Team-first file organization — Instead of keeping everything buried in someone’s personal folder, WorkDrive is built around shared “Team Folders” from day one. This means that if someone leaves the company or changes roles, the files stay where they belong and don’t disappear with them.
Real-time collaborative editing — Multiple people can open and edit the same document, spreadsheet, or presentation at the same time through Zoho’s Writer, Sheet, and Show apps. You can see one another’s cursors, leave comments, and collaborate in a way that feels similar to Google Docs, while still being integrated into the broader Zoho ecosystem.
Granular permission control — You can set very specific access levels (view, comment, edit, manage) down to an individual file or folder. That makes it easier to share content with clients or vendors without accidentally exposing everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Founded in 2001, Foxit is a leading provider of innovative PDF and eSignature products and services, helping knowledge workers increase productivity and do more with documents

What sets Foxit apart for me is how well it holds up in the field, not just at a desk. The ribbon-style interface lets me pin my most-used tools, measurement, stamp, and redline, right at the top, so I’m not digging through menus while I’m standing on-site with a tablet in one hand. It also syncs cleanly with our SharePoint and Procore setup, which means I can pull the latest drawing revision straight onto my tablet instead of waiting on an email from the office. Markups stay in sync well enough for day-to-day coordination with contractors and inspectors.
On performance, a typical structural spec set or submittal package opens noticeably faster than it ever did in Acrobat. That said, truly massive, multi-layer civil grading sheets still make my older tablet work for it. Pricing is what ultimately won the argument internally: our per-seat perpetual license ended up costing less than half of what we were paying across five Acrobat Pro seats, and that gap alone paid for the switch within the first year.
Onboarding was almost a non-event. Our field crew and a couple of subcontractors were marking up drawings the same day, with zero formal training. The AI Assistant has genuinely earned its place, too, I’ve used it to pull soil bearing capacity numbers straight out of long geotechnical boring logs instead of reading two hundred pages myself. I still double-check anything it pulls from dense, tabular survey data before it goes into a report.
One note on how I’d carry this forward: the support experience and the heavier performance limitations (like lag on huge scanned files, or a slower helpdesk response during a busy week) fit more naturally under “dislikes.” And the ROI/paper-savings angle can be quantified further in a “problems solved” section once you plug in your own real numbers, that’s what keeps the full review feeling genuinely lived-in rather than assembled from a checklist. We can also completely customize the system to fit our needs. The UI recently received an update, and it looks great.
We’re able to integrate with our PSA, HaloPSA, which is important for our workflow.
Performance has been excellent, everything works as expected.
Pricing is another strong point, since it doesn’t impose any minimum user requirements and doesn’t lock you into a contract.
In terms of support, we haven’t run into any issues or had any needs so far. We also self-onboarded, since we’re self-hosting our instance.

What I like most about XFilesPro is that it integrates Google Drive directly into Salesforce, allowing our users to access and manage documents without leaving Salesforce. Once properly configured, it provides a much more intuitive and efficient document management experience than working directly in Google Drive.
Another aspect I really appreciate is the support team. Throughout a complex migration and folder reorganisation project, they have been responsive, open to feedback, and willing to enhance the product to support our specific requirements. Thanks to that collaboration, we were able to implement a folder structure that better fits our business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What helped me most was simply not having to remember where documents were stored anymore. Before this, I was constantly opening shared folders, SharePoint locations, and old project directories just to figure out which version was the right one. It sounds like a small issue, but when you’re doing it ten times a day, it really adds up.
I mainly used it for project documentation, implementation notes, release-related documents, and internal process files. Once people started tagging documents properly, finding what I needed became much faster than the old folder-based approach. I also appreciated being able to check document history when someone updated something, because it cut down on a lot of those “who changed this?” conversations that usually pop up in team chats. What I like most about CloudFiles is that it helps me keep different work related files, educational content, and wellness documents more organized from one place. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so during regular work I handle many PDFs, diet plans, awareness presentations, research notes, patient education materials, and media related files. CloudFiles makes it easier to organize and access everything without confusion between different folders and platforms.
Ease of Use feels simple because the interface is clean and folder management is easy to understand during daily work. Ease of Implementation was also smooth because connecting cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive did not take much effort. I use it frequently for storing educational resources, managing clinic related documents, and keeping wellness content properly organized. Search, preview, file sharing, document access, and cloud integration features are very useful because they help me quickly find and manage important files across devices during busy work hours.
I also like that files can stay more centralized instead of keeping everything scattered across multiple storage locations. Features related to file organization, cloud integrations, document previews, shared access, and workspace management help make daily workflow more smooth and structured. Overall, CloudFiles has been very practical for managing educational content, wellness documents, research materials, and daily work files in a more organized and professional way. What I like most about Summize is that it brings the entire contract lifecycle into one structured, accessible environment. It gives us much better visibility across our contracts, including their status, key obligations, renewal and expiry dates, approvals, and the stakeholders responsible.
The integration with Word and Outlook is especially valuable because it lets the legal team and the wider business keep working in tools they already use every day, rather than having to change their whole way of working.
I also appreciate the combination of contract management, workflow automation, and AI-assisted review. It supports the initial review of contracts by helping to identify key clauses and risks, and it generally makes it easier to organise and prioritise legal work. The ability to set up structured approval processes and maintain a central contract repository is also very useful from a governance and compliance perspective.
Overall, Summize has helped us move toward a more structured and transparent contract management process. It has reduced some of the administrative work around contracts and given the legal team better oversight of what’s happening across the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
