I appreciate that Zoho WorkDrive serves as a central place to store a variety of files like documents, images, and videos. The team folders are fantastic, making organization across departments or projects very clean and intuitive. I love how easy it is to control permissions and how files don't end up scattered across different user accounts. The activity timeline is a standout feature, offering clarity by showing who accessed, edited, moved, or deleted files, thus reducing errors. The desktop sync and automatic backups are also essential features, ensuring that my local work stays protected and updated in the cloud. Additionally, the straightforward setup process is a major plus. It's easy to sign up using an existing Zoho account without complex onboarding steps. Assigning roles such as admin, organizer, editor, or viewer is straightforward, and installing desktop and mobile sync apps is quick and requires minimal configuration. While simplified electronic signatures are legally recognized in Georgia, there is currently no established court practice or precedent confirming the enforceability of documents signed via platforms like Signify. Despite legal validity, some government bodies and public institutions are still reluctant to accept documents signed via Signify, particularly when the signature is accompanied only by the platform’s logo or basic metadata, rather than through the Georgian national e-signature infrastructure. What do you like best about M-Files?

The thing I like the most, that it was simple for me to learn. I especially like the Access from anywhere feature, whether I am on my laptop at home, on a train or meeting a client on site, I can open and share documents. Then they also have metadata organization, where instead of remembering folders I search by things that represent that folder, like name, project or even a document type. So the features are very useful and there is a lot of them that we have implemented, and it's a good thing for any customer, and we are in a very specific field which is Farming Business, so our documentation, reports, invoices are very specific. The best thing about this product is their AI, it's awesome, it really understands how to store files, It has been a pleasure using it since it most our our digital paperwork for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about M-Files?

While it brings benefits to my business, there is a small hurdle that I have noticed. Mainly it's the speed it takes to load filed, updates, features. It's not ridiculous, but still something they can improve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is M-Files solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really helps me managing multiple clients at the same time, one of my biggest headaches was locating the right version of a document when time was tight. M-Files solves that by offering their Smart Search and Organization. Now I can find contract, report or client file in second without digging through folder hierarchies. Which means better responses and professionalism with clients. Also another important this is again create proper document type, create a template, assign it to the proper folder and employee, this company has an AI that I have briefly talked about before, and it's suggestions speed up the process by at least 50%. The .ca website does not reliably update information such as domain renewals and SSL expirations automatically. We find ourselves frequently needing to manually refresh the page just to see the most current details. As a Canadian customer managing many .ca domains, this becomes a recurring issue. While it only takes a few minutes for each domain, the cumulative time spent on these manual updates adds up and ultimately feels like a waste.

I love Conga Composer's configuration feature; it's pretty awesome. It's easy to configure, update, and re-generate the button URL or link. The user-intuitive design allows any user to quickly learn how to configure Conga Solution records to set up document generation, eliminating the need for programming or technical knowledge. The initial setup is super easy and straightforward, with the basic setup taking about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Conga Composer to others, rating it a 10 out of 10. This is a highly powerful and flexible application. It operates with great reliability and is backed by outstanding support. When working on projects, I have found their staff to be both knowledgeable and approachable.

We use the workflow engine quite intense and most likely for use cases it wasn't intended for. But despite the stress we are adding to the system it works like a charm and allows to easily build the most flexible and demanding workflows and wicket solutions! What do you dislike about Square 9 Softworks?

Troubleshooting OCR-related issues can be quite challenging and often requires unexpected workarounds, which is surprising given that OCR is a core feature. While I am usually able to accomplish what I need thanks to these workarounds, there is definitely room for improvement. The audit log presents a similar situation. It records who performed an action on a document in Global Search, but it does not capture exactly what was done. The main problem the open text textended ECM is solving for us is the ease of use and the utilization of time. It benifits us by saving us a lot of time by bringing all the content at one place and easy to access UI and features. What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

It's very comprehensive. There is a lot of data points you can track about clients, prospects, centers of influence, events, seminars, etc. It's a data lovers dream. Workflows are very powerful. I think the pricing is more suitable for teams as well compared to similar services. The UI updates over the past year or so have been really great and modernized Redtail. It's become much easier to use with several integrations for our broker-dealer and other software services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

I really wish we could upload a client via Excel template. It's apparently possible by sending to Redtail, and this may have been updated, but we do a lot in Excel. Being able to import contacts via Excel would be such a game changer. Although the app is very comprehensive, it can feel kinda clunky and slow at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
