this means you can build LWCs that act as intelligent assistants, summarizing job history or safety notes instantly, allowing the tech to focus on the repair rather than the record-keeping.

2. Solving "Reactive" Scheduling BottlenecksThe Problem: Traditional scheduling is reactive. If a job runs long or a tech is stuck in traffic, a human dispatcher has to manually shuffle the board, often leading to missed SLAs.The Benefit: Agentforce introduces Autonomous Scheduling. It "reasons" through real-time traffic, technician proximity, and part availability to optimize routes on the fly. This benefits you by providing a much more robust data set to build against—allowing you to create more sophisticated scheduling visualizations or custom optimization logic. “Smooth Transition with Sage Intacct: Easy Interface, Fast Reconciliations, Great Integrations”
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

The interface makes everything easier. When we migrated to Sage, I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to understand how it works, but the layout and navigation made the transition much smoother. I could find what I needed quickly and move through the system with ease.

For reconciliations, it has improved the process a lot—especially for my accounts receivable reconciliations, which are usually a lot to manage. With a single journal entry, everything was cleared up, and matching bank transactions to the relevant accounts became much more straightforward.

It also integrates easily with JP Morgan bank and with Bill.com, including Spend and Expense and AP. I also appreciate that the reports I need are generated easily—literally just one click away. During setup, we were given practice accounts to review and learn from without the risk of making serious mistakes. Overall, I honestly believe moving to Sage Intacct was a good move for my company because it integrates well with almost all the applications we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

It has not yet been able to integrate smoothly with Dental inteligence which was recommended prior to migrating to Sage intacct. That the only complaint l really have with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Centralized expense and approval management that saves time”
What do you like best about Rippling Spend?

What I liked most about Rippling Spend was how it brought expense management and approval workflows together in one centralized platform. Employees could submit expenses and upload supporting documents without hassle, and managers had clear visibility into spending as well as each item's approval status. The interface felt intuitive and required very little training, so onboarding new team members was straightforward and the support resources filled in any gaps quickly.

It performed reliably in day-to-day use, even during high-volume periods at month-end close, and its integrations with our accounting and HR systems cut down on manual work and duplicate data entry. The AI-assisted features were a pleasant surprise — automatic receipt scanning and expense categorization caught miscodings before they reached approval, and the system flagged potential duplicate or out-of-policy charges on its own, which saved our finance team a lot of review time.

From a finance perspective, the improved visibility into spending patterns and approvals strengthened expense control and made it easier to spot savings. The pricing was reasonable for the breadth of functionality, and the ROI showed up fairly quickly through reduced manual processing and fewer costly errors — making the overall process more streamlined and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling Spend?

The biggest drawback was that getting full value out of Rippling Spend really depends on being in the broader Rippling ecosystem — the integrations with our existing accounting and HR tools weren't always as deep as we wanted, and a few syncs required manual reconciliation that we'd hoped to avoid. On the UI/UX side, while the core flows are clean, some of the more advanced reporting and admin settings are buried in menus that take a while to learn, and navigating between modules isn't always intuitive for occasional users.

Performance was generally solid, but we noticed occasional lag and slower load times during high-volume periods like month-end close, which is exactly when speed matters most. The AI-assisted features — receipt scanning and auto-categorization — were helpful but not perfect; they still misread some receipts and required manual correction, so they save time rather than fully eliminating the work. Pricing was also a consideration: the value is there, but the cost can climb as you add modules and seats, and it felt better suited to companies already standardizing on Rippling than to those wanting just the spend piece. Support and onboarding were decent, though response times on more complex or technical issues were slower than we'd like, and some answers required follow-up before they fully resolved the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling Spend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling Spend solves the challenge of tracking and managing company expenses efficiently. Before using it, keeping visibility on spending and handling approvals was time-consuming and largely manual — expenses were scattered across spreadsheets and email threads, approvals stalled because no one had a clear view of status, and reconciling everything at month-end was a drawn-out process prone to errors.

With Rippling Spend, expense and spend management have become far more organized. We now have real-time visibility into company spending, streamlined approval workflows, and easier reimbursement tracking, all in one place. Its integrations with our accounting and HR systems eliminated most of the duplicate data entry we used to deal with, and the AI-assisted receipt scanning and auto-categorization cut down the manual coding that used to eat up our finance team's time. The platform performs reliably even during high-volume periods, and because it was intuitive, onboarding the team required very little training.

