Account creation process.

As employee who onboard, the account creation completes after their acceptance, which slow down our internal activity to invite member to created workspace by respective team.

So we spend double efforts. Invite a user to "Welcome" workspace and wait until user accept and account is created with licence activated.

Here, in general, the services should be started in time before user joined with necessary enabled, and it should be a formal login to service via an SSO or from an integration application.

But here we work on second time to invite users to other workspaces created internally, this can be avoided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Team Folders, Real-Time Collaboration, and Granular Permissions Done Right”
What do you like best about Zoho WorkDrive?

Team-first file organization — Instead of keeping everything buried in someone’s personal folder, WorkDrive is built around shared “Team Folders” from day one. This means that if someone leaves the company or changes roles, the files stay where they belong and don’t disappear with them.

Real-time collaborative editing — Multiple people can open and edit the same document, spreadsheet, or presentation at the same time through Zoho’s Writer, Sheet, and Show apps. You can see one another’s cursors, leave comments, and collaborate in a way that feels similar to Google Docs, while still being integrated into the broader Zoho ecosystem.

Granular permission control — You can set very specific access levels (view, comment, edit, manage) down to an individual file or folder. That makes it easier to share content with clients or vendors without accidentally exposing everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho WorkDrive?

The interface feels clunky and a bit dated compared to competitors. Many users find the UI less intuitive than Google Drive or Dropbox, and there’s a steeper learning curve even for basic tasks like moving between team folders and personal spaces.

The mobile app and offline sync are hit-or-miss. The mobile experience lags behind the desktop version, and offline access to files can be unreliable, which is especially frustrating when you need to work without a stable connection.

Third-party integrations also feel limited outside the Zoho ecosystem. It works well with other Zoho apps, but connecting it to non-Zoho tools (like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or certain CRMs) often requires workarounds, or simply isn’t as seamless as it is with more established options like Google Workspace or Dropbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho WorkDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

File ownership gets stuck with individuals, not the company — In many small-to-mid businesses, important documents end up buried in someone’s personal Google Drive or lost in email attachments. If that person leaves or simply forgets where something is, the company can effectively lose access. WorkDrive addresses this by making Team Folders the default home for files, so ownership stays with the organization rather than an individual.

Version chaos and the “final_final_v2.docx” syndrome — Without a shared system, teams end up emailing files back and forth and creating multiple, conflicting versions. WorkDrive reduces this confusion with real-time co-editing and automatic version history, so there’s always a single source of truth and it’s clear what the latest version is.

Uncontrolled or messy external sharing — Businesses often need to share files with clients, vendors, or freelancers, but it’s easy to expose internal folders or lose track of who has access to what. WorkDrive’s granular permissions make it easier to share exactly what’s needed (and nothing more), and to revoke access later when it’s no longer appropriate. What do you dislike about Laserfiche?

It isn't a complaint as much as a reality. The cost of the software and the true value means you have to be willing to transform your organization. Old processes that have been around for decades likely will change when they aren't done on paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mainly use Foxit PDF Editor to view and edit PDFs, comment on documents, as well as fill and sign forms. I like its ability to split and merge documents without altering the authenticity or formatting. It also allows me to convert PDFs to Word documents, which is quite rare compared to other apps. The editing capabilities stand out to me, and I appreciate the conversion ability it provides. Additionally, I use it to sign documents and add protection, and I find it beneficial that I don't have to use third-party sites to purchase these functionalities, allowing me to maintain consistent formatting. The initial setup was easy to navigate from the onset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

Proton Drive for Business provides our company with safe, protected backup solutions that can be accessed from anywhere and on any device. Encrypted files can be shared via links or email, with optional password protection and expiration dates. Files cannot be seen or accessed by the Proton team, which ensures a deeper level of privacy compared to other “storage” products. Access to files (with permissions) can be monitored and revoked easily.

The ability to collaborate through their cloud service is an invaluable tool for users who need to work on the same files from different locations. While it remains strictly privacy-focused, Proton Drive for Business is ISO27001 certified and SOC 2 Type 2, which helps it stay compliant with global standards for information security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proton Drive For Business?

What do you like best about Hudu?

The ability to self-host (which we do for security reasons) is a big plus for us.

We can also completely customize the system to fit our needs. The UI recently received an update, and it looks great.

We’re able to integrate with our PSA, HaloPSA, which is important for our workflow.

Performance has been excellent, everything works as expected.

Pricing is another strong point, since it doesn’t impose any minimum user requirements and doesn’t lock you into a contract.

In terms of support, we haven’t run into any issues or had any needs so far. We also self-onboarded, since we’re self-hosting our instance.

“A Great Product Backed by an Outstanding Support Team”
What do you like best about XfilesPro?

