What do you like best about Laserfiche?

The value of this tool is not as a file cabinet replacement; It is that the paper processes can be redesigned to add value in ways that weren't possible with paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Laserfiche?

It isn't a complaint as much as a reality. The cost of the software and the true value means you have to be willing to transform your organization. Old processes that have been around for decades likely will change when they aren't done on paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Laserfiche:

During the sales process gather the top processes and the problems they solve. Then during implementation make your on-boarding plans lead to those goals - not the process.

Processes that are digital don't sit on someone's desk. They live in the system and the workflow can be managed toward an ideal state where anyone can see any task and where it is in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you?

Removing the need to be in the same physical place; teleworking for sales staff is now a possibility.

“Keeps My Clinic and Work Files Organized and Easy to Manage”
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, I also manage a homeopathy clinic and create health education content. Zoho WorkDrive keeps all my work files in one place and makes things easy in daily routine. In my work I handle patient case files, consultation records, lab reports, diet plans and also some content files. Earlier things was little scattered but here I can keep everything arranged properly, so during clinic time I don’t get confused.

It is easy to use, I did not need much time to understand it. Uploading files, making folders and finding documents is simple. I just started adding my work and arranged it in my own way, like separating patient records, reports and content related files, which helps me in daily work.

I use it regularly. It has useful features like file sharing and access from different devices. I can share diet plans or reports with patients easily through link, so no need to send again and again.

Performance is also good for my daily use. Files open without much delay and uploading is smooth most of the time. Even when I handle multiple folders, it works fine and does not slow down my work. Overall it helps me manage my clinic work and content work in simple way and keeps everything organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

there is not much to dislike, but in my use I noticed a few small things. When I work with many folders and subfolders, sometimes it takes a little extra time to find a specific file if naming is not clear. It is not a big issue, but during busy clinic time it can slow things slightly.

Also, when uploading larger files like videos or heavy reports, upload speed depends on internet and sometimes it feels a bit slow. For normal files it works fine, but with bigger files it takes more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho WorkDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the problem of scattered files in my daily work. Earlier my patient case files, diet charts, lab reports and content files were in different places, so finding things quickly during clinic time was little difficult.

Now I keep everything in one place and arranged properly, so I can open any file when needed without wasting time. This helps me a lot during consultations because I can check reports, diet plans or notes quickly.

It also solves the problem of sharing files again and again. I can just share a link with patients or students, so no need to send same file multiple times. This saves time and keeps things simple.

For my content work also it helps, because I can keep all files organised and access them anytime. Overall it makes my work more organised, saves time and reduces confusion in daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Time-Saving Templates with Few Limitations”
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like being able to create templates and edit them as we prepare contracts in PandaDoc. I also like the ability to replace a document and not have to add all of the 'signature' tabs over again; they remain in the same place as with the original document before it was replaced. I also like the option to copy the document and then rename it, which means we don't have to create another contract, especially if it is for the same Franchisee with all the critical information being identical. Using PDF and the ability to bring in images from other documents uploaded to the Image Library is a great feature. The company also found PandaDoc to be more cost-effective, and the integration of other tools is a more seamless and cleaner process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Right now a big problem we are having is that when we use the template, we aren't able to place the 'field' labels without holding the Shift key and then that is even a little shaky. One thing that would help us to get these issues resolved is a better way to contact the Help Desk and interact with a Human instead of an automated machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc solves repetitive work by allowing us to create document templates, saving time in contract preparation. I like the ability to replace documents without losing signature tabs, and to copy and rename documents, avoiding the constant recreation of contracts, especially for the same Franchisee. VP
“Fast, Familiar PDF Workflow with Smooth Performance and Easy Markup”
What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?

In my work, I regularly deal with design documents, reports, and technical PDFs, so having a tool that opens files quickly is important. Foxit performs well in that aspect even larger documents load smoothly without lag.

The UI feels familiar, similar to Microsoft Office tools, so it didn’t take much time to get used to. I mainly use it for reviewing drawings, adding comments, and highlighting important sections, and those features are easy to access.

Integration with tools like OneDrive is also helpful, as it allows quick access to documents without managing files separately. Overall, it fits well into daily work without adding extra complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

One issue I’ve noticed is with fonts in some documents. When the original file doesn’t have embedded fonts, editing can be slightly inconsistent.

Also, while most features are easy to use, some advanced options take time to explore fully. It’s not a major issue, but it could be more intuitive in those areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Foxit PDF Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I deal with different types of files like CAD drawings, reports, and other documents that need to be shared in a proper format. Earlier, converting and managing these files took extra effort, especially when handling multiple documents during project reviews.

With Foxit, converting files into PDFs is much easier, and I can handle multiple documents without switching between tools. This helps keep everything consistent when sharing with different teams.

A major benefit for me is the OCR capability. When working with scanned documents or image-based PDFs, I can convert them into editable text instead of rewriting content manually. This is where the tool shows its intelligence it recognizes text accurately and allows quick edits while maintaining the document structure.

