The integration issues and connecting to other platforms has been kind of a issue for a while but it has been sorted out as it was due to my own lack of experience in it. The biggest challenge for us has been understanding how XFiles manages folder structures and relationships across different Salesforce objects.

During our migration, we found that configuring and maintaining a consistent folder hierarchy across Accounts, Opportunities and custom objects required a significant amount of manual work and investigation. More documentation and best-practice guidance for these scenarios would be extremely valuable.

We would also appreciate more administration features within Salesforce, such as easier management of Lightning Page configuration, better visibility of where the XFiles component is used, and the ability to manage folders (including deleting them) directly from Salesforce when appropriate. Digify helps solve the challenges of securely sharing, managing, and tracking confidential documents. The biggest downside is that it lacks cloud-based access. It’s an on-premise system, so if you're working remotely, you won’t be able to access your files unless your office sets up a workaround.
