GReminders makes scheduling with clients super easy and reduces back and forth communication a lot. Clients often pick a time slot within minutes of me sending a link and then I'm notified and appointment is scheduled.

Overall, my experience has been positive. That said, the licensing and subscription plans can feel a bit expensive for individual users or small businesses, and some advanced features come with a learning curve for new users. Waitwhile is solving the problem of long and unpredictable wait times by providing a digital queue management solution. Instead of having customers wait in physical lines, Waitwhile allows them to join a virtual queue from anywhere and receive real-time updates about their place in line. This benefits me by creating a smoother, more organized experience for both staff and customers. It reduces crowding and confusion, helps manage peak times more efficiently, and improves overall customer satisfaction by making wait times feel shorter and more predictable. Their support is bad. There is a recent webhook issue with their API and the call identifier was not passed from their end. I've raised and followed-up with the issue multiple times. There is no follow-through on the matter and updates on whether the issue is resolved.

As you can imagine, the call identifier is important for me to use in my downstream automation and without that, everything breaks. The team is not professional in resolving the issue for me or know the severity of it all.

When followed-up again, their reply to me was "Can you test it out now?" or "These things take a bit of time but we will update you as soon as we line it up. It's been 19 hours since I reported the issue".

I don't like that you are limited to 100 submissions a month on the free plan. I understand that a business has to make money, so there have to be limitations on a free plan, but limiting to 100 submissions a month is quite small. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). One of the main concerns is transaction fees. There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

For someone who is nontechnical, it might sometimes become a little hectic. There's nothing specific very difficult for me to understand, as all the features are very basic and easy to grab. However, I would suggest that improving the user interface and overall experience, especially when managing multiple reminders or scheduling emails at large scale for multiple clients, would be beneficial. Bookedin makes booking appointments easy. Our clients can go online, quickly see the next available times, and book for themselves, which saves us time and money. It has saved us countless hours of back-and-forth texting and phone calls. I can't point to any one thing and say I don't like this. As with any software, there are some friction points but nothing that I dislike. My largest friction point is also what I consider the greatest strength of SuiteDash and that is its infinite customization. We use SuiteDash as our Client Portal, CRM, and Marketing capture platform. The fact that I can Manage my email marketing, billing and project management all in one location while keeping our customers in the loop for the entire process gives us an advantage over all of our competitors. We have been using Waitwell for almost 2 years now. We were forced to begin using a queuing/scheduling software when COVID occurred. We researched for about 6 months before deciding on Waitwell for the primary reasons of functionality, cost and support. We use it for scheduling our criminal record checks, our walkin police reporting and scheduling for our virtual police reporting. We have been incredibly satisfied with the product overall. If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days.
