“PandaDoc Streamlines Approvals with Templates, Tracking, and a Clean UI”
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What I like most about PandaDoc is how it simplifies document approvals and signature collection while maintaining visibility throughout the entire process. In my role as a Senior Project Engineer, I regularly work with technical documents, supplier agreements, project-related approvals, and revision-controlled records that often require review from multiple stakeholders.

The template functionality has been particularly valuable because it allows our team to standardize frequently used documents instead of recreating them from scratch each time. The document tracking and notification features help me see when a document has been opened, reviewed, or signed, which reduces the need for manual follow-ups through email.

I also appreciate the clean document editor and straightforward user interface. New users can start working with minimal training, and the platform performs reliably even when managing multiple documents simultaneously. The audit trail and document history provide additional confidence when tracking approvals and maintaining compliance records.

Another benefit is the integration capability with business systems, which helps keep document workflows connected without requiring excessive manual data entry. Overall, PandaDoc has reduced administrative effort and improved document turnaround times across our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

While PandaDoc is effective for document management, there are a few areas that could be improved. The dashboard can sometimes feel crowded when managing a large number of active and completed documents, making it harder to quickly locate priority items.

I would also like to see more advanced reporting and analytics options that provide deeper insights into document activity and approval bottlenecks. For organizations handling high document volumes, additional filtering and customizable dashboard views would improve efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing PandaDoc, document approvals and signature collection were largely managed through email exchanges, manually shared PDFs, and multiple follow-up reminders. Tracking document status across different stakeholders was time-consuming, and it was often difficult to determine where a document was delayed in the approval cycle.

With PandaDoc, we can create standardized documents, route them for review, collect electronic signatures, and monitor progress from a centralized platform. The automated notifications and document tracking features provide visibility into every stage of the process, reducing uncertainty and minimizing manual coordination.

For project-related approvals and supplier documentation, this has significantly improved turnaround time and reduced administrative workload. Instead of spending time chasing signatures or confirming document status, I can focus more on engineering and project execution activities.

The result has been faster document completion, better record management, improved accountability among reviewers, and a more streamlined approval process overall. The combination of workflow automation, document analytics, and secure audit trails has delivered measurable efficiency gains while supporting compliance and document control requirements. What do you dislike about Laserfiche?

It isn't a complaint as much as a reality. The cost of the software and the true value means you have to be willing to transform your organization. Old processes that have been around for decades likely will change when they aren't done on paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“E-Signature APIs - Signify”
What do you like best about Signify?

Signify simplifies internal and external document signing and approval processes, we use it everyday.

Complies with Georgian legislation, offering legally valid electronic signatures.

Simple and intuitive UI makes it easy for both technical and non-technical users and reduces the time spent on manual document processing and physical signatures.

For now we are working for integration with other internal systems.

Local customer service and support team understands Georgian legal and business context.

Signify’s E-Signature API has proven to be a reliable and effective solution for our organization. The integration process was seamless, and the tool continues to deliver consistent performance, enhancing both efficiency and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signify?

While simplified electronic signatures are legally recognized in Georgia, there is currently no established court practice or precedent confirming the enforceability of documents signed via platforms like Signify. This creates a degree of legal uncertainty, especially in high-risk or high-value agreements.

Despite legal validity, some government bodies and public institutions are still reluctant to accept documents signed via Signify, particularly when the signature is accompanied only by the platform’s logo or basic metadata, rather than through the Georgian national e-signature infrastructure.

We would like to see the documentation accounting and search systems become more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signify is solving the problem of inefficient, paper-based document workflows and the lack of secure, legally compliant e-signature solutions tailored to the Georgian market.

For us, it significantly reduces the time and effort required to sign, send, and manage documents internally and with external partners. We no longer depend on printing, scanning, or physical presence for approvals and signatures. This has improved our operational efficiency, reduced administrative overhead, and allowed for faster decision-making — especially valuable in remote or hybrid work environments. “Self-Hosted Documentation with a Clean API and Flexible MSP Asset Modeling”
What do you like best about Hudu?