The measurable impact: month-end close that used to take several days now moves noticeably faster, manual processing and reimbursement turnaround have dropped significantly, and tighter approval controls have reduced out-of-policy and duplicate charges. For the cost, the return has been clear — less time spent on administrative work and better control over where company money goes, which makes the overall process more streamlined and cost-effective. What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Over the past year, I have used Navan's business travel tool multiple times to book my off-site visits. It's an easy, no-nonsense flow while making the travel booking. It gives you good options to choose from, along with the decided budgets. There are direct options to download trip-related artifacts, such as flight tickets, in one click. The feature that I liked the most is the Slack notification it sends you to do a web check-in as soon as the check-in window opens - that is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

One issue that I faced recently was while submitting a food reimbursement. The bill had taxes listed separately (CGST and SGST), which were not auto-captured from the receipt, and I had to manually update the tax values for logging the expense. It's not a big deal, but it would be great if the OCR reads the taxes and adds them automatically instead of having to do a manual entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I remember keeping the business expense receipts safe and then sending them as soft copies via email. This was a painful way of tracking expenses and I used to avoid submitting expenses at all.

With Navan, I face no such issues now and reimbursement tracking is extremely efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One HR Platform That Makes Daily Tasks Fast and Convenient”
What do you like best about HROne?

What I like best about HROne is that it brings all employee-related information and HR processes into one platform. I use it regularly for attendance tracking, punch-in/punch-out, leave applications, and reimbursement claims, which makes these tasks quick and convenient. It also provides easy access to payslips, tax and PF documents, leave balances, holiday calendars, and HR policies without needing to contact HR. I particularly like the employee engagement features, such as work anniversary and birthday notifications, which help employees stay connected. Having everything centralized saves time and makes day-to-day HR tasks much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

One area where HROne could improve is its user interface and navigation. While the platform offers a wide range of features, some options can be difficult to locate, especially for new users. Compared to other HR applications, the interface feels less intuitive, and completing certain tasks may require more clicks than necessary. A more streamlined design and improved navigation would enhance the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using HROne, employee information, attendance records, leave requests, and payroll-related documents were often spread across different systems or required manual coordination with HR. “Intuitive Expense Management with Powerful Automation and Reporting”
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

What I like best about Webexpenses is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, especially when it comes to submitting and managing expense claims. The interface is clean and straightforward, which makes it easy to upload receipts, categorize expenses, and track submissions without needing extensive training. This simplicity saves time and reduces the frustration often associated with expense reporting.

Another standout feature is the mobile app functionality. Being able to capture receipts on the go and submit expenses in real time is incredibly convenient, particularly for employees who travel frequently or work remotely. It eliminates the need to keep track of paper receipts and ensures expenses are recorded accurately and promptly.

I also appreciate the automation features, such as policy compliance checks and approval workflows. These help ensure that claims are processed efficiently and in line with company policies, reducing back-and-forth between employees and approvers. The system’s transparency—allowing users to see the status of their claims at any time—is another major benefit.

Finally, the reporting and integration capabilities add significant value. Finance teams can easily generate detailed reports, and the platform integrates well with accounting systems, streamlining the overall expense management process. Overall, Webexpenses strikes a great balance between ease of use and robust functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

One of the main drawbacks of Webexpenses is that, while the platform is generally user-friendly, some of the more advanced features can feel unintuitive or difficult to navigate at first. Tasks like editing submitted claims, managing complex expense categories, or customizing reports can require extra steps that aren’t always obvious, leading to a bit of a learning curve for new users.

Another issue is the occasional lag or slow performance, particularly when uploading multiple receipts or working with large claims. This can be frustrating, especially for users who rely on the system frequently or are trying to submit expenses quickly while on the go.

The mobile app, although convenient, can also be somewhat limited compared to the desktop version. Certain functions are not as easily accessible or require switching to the web platform, which reduces the overall efficiency of using the app alone.

Additionally, error messages and system feedback aren’t always very clear. When something goes wrong - such as a failed upload or a rejected claim - the explanations can be vague, making it harder for users to quickly understand and resolve the issue.

Finally, customisation options for companies can feel somewhat restricted. While it covers most standard needs, organisations with more complex expense policies or reporting requirements may find it less flexible than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webexpenses solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webexpenses is essentially solving several common (and frustrating) problems around manual expense management, and the benefits come from making the whole process faster, more accurate, and far less stressful.

One of the biggest problems it solves is time-consuming manual expense processing. Traditionally, expenses involve keeping paper receipts, filling out spreadsheets, and chasing approvals. This is slow and repetitive. Webexpenses digitises and automates this process - letting you upload receipts, auto-fill details, and submit claims quickly. As a result, you spend far less time on admin and more time on your actual work.