What I like most about XFilesPro is that it integrates Google Drive directly into Salesforce, allowing our users to access and manage documents without leaving Salesforce. Once properly configured, it provides a much more intuitive and efficient document management experience than working directly in Google Drive.

Another aspect I really appreciate is the support team. Throughout a complex migration and folder reorganisation project, they have been responsive, open to feedback, and willing to enhance the product to support our specific requirements. Thanks to that collaboration, we were able to implement a folder structure that better fits our business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XfilesPro?

The biggest challenge for us has been understanding how XFiles manages folder structures and relationships across different Salesforce objects.

During our migration, we found that configuring and maintaining a consistent folder hierarchy across Accounts, Opportunities and custom objects required a significant amount of manual work and investigation. More documentation and best-practice guidance for these scenarios would be extremely valuable.

We would also appreciate more administration features within Salesforce, such as easier management of Lightning Page configuration, better visibility of where the XFiles component is used, and the ability to manage folders (including deleting them) directly from Salesforce when appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XfilesPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

XFilesPro allows us to centralize all our clients documentation in Google Drive while giving our users seamless access directly from Salesforce. This eliminates the need to switch between different systems and ensures that documents are always available within the context of the relevant Salesforce record.

It has significantly improved the way our teams collaborate, making it easier to find, upload and manage documents throughout the patient's journey. It also provides a structured and scalable document management solution that supports our daily operations.

Recently, we also worked with the XFilesPro team to implement a folder hierarchy that better matches our business processes. Having documents organised consistently between Accounts and Opportunities will make document management much more reliable and easier to maintain going forward. Original Information
“Good Metadata Driven Document Management And Requires Planning Up Front”
What do you like best about M-Files?

What helped me most was simply not having to remember where documents were stored anymore. Before this, I was constantly opening shared folders, SharePoint locations, and old project directories just to figure out which version was the right one. It sounds like a small issue, but when you’re doing it ten times a day, it really adds up.

I mainly used it for project documentation, implementation notes, release-related documents, and internal process files. Once people started tagging documents properly, finding what I needed became much faster than the old folder-based approach. I also appreciated being able to check document history when someone updated something, because it cut down on a lot of those “who changed this?” conversations that usually pop up in team chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about M-Files?

The biggest challenge for me was realizing that the system is only as good as how people use it. When documents are tagged inconsistently or someone chooses the wrong metadata, search results become less useful pretty quickly. We ran into a few situations where similar documents ended up in different classifications, and then people started wondering why they couldn’t find things easily.

There’s also a bit of an adjustment period for anyone coming from traditional folders. The concept does click after a while, but some team members definitely needed time before it felt natural and became second nature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is M-Files solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, it mainly addressed the time wasted searching for information. Our documents were scattered across different locations, and there were plenty of situations where multiple versions of the same file existed. At times, tracking down the most up-to-date document took longer than the work I was actually trying to get done.

Once we moved more of that documentation into M-Files, it became much easier to find project files, look back at earlier revisions, and follow approval workflows without constantly switching between different systems. It didn’t magically solve document management overnight, but it did remove a lot of the small, everyday frustrations tied to locating and managing information. “Reliable platform for client collaboration and secure document sharing”
What do you like best about Clinked?

Clinked provides a secure and professional client portal that makes it easy to collaborate with record labels, managers, and business partners in one centralized place. We use it to store and share documents, manage tasks, track events, and maintain structured communication without relying on scattered emails or file-sharing tools. The platform helps present our agency in a polished, organized way while keeping sensitive information accessible only to the right stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clinked?

While Clinked is strong as a client portal, some advanced customization options and integrations are more limited compared to larger enterprise platforms. Certain workflows require manual setup, and reporting could be expanded for more detailed operational insights. That said, it performs reliably for secure collaboration and client-facing work once configured properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinked solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clinked helps us centralize collaboration with record labels, managers, and partners who outsource their artists and projects to our agency. We use it to securely store client details, share documents, manage events, and track tasks such as pricing analysis, campaign planning, and operational follow-ups. It also allows us to support some clients with financial documentation and visibility into their current position in a structured, secure environment. “Managing Educational Files and Cloud Documents Became More Organized and Structured”
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

What I like most about CloudFiles is that it helps me keep different work related files, educational content, and wellness documents more organized from one place. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so during regular work I handle many PDFs, diet plans, awareness presentations, research notes, patient education materials, and media related files. CloudFiles makes it easier to organize and access everything without confusion between different folders and platforms.

Ease of Use feels simple because the interface is clean and folder management is easy to understand during daily work. Ease of Implementation was also smooth because connecting cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive did not take much effort. I use it frequently for storing educational resources, managing clinic related documents, and keeping wellness content properly organized. Search, preview, file sharing, document access, and cloud integration features are very useful because they help me quickly find and manage important files across devices during busy work hours.