Self-hosted control and ownership of documentation data, combined with a clean API that makes it straightforward to integrate with automation platforms like n8n. The asset layout system is flexible enough to model MSP-specific relationships (clients → agreements → devices), and the KB structure keeps operational docs accessible without fighting the editor. For an MSP managing sensitive client environments, having the documentation platform on our own infrastructure rather than SaaS is a significant advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

The permissions model could be more granular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralising all client documentation — passwords, asset records, KB articles, and network diagrams — in a single self-hosted platform. Proton Drive for Business provides our company with safe, protected backup solutions that can be accessed from anywhere and on any device. Encrypted files can be shared via links or email, with optional password protection and expiration dates. Files cannot be seen or accessed by the Proton team, which ensures a deeper level of privacy compared to other “storage” products. Access to files (with permissions) can be monitored and revoked easily.

The ability to collaborate through their cloud service is an invaluable tool for users who need to work on the same files from different locations. While it remains strictly privacy-focused, Proton Drive for Business is ISO27001 certified and SOC 2 Type 2, which helps it stay compliant with global standards for information security. “Good Metadata Driven Document Management And Requires Planning Up Front”
What do you like best about M-Files?

What helped me most was simply not having to remember where documents were stored anymore. Before this, I was constantly opening shared folders, SharePoint locations, and old project directories just to figure out which version was the right one. It sounds like a small issue, but when you’re doing it ten times a day, it really adds up.

I mainly used it for project documentation, implementation notes, release-related documents, and internal process files. Once people started tagging documents properly, finding what I needed became much faster than the old folder-based approach. I also appreciated being able to check document history when someone updated something, because it cut down on a lot of those “who changed this?” conversations that usually pop up in team chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about M-Files?

The biggest challenge for me was realizing that the system is only as good as how people use it. When documents are tagged inconsistently or someone chooses the wrong metadata, search results become less useful pretty quickly. We ran into a few situations where similar documents ended up in different classifications, and then people started wondering why they couldn’t find things easily.

There’s also a bit of an adjustment period for anyone coming from traditional folders. The concept does click after a while, but some team members definitely needed time before it felt natural and became second nature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is M-Files solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, it mainly addressed the time wasted searching for information. Our documents were scattered across different locations, and there were plenty of situations where multiple versions of the same file existed. At times, tracking down the most up-to-date document took longer than the work I was actually trying to get done.

Once we moved more of that documentation into M-Files, it became much easier to find project files, look back at earlier revisions, and follow approval workflows without constantly switching between different systems. It didn’t magically solve document management overnight, but it did remove a lot of the small, everyday frustrations tied to locating and managing information. “Efficient Salesforce Document Generation with Consistent, High-ROI Reporting”
What do you like best about Conga Composer?

We have integrated Conga Composer with Salesforce. What I like best about Conga Composer is how it simplifies document generation and its performance, making it efficient for our team. In our project management setup, we use it for project sizing and estimating different parameters, and it helps us quickly generate structured Word documents like PSR reports. This saves a lot of manual effort and ensures consistency in reporting, giving us the best ROI. It also makes it easier for the team to track expenses and key project metrics in one place, which improves overall visibility and decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

One thing I feel could be improved in Conga Composer is the time it takes to generate reports at times, especially for something like PSR reports, which can feel a bit slower than expected. Also, while customization is possible, I think there’s room to make it more flexible and user-friendly. It would be great if end users had more control to easily enhance the look and feel of the generated reports, so teams can customize them better according to their specific needs without too much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conga Composer is solving the problem of manually creating complex project sizing reports. These reports pull data from multiple Salesforce objects, so doing it manually would mean going through different datasets and compiling everything, which can easily take hours.

With Conga Composer, this entire process becomes much simpler and faster. Instead of manual effort, we can generate the complete report with just a click of a button. This saves a lot of time for the team and ensures the reports are consistent and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable platform for client collaboration and secure document sharing”
What do you like best about Clinked?

Clinked provides a secure and professional client portal that makes it easy to collaborate with record labels, managers, and business partners in one centralized place. We use it to store and share documents, manage tasks, track events, and maintain structured communication without relying on scattered emails or file-sharing tools. The platform helps present our agency in a polished, organized way while keeping sensitive information accessible only to the right stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clinked?

While Clinked is strong as a client portal, some advanced customization options and integrations are more limited compared to larger enterprise platforms. Certain workflows require manual setup, and reporting could be expanded for more detailed operational insights. That said, it performs reliably for secure collaboration and client-facing work once configured properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinked solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clinked helps us centralize collaboration with record labels, managers, and partners who outsource their artists and projects to our agency. We use it to securely store client details, share documents, manage events, and track tasks such as pricing analysis, campaign planning, and operational follow-ups. It also allows us to support some clients with financial documentation and visibility into their current position in a structured, secure environment. The robust search function also lets our on-site engineers locate approved process documents in seconds, keeping on-site adjustments and daily operations running smoothly and safely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document Management System?

