While simplified electronic signatures are legally recognized in Georgia, there is currently no established court practice or precedent confirming the enforceability of documents signed via platforms like Signify. This creates a degree of legal uncertainty, especially in high-risk or high-value agreements.

Despite legal validity, some government bodies and public institutions are still reluctant to accept documents signed via Signify, particularly when the signature is accompanied only by the platform’s logo or basic metadata, rather than through the Georgian national e-signature infrastructure.

This is a digital world, and most are not wanting more papers and brochures to look at, most just get tossed. Initially, the file upload process was slow and often took more than one attempt to upload files. Although this issue has since been resolved and is no longer the norm, it can still act up occasionally and take a long time, even with a fast and secure internet connection. Nothing at the moment. The only challenge I had was that our internal installation user guide was slightly outdated and didn't mirror the features in the installed packages. I was able to find some online materials (Youtube) of xFilesPro, but the materials there are also a bit outdated. The biggest challenge for me was realizing that the system is only as good as how people use it. When documents are tagged inconsistently or someone chooses the wrong metadata, search results become less useful pretty quickly. We ran into a few situations where similar documents ended up in different classifications, and then people started wondering why they couldn’t find things easily.

For me, it mainly addressed the time wasted searching for information. Our documents were scattered across different locations, and there were plenty of situations where multiple versions of the same file existed. At times, tracking down the most up-to-date document took longer than the work I was actually trying to get done.

Once we moved more of that documentation into M-Files, it became much easier to find project files, look back at earlier revisions, and follow approval workflows without constantly switching between different systems. One thing I feel could be improved in Conga Composer is the time it takes to generate reports at times, especially for something like PSR reports, which can feel a bit slower than expected. Also, while customization is possible, I think there’s room to make it more flexible and user-friendly. It would be great if end users had more control to easily enhance the look and feel of the generated reports, so teams can customize them better according to their specific needs without too much effort. Conga Composer is solving the problem of manually creating complex project sizing reports. These reports pull data from multiple Salesforce objects, so doing it manually would mean going through different datasets and compiling everything, which can easily take hours.

With Conga Composer, this entire process becomes much simpler and faster. Instead of manual effort, we can generate the complete report with just a click of a button. While Clinked is strong as a client portal, some advanced customization options and integrations are more limited compared to larger enterprise platforms. Certain workflows require manual setup, and reporting could be expanded for more detailed operational insights. Clinked helps us centralize collaboration with record labels, managers, and partners who outsource their artists and projects to our agency. One drawback of Digify is that it can feel somewhat limited when it comes to collaboration, it seems geared more toward control than true teamwork. There’s very little to dislike, but the initial setup and structuring of the Slide Library within SharePoint can take some planning to get right. TeamSlide solves the problem of scattered, outdated, and hard-to-find presentation content across SharePoint. The biggest downside is that it lacks cloud-based access. It’s an on-premise system, so if you're working remotely, you won’t be able to access your files unless your office sets up a workaround. DigitalDrawer is helping us eliminate paper clutter and digitize our office records efficiently. We used to waste a lot of time searching for physical files and dealing with missing paperwork. I think iManage Work could be better if there was a lite Ask iManage version that's free or comes with the standard package. Maybe something that offers a limited pro experience to help demonstrate the product to staff. One thing I don't like about DocuWare is the significant cost when it comes to expanding storage. I personally don't like when cloud storage is any amount of money. This service does wonders however and it is actually incredibly worth it. However that doesn't change the fact that it still will cost you money and I am not a fan of this. DocuWare makes it so easy for my team to upload and access documents anywhere! Thanks to this my team can work remotely and never have to deal with the stress of traveling to the office! Its also amazing how all our documents are safe and secure so no one can mess with the government documents we work with! Its also so easy for new onboarding employees to get used to! My biggest complaint is that it lacks an “Undo” feature. That can be really frustrating when you’re cleaning up copies or simply arranging things, because a single click can go terribly wrong. I genuinely wish there were some kind of safety net here, and it feels like this should have been included for peace of mind. It’s especially annoying when one mistake forces you to repeat several steps.

Also, while it works with ordinary folders without any issues, it does seem to struggle with very large file collections. If I’m working with a humongous folder (we’re talking terabytes) packed with files, the analyzing routine can be on the slow side. I was drowning in duplicate files spread across multiple hard drives, and I didn’t have a convenient way to figure out which version I should treat as the “master.” FolderManifest solved that for me by finding duplicates based on their actual contents (checksums) rather than just the filename. On my first scan, it helped me reclaim a staggering amount of disk space and gave me the confidence to delete duplicates without worrying I was accidentally removing something unique.
