If you are using free plan of the software then it is not customisable at all. Also, if you face any bug while maintaining all the to do list then their support team is also very unresponsive. As calendly can easily get integrated with Google calendar, workspace, Outlook and Microsoft. Square has transformed the way that we do onsite sales. We started with one square device to take on tuition payments at our front office. We now have 5 devices and use them for our Student Store, Concession Stand, Fees, Game Day Ticket Sales, etc. We will likely move to online purchasing at some point. What do you dislike about WaitWell?

Updating the settings can be a bit of a challenge if you are not sure where something belongs. I have not been able to find any tutorials that walk you through certain things - it would be nice to have those versus having to email someone and wait for their response. What problems is WaitWell solving and how is that benefiting you?

WaitWell allows students to check in before they get here and it allows them to put themselves on hold if we are not able to see them before they have to leave for class or other reasons. It allows us to manage the queue as efficiently as we are able to with the amount of students we see during those 3 super busy times of the year. What do you like best about Leadmonk?

For me, ease of use is key - both for me and my customer. Leadmonk was simple to set up, and the control panel is intuitive to navigate. Because I travel to my clients, having the buffer feature allowing travel time between appointments makes a huge difference. What do you dislike about Leadmonk?

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days.