Editing is also more controlled, so changes don’t disturb the layout much, which is important for technical documents. It helps maintain accuracy while making updates.

From a pricing/ROI perspective, the value comes from the time saved. Tasks like conversion, editing, and text extraction that used to take longer can now be done quickly, which improves overall productivity in daily work.

Onboarding was simple due to the familiar interface, and I didn’t require much support to start using it. Overall, it reduces manual work, improves document accuracy, and makes handling project files more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“E-Signature APIs - Signify”
What do you like best about Signify?

Signify simplifies internal and external document signing and approval processes, we use it everyday.

Complies with Georgian legislation, offering legally valid electronic signatures.

Simple and intuitive UI makes it easy for both technical and non-technical users and reduces the time spent on manual document processing and physical signatures.

For now we are working for integration with other internal systems.

Local customer service and support team understands Georgian legal and business context.

Signify’s E-Signature API has proven to be a reliable and effective solution for our organization. The integration process was seamless, and the tool continues to deliver consistent performance, enhancing both efficiency and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signify?

While simplified electronic signatures are legally recognized in Georgia, there is currently no established court practice or precedent confirming the enforceability of documents signed via platforms like Signify. This creates a degree of legal uncertainty, especially in high-risk or high-value agreements.

Despite legal validity, some government bodies and public institutions are still reluctant to accept documents signed via Signify, particularly when the signature is accompanied only by the platform’s logo or basic metadata, rather than through the Georgian national e-signature infrastructure.

We would like to see the documentation accounting and search systems become more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signify is solving the problem of inefficient, paper-based document workflows and the lack of secure, legally compliant e-signature solutions tailored to the Georgian market.

For us, it significantly reduces the time and effort required to sign, send, and manage documents internally and with external partners. We no longer depend on printing, scanning, or physical presence for approvals and signatures. This has improved our operational efficiency, reduced administrative overhead, and allowed for faster decision-making — especially valuable in remote or hybrid work environments. “Self-Hosted Documentation with a Clean API and Flexible MSP Asset Modeling”
What do you like best about Hudu?

Self-hosted control and ownership of documentation data, combined with a clean API that makes it straightforward to integrate with automation platforms like n8n. The asset layout system is flexible enough to model MSP-specific relationships (clients → agreements → devices), and the KB structure keeps operational docs accessible without fighting the editor. For an MSP managing sensitive client environments, having the documentation platform on our own infrastructure rather than SaaS is a significant advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

The permissions model could be more granular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralising all client documentation — passwords, asset records, KB articles, and network diagrams — in a single self-hosted platform. For an MSP managing dozens of client environments, having one source of truth that integrates with our RMM and PSA tooling eliminates the scattered spreadsheets and tribal knowledge problem. It means any tech can pick up a ticket and find what they need without chasing someone down on Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient Salesforce Document Generation with Consistent, High-ROI Reporting”
What do you like best about Conga Composer?

We have integrated Conga Composer with Salesforce. What I like best about Conga Composer is how it simplifies document generation and its performance, making it efficient for our team. In our project management setup, we use it for project sizing and estimating different parameters, and it helps us quickly generate structured Word documents like PSR reports. This saves a lot of manual effort and ensures consistency in reporting, giving us the best ROI. It also makes it easier for the team to track expenses and key project metrics in one place, which improves overall visibility and decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

One thing I feel could be improved in Conga Composer is the time it takes to generate reports at times, especially for something like PSR reports, which can feel a bit slower than expected. Also, while customization is possible, I think there’s room to make it more flexible and user-friendly. It would be great if end users had more control to easily enhance the look and feel of the generated reports, so teams can customize them better according to their specific needs without too much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conga Composer is solving the problem of manually creating complex project sizing reports. These reports pull data from multiple Salesforce objects, so doing it manually would mean going through different datasets and compiling everything, which can easily take hours.

With Conga Composer, this entire process becomes much simpler and faster. Instead of manual effort, we can generate the complete report with just a click of a button. This saves a lot of time for the team and ensures the reports are consistent and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Document Management System?

I find it super convenient, tbh! 😊 The Document Management System centralizes everything, making information retrieval a breeze. The version control is top-notch, ensuring everyone is on the same page, literally 🚀. Collaboration becomes way smoother. Centralization is a biggie for me - having all documents in one place means no more hunting across systems or worrying about outdated copies floating around, which reduces errors and saves time, making teamwork way more efficient. We integrate it with our project management and CRM tools, which is super helpful. It makes it easy to link documents to specific projects or client records. Google Workspace integration is pretty seamless too, so we can access documents straight from Drive. The transition from a mix of shared drives and email attachments was smooth, and the support team was pretty helpful. What do you dislike about Digify?

“Can DigitalDrawer Replace Your Filing Cabinet? Here's My Verdict”
What do you like best about DigitalDrawer?