Another key issue is lost receipts and human error. With manual systems, receipts can easily be misplaced, and data entry mistakes are common. Webexpenses allows you to capture receipts instantly via mobile and stores everything digitally, reducing errors and eliminating the risk of losing important documents.

It also tackles slow approvals and delayed reimbursements. Manual workflows often create bottlenecks, meaning you wait longer to get your money back. With automated approval flows and real-time submission, claims move faster through the system - so reimbursements are quicker and more predictable.

Another problem it addresses is lack of visibility and control over spending. Without a central system, it’s hard to track where money is going or enforce company policies. Webexpenses provides real-time tracking and reporting, giving both you and your finance team clear visibility of expenses and ensuring everything stays within policy.

Finally, it helps solve policy compliance issues and disputes. In manual systems, employees may accidentally (or intentionally) submit out-of-policy claims. Webexpenses automatically flags these, reducing back-and-forth and helping you submit claims correctly the first time.

Overall, the benefit to you is a much smoother experience: less admin, fewer errors, faster reimbursements, and full transparency over your expenses. It turns what used to be a tedious, frustrating task into a quick and manageable process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“NetSuite Unifies Core Processes with Powerful Visibility and Reporting”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is its ability to bring all core business processes into a single, integrated platform. It provides strong visibility across finance, operations, and supply chain, which helps improve decision-making and efficiency.

I especially value the flexibility of saved searches and reporting, which makes it easy to quickly access and analyze the data needed for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

While NetSuite is a powerful and flexible platform, there are some limitations that can impact day-to-day usability.

One of the main challenges is with Saved Searches, particularly around complex criteria and advanced filtering. As requirements become more sophisticated, it can be difficult to build or maintain searches without workarounds, and performance can sometimes be impacted.

From a supply chain perspective, there are also limitations in inventory management and demand forecasting capabilities. Forecasting often requires additional customization or external tools to achieve higher accuracy and deeper predictive insights.

Overall, while NetSuite provides a strong foundation, some areas require enhancement or supplementary solutions to fully support advanced analytics and planning needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

What problems is it solving?

Before NetSuite, our data was trapped in different systems that didn’t talk to each other. We were wasting hours manually moving information between spreadsheets, which led to human errors and outdated numbers.

How is it benefiting you?

It puts everything—finance, sales, and operations—into one place. For me, the biggest benefit is having a single, reliable source of truth. I can see real-time performance dashboards without waiting days for manual reports, which means we can make faster, smarter business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy) very user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate. It has made my expense reporting much easier, especially with the ability to upload receipts and categorize expenses at the moment of purchase. As an admin, I appreciate the ability to see all transactions of other cardholders. The app is very easy to set up and allows me to assign budgets, request new cards, and block cards easily. Everything feels easy and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

Maybe having clear instructions of how things work between the app and the web page. I tried updating the bank account used to pay the card on the web page, but it turns out the change had to be completed in the app. I only figured that out after spending some time trying to finish the update. What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

I like how they have updated the main page to make it even more simple to navigate. The site continues to get expense refunds back quickly. They also made customer service easier to contact and they have continued to help me. I was recently locked out of my account and they got back to me almost instantly and fixed the problem. I have also noticed that they have helped organize the funding sources that I use and I no longer have to manually input the numbers, which is very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it is still very easy to use and organized, some of the more complicated receipts are hard to input. Also, there have been a few times the website has crashed while I am in the middle of implementing a reimbursement, and my progress was not recovered an dI had to start again. These would be some minor fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“QBO Saves Time with Powerful Automations, API, and Integrations”
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

The functionality is there for managing the books for small local businesses, alongside an accounting firm for year-ends, etc. When I need more functionality, I utilize the Zapier integration or the extensive API service. QBO also has a pretty broad range of third parties it integrates with natively. I end up saving time and making fewer mistakes by automating my basic tasks. Pricing has been pretty good for our usage, it comes with all we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

The web version of QBO is the most reliable. I find the iOS/iPad versions to be buggy and slow, particularly, the bank transactions. Loading is slow, and working with the categorizing functionality is incomplete. While the interface is limited due to the size of some devices, more options could be available via menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we moved from a sole prop to a corp, we needed double-entry accounting, and at the time, our current platform didn't support it. Due to the reputation that QBO had, we decided to try it. It connects with our banks reasonably simply, although errors do come up a few times a month. The support teams are pretty good at documenting the issue and providing updates and resolutions, too. The new AI functions are pretty new at this stage and is not providing anything useful for our company, it's quite high-level currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
