Zoho WorkDrive is very easy to use and works well for team collaboration. What do you like best about Hudu?

Not only is Hudu VERY user friendly, it has a killer development team that actually listens to their community. It is constantly being optimized and upgraded and added to. Whenever I have an issue or a request I actually feel heard by their support team and multiple add-ons that I have voted for have already been added to the program. We were up and running the same day when we first implemented the program. It was also extremely easy to integrate our current systems and processes into the system. What do you dislike about Hudu?

To be honest, the things I dislike about Hudu are actively being worked on. If I had 20 things I didn't like about Hudu when we first implemented, I now no longer have those dislikes because the great development team has developed changes or add-ons. What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem my company faces without Hudu is the Knowledge base and document management for all our properties. We own and run many hotels and other businesses, and being able to easily separate the entities while keeping everything in the same place was exactly what we needed. What do you like best about M-Files?

The thing I like the most, that it was simple for me to learn. I especially like the Access from anywhere feature, whether I am on my laptop at home, on a train or meeting a client on site, I can open and share documents. Then they also have metadata organization, where instead of remembering folders I search by things that represent that folder, like name, project or even a document type. So the features are very useful and there is a lot of them that we have implemented, and it's a good thing for any customer, and we are in a very specific field which is Farming Business, so our documentation, reports, invoices are very specific. The best thing about this product is their AI, it's awesome, it really understands how to store files, It has been a pleasure using it since it most our our digital paperwork for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about M-Files?

While it brings benefits to my business, there is a small hurdle that I have noticed. Mainly it's the speed it takes to load filed, updates, features. It's not ridiculous, but still something they can improve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is M-Files solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really helps me managing multiple clients at the same time, one of my biggest headaches was locating the right version of a document when time was tight. M-Files solves that by offering their Smart Search and Organization. Now I can find contract, report or client file in second without digging through folder hierarchies. Which means better responses and professionalism with clients. Also another important this is again create proper document type, create a template, assign it to the proper folder and employee, this company has an AI that I have briefly talked about before, and it's suggestions speed up the process by at least 50%. What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like that when creating a new template PandaDoc automatically recognizes and places the fields. I love the smart integration with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce CRM). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

When I create a new template, I would like for PandaDoc to suggest immediately assigning an owner for the fields, but not for all the fields, but select. For example, I would like to scroll down the document and select with my mouse/touch base multiple fields at a time (not to click on every singe one of them) and assign that bunch to a specific owner. The same approach (mouse/touch pad selection of of a larger zone of the document) should also work when I want to delete the fields. Today, even if I select a large zone, I still have to click on each individual field that I want to delete. On the summery page (i.e. where I can find the list of all template I created), when I click on the three vertical dots on the right -where is there no option to delete the template? What I like most about Conga Composer is how it removes the manual work from creating documents. Instead of copying information from Salesforce into Word files, everything is pulled automatically and placed into a predefined layout and it is easy to setup and is being used by business for daily purposes of document generation. This makes proposals and other customer documents more consistent and much easier to produce. The majority of my time is spent working with PDF files as a professor, so I have used Foxit PDF Editor in a very straightforward, no-frills way to provide me with the opportunity to build small action sequences to compress large files, add headers, make modifications to numerous PDFs, and organize blocks of text and break up lengthy documents into more workable segments. What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

When I was editing a very large document, which utilized various different fonts, after I completed editing and exported the file, the fonts on the last few pages were missing their original formatting. By searching through Foxit's documentation, I found that the solution to this problem was to embed the fonts directly into the PDF prior to exporting. Foxit PDF is a solid editor, and it has been extremely helpful in providing me with organized reading material, as well as creating clean and well annotated copies of the same texts. XfilesPro eliminated the headaches of scattered files and limited access, making everything searchable and accessible through multiple paths. Its integration with Google Drive allows us to send emails directly from Salesforce using our existing Classic Email Templates, and attach files stored in Google Drive as attachments or links that can be password protected and expire. The simplification and centralization of file management in Salesforce is outstanding, particularly with Google Drive integration. I really appreciate how these tools automate the “grunt work” I used to hate doing myself. Before this, I was handling everything manually, relying on command-line tools to track file changes on my system, which was absolute hell. FolderManifest makes it easy to monitor modifications quickly between specific dates and times, clearly showing what’s been added, removed, or modified—and it all happens fast. The UI is clean, modern, and simple to navigate. I also like that I can save the HTML files right in the folder as a record of its state at that moment. My biggest complaint is that it lacks an “Undo” feature. That can be really frustrating when you’re cleaning up copies or simply arranging things, because a single click can go terribly wrong. I genuinely wish there were some kind of safety net here, and it feels like this should have been included for peace of mind. It’s especially annoying when one mistake forces you to repeat several steps.

Also, while it works with ordinary folders without any issues, it does seem to struggle with very large file collections. If I’m working with a humongous folder (we’re talking terabytes) packed with files, the analyzing routine can be on the slow side. I was drowning in duplicate files spread across multiple hard drives, and I didn’t have a convenient way to figure out which version I should treat as the “master.” FolderManifest solved that for me by finding duplicates based on their actual contents (checksums) rather than just the filename. On my first scan, it helped me reclaim a staggering amount of disk space and gave me the confidence to delete duplicates without worrying I was accidentally removing something unique.