What I like best about DigitalDrawer is its simple, familiar interface that mimics a traditional filing cabinet. It’s super easy to set up cabinets, drawers, and folders just like you would with physical files — which makes the transition from paper to digital smooth. The full-text search saves a ton of time, and I can find any document in just a few seconds. It’s also very reliable for daily office use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DigitalDrawer?

The biggest downside is that it lacks cloud-based access. It’s an on-premise system, so if you're working remotely, you won’t be able to access your files unless your office sets up a workaround. Also, there’s no mobile app, which would be helpful for quick access on the go. The initial setup for admin roles and backups can be a bit technical too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DigitalDrawer solving and how is that benefiting you?

DigitalDrawer is helping us eliminate paper clutter and digitize our office records efficiently. We used to waste a lot of time searching for physical files and dealing with missing paperwork. Now, everything is neatly organized and easy to retrieve. It’s also helping us maintain better data security with user permissions and audit trails — especially important for client-sensitive documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Fast, Clean Offline Folder Monitoring That Automates the Grunt Work”
What do you like best about FolderManifest?

I really appreciate how these tools automate the “grunt work” I used to hate doing myself. Before this, I was handling everything manually, relying on command-line tools to track file changes on my system, which was absolute hell. FolderManifest makes it easy to monitor modifications quickly between specific dates and times, clearly showing what’s been added, removed, or modified—and it all happens fast. The UI is clean, modern, and simple to navigate. I also like that I can save the HTML files right in the folder as a record of its state at that moment. On top of that, I value the offline privacy: everything is stored on my machine, and NOTHING goes to any “Cloud”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FolderManifest?

My biggest complaint is that it lacks an “Undo” feature. That can be really frustrating when you’re cleaning up copies or simply arranging things, because a single click can go terribly wrong. I genuinely wish there were some kind of safety net here, and it feels like this should have been included for peace of mind. It’s especially annoying when one mistake forces you to repeat several steps.

Also, while it works with ordinary folders without any issues, it does seem to struggle with very large file collections. If I’m working with a humongous folder (we’re talking terabytes) packed with files, the analyzing routine can be on the slow side. You definitely need to set aside some time for that kind of large-archive analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FolderManifest solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was drowning in duplicate files spread across multiple hard drives, and I didn’t have a convenient way to figure out which version I should treat as the “master.” FolderManifest solved that for me by finding duplicates based on their actual contents (checksums) rather than just the filename. On my first scan, it helped me reclaim a staggering amount of disk space and gave me the confidence to delete duplicates without worrying I was accidentally removing something unique. Overall, it turned a muddle into an organized catalog system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless AI Document Automation with Fast, Natural Language Search”
What do you like best about AI File Pro?

What stood out to me immediately is how much of the document management process it automates without feeling complicated. Once we connected our folders, the system started reading, renaming, and organizing files on its own using AI. Files that used to have names, are now labeled clearly with dates, clients, and document types, which makes a huge difference when searching later.

The natural language search is also surprisingly useful. Instead of digging through folders, I can type something like " contracts from February and get results instantly. That alone has probably saved our team hours every week. The real-time dashboard and activity monitoring also give good visibility into what's being processed and where things might be stuck Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AI File Pro?

The initial setup is staightforward, but getting the most out of automation rules takes some trial and error. If you want very specific workflows or routing between teams, you'll need to spend some time configuring it properly.

Also, while the AI is very accurate , there are occasional edge cases-especially with poorly scanned documents-where you may need to double-check classifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AI File Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using AI File pro, our biggest issues was document chaos-files spread across shared drives with inconsistent naming and no clear structure. It slowed down everything from reporting to compliance checks.

Now, documents are automatically categorized, renamed, and routed to the right folders without manual effort. This has significantly reduced the time spent searching for files( honestly by more than half ) and improved accuracy in our workflows.

It's also helped from a compliance perspective. Having consistent naming, audit trails, and structured storage makes it much easier to prepare for audits and maintain proper documentation standards.

Overall, the biggest benefit is time savings and visibility. The system runs in the background, but the impact on productivity is very noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Square 9 Softworks?

Square9 also has many more training opportunities as part of your subscription including Square9 University and live training sessions for both administrators and general users of the system. They have also increased regular communications and tech newsletters showcasing new features and opportunities to expand the system and of course, the free training sessions. I work with a few other larger software companies and their training is often NOT included - so that's a bonus for Square9 users for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square 9 Softworks?

Although their tech support is among the best I've ever experienced, recently, I've found their response times are a little slower and it can take a couple of days for a response depending on the issue. I attribute this to the growth of the platform that is always including new features which of course, means more things to support. That said, they are certainly keeping up with new tech which I consider critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Square 9 Softworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Square 9 software has helped us go paperless in at least 1 department (formerly our largest paper file department) so far. We've also been able to streamline document digitization, data extraction and reporting. All of these things save time and valuable resources and improve access to information and reporting.