I also like that files can stay more centralized instead of keeping everything scattered across multiple storage locations. Features related to file organization, cloud integrations, document previews, shared access, and workspace management help make daily workflow more smooth and structured. Overall, CloudFiles has been very practical for managing educational content, wellness documents, research materials, and daily work files in a more organized and professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

when many folders, shared documents, and connected storage sources are open together, sometimes it takes a little extra time to properly organize and locate everything during busy work hours. I also noticed that preview refresh and file syncing can occasionally feel slightly slower while handling larger educational documents and PDFs together. It is not a major problem for my regular work, but I notice it sometimes during heavy document management tasks. Apart from this, the platform works smoothly for managing daily work files and educational content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudFiles is helping me solve the problem of keeping work documents, educational files, and cloud storage more organized from one place. During regular work I handle many wellness documents, PDFs, diet plans, educational presentations, awareness materials, and research related files, so managing everything across different folders and storage platforms was becoming difficult sometimes.

The platform helps centralize files and makes document access, sharing, and organization more smooth during daily work. Features like cloud integrations, folder management, previews, document access, and shared file handling are useful because they help keep educational content and work files properly structured instead of scattered across multiple locations.

Another benefit is that accessing files from connected storage platforms feels easier and more organized. It also helps reduce manual searching and saves time while handling educational resources and clinic related documents during busy work hours. The robust search function also lets our on-site engineers locate approved process documents in seconds, keeping on-site adjustments and daily operations running smoothly and safely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document Management System?

It performs poorly when previewing large CAD files, with noticeable lag during loading. The auto-sorting feature often misclassifies our specialized engineering files. What impacts us most is the lack of native integration with our core manufacturing tools, which means we have to go through extra manual steps to move files across platforms. One area where Nitro PDF could improve is its performance with very large or complex PDF files, as it can occasionally feel slow. Some advanced features also have a slight learning curve for new users. Additionally, the software could benefit from more frequent updates and enhanced cloud collaboration capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nitro PDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nitro PDF simplifies document management by allowing me to edit, convert, merge, compress, and electronically sign PDF files without needing multiple applications. “Can DigitalDrawer Replace Your Filing Cabinet? Here's My Verdict”
What do you like best about DigitalDrawer?

What I like best about DigitalDrawer is its simple, familiar interface that mimics a traditional filing cabinet. It’s super easy to set up cabinets, drawers, and folders just like you would with physical files — which makes the transition from paper to digital smooth. The full-text search saves a ton of time, and I can find any document in just a few seconds. It’s also very reliable for daily office use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DigitalDrawer?

The biggest downside is that it lacks cloud-based access. It’s an on-premise system, so if you're working remotely, you won’t be able to access your files unless your office sets up a workaround. Also, there’s no mobile app, which would be helpful for quick access on the go. The initial setup for admin roles and backups can be a bit technical too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DigitalDrawer solving and how is that benefiting you?

DigitalDrawer is helping us eliminate paper clutter and digitize our office records efficiently. We used to waste a lot of time searching for physical files and dealing with missing paperwork. Now, everything is neatly organized and easy to retrieve. It’s also helping us maintain better data security with user permissions and audit trails — especially important for client-sensitive documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Modern, Intuitive Summize UI That Drives Fast Adoption”
What do you like best about Summize?

The Summize UI/UX is very modern and intuitive. Rather than bury features and functionality many layers deep in menus, almost everything is exactly where you'd expect to find it. When something like this is more usable, it's more quickly and widely adopted - a key metric in legal ops deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Summize?

This is nit-picky, but there are some workflows in the real-world that you can't control because you're working with external parties. That means, for example, that filenames get changed or we have to use a different signature workflow. When that happens, it's a bit burdensome to get documents out of "Requests" and into the "Repository". I would love to see some automatic file-naming functionality and an improved workflow for moving contracts to the repository that haven't been signed within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Summize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Summize addresses two key needs for my team - having a clearer picture of all contracts (e.g., quantities, counterparties, key terms, etc.) and enforcing consistent review and filing processes. Summize excels both of these areas with built-in AI insights and a very adaptable workflow builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient Document Management with Some Room for Improvement”
What do you like best about iManage Work?

I like how iManage Work integrates well with Outlook. It helps in saving and filling documents in the right location while providing security for them. I also appreciate the web interfaces, finding them highly beneficial. I enjoy the ease of sharing and previewing documents, which saves time as I don't need to download the whole file to check something, making the preview process quicker and simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iManage Work?

I think iManage Work could be better if there was a lite Ask iManage version that's free or comes with the standard package. Maybe something that offers a limited pro experience to help demonstrate the product to staff. Also, I wish that file sharing could be more dynamic, allowing files to be shared directly from the workspaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iManage Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use iManage Work for saving, filling documents in the right location securely, and easy sharing and previewing of docs without downloading, saving time and hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
