As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. The system is a huge time saver! The AI notetaker allows me to avoid hiring an employee to take notes and determine action items. My only real dislikes with Office are in Word. I am still not a fan of the menu ribbon that was added a few years ago. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the functionality that I'm searching for. Also, in Word, if you try to add images to documents, all sorts of crazy formatting errors can occur. I think that's something we've all learned to live with at this point. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. There is very little to dislike. But, sometimes the customers say they can't access the site or can't book any meetings. I assume all software has temporary glitches like this, so I don't hold anything against TidyCal; which is why I highly recommend this software especially for individuals who don't need lots of fancier features like round-robin or access to multiple calendars. The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated. Bookedin does allow you to track payments made through certain platforms. I'd love to see added options to manually mark appointments as paid if a tangible payment has been submitted by the client, or perhaps they've paid through a different platform not tracked by Bookedin. Updating the settings can be a bit of a challenge if you are not sure where something belongs. I have not been able to find any tutorials that walk you through certain things - it would be nice to have those versus having to email someone and wait for their response. WaitWell allows students to check in before they get here and it allows them to put themselves on hold if we are not able to see them before they have to leave for class or other reasons. It allows us to manage the queue as efficiently as we are able to with the amount of students we see during those 3 super busy times of the year.