It performs poorly when previewing large CAD files, with noticeable lag during loading. The auto-sorting feature often misclassifies our specialized engineering files. “Can DigitalDrawer Replace Your Filing Cabinet? Here's My Verdict”
What do you like best about DigitalDrawer?

What I like best about DigitalDrawer is its simple, familiar interface that mimics a traditional filing cabinet. It’s super easy to set up cabinets, drawers, and folders just like you would with physical files — which makes the transition from paper to digital smooth. The full-text search saves a ton of time, and I can find any document in just a few seconds. It’s also very reliable for daily office use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DigitalDrawer?

The biggest downside is that it lacks cloud-based access. It’s an on-premise system, so if you're working remotely, you won’t be able to access your files unless your office sets up a workaround. Also, there’s no mobile app, which would be helpful for quick access on the go. The initial setup for admin roles and backups can be a bit technical too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DigitalDrawer solving and how is that benefiting you?

DigitalDrawer is helping us eliminate paper clutter and digitize our office records efficiently. We used to waste a lot of time searching for physical files and dealing with missing paperwork. Because it's so easy to use, I don't have to worry about gaining buy-in from the business, as everyone loves using it and it makes life easier for everyone. Our tech team loved the product too, found it very easy to integrate without issues. Summize is integrated with Gmail and DocuSign, which has been very helpful for streamlining processes. What do you dislike about Summize?

I think over time, the functionality will become a little better. At times, I found that the system can be a little slow to respond, or maybe there's a feature that temporarily is not working the way that it should, but it always bounces back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“DocuWare Makes Secure Document Storage and Access Seamless Anywhere”
What do you like best about DocuWare?

I love using DocuWare! It is such an amazing and easy to use platform! It securely stores all the documents from my company that my team works with! It also makes it so easy to view documents wherever you are! You are not limited to being in one location! It is so seamless to upload and view documents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuWare?

One thing I don't like about DocuWare is the significant cost when it comes to expanding storage. I personally don't like when cloud storage is any amount of money. This service does wonders however and it is actually incredibly worth it. However that doesn't change the fact that it still will cost you money and I am not a fan of this. Everything else about this service is amazing though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?

DocuWare makes it so easy for my team to upload and access documents anywhere! Thanks to this my team can work remotely and never have to deal with the stress of traveling to the office! Its also amazing how all our documents are safe and secure so no one can mess with the government documents we work with! Its also so easy for new onboarding employees to get used to! “Fast, Clean Offline Folder Monitoring That Automates the Grunt Work”
What do you like best about FolderManifest?

I really appreciate how these tools automate the “grunt work” I used to hate doing myself. Before this, I was handling everything manually, relying on command-line tools to track file changes on my system, which was absolute hell. FolderManifest makes it easy to monitor modifications quickly between specific dates and times, clearly showing what’s been added, removed, or modified—and it all happens fast. The UI is clean, modern, and simple to navigate. I also like that I can save the HTML files right in the folder as a record of its state at that moment. On top of that, I value the offline privacy: everything is stored on my machine, and NOTHING goes to any “Cloud”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FolderManifest?

My biggest complaint is that it lacks an “Undo” feature. That can be really frustrating when you’re cleaning up copies or simply arranging things, because a single click can go terribly wrong. I genuinely wish there were some kind of safety net here, and it feels like this should have been included for peace of mind. It’s especially annoying when one mistake forces you to repeat several steps.

Also, while it works with ordinary folders without any issues, it does seem to struggle with very large file collections. If I’m working with a humongous folder (we’re talking terabytes) packed with files, the analyzing routine can be on the slow side. You definitely need to set aside some time for that kind of large-archive analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FolderManifest solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was drowning in duplicate files spread across multiple hard drives, and I didn’t have a convenient way to figure out which version I should treat as the “master.” FolderManifest solved that for me by finding duplicates based on their actual contents (checksums) rather than just the filename. On my first scan, it helped me reclaim a staggering amount of disk space and gave me the confidence to delete duplicates without worrying I was accidentally removing something unique. Overall, it turned a muddle into an organized catalog system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
