I think pricing is a little expensive and there are so many features I don't need or use. Would be nice to have a cheaper tier. I wish customer service was more helpful. When I reached out about a problem earlier this year, no one could help me. I had a transcript for a call but not the recording itself which no one could explain to me how that was possible. The agent needs ongoing tuning. Some visitors use it for off-topic or work-related questions with no buying intent, so you need to set up guardrails and monitor early on. We use Qualified as an AI SDR to engage website visitors in real time, qualify them, and route known leads and prospects toward the right next step. We used to go back and forth with clients trying to find a good day and time to meet or have a phone call. If a client takes a day or so to respond, it can end up taking quite a while to get something on the books. One area where I think MS 365 could improve is the integration and support of Copilot across the different applications. Sometimes it works really well and helps me get things done quickly, but other times it fails. The AI feature is nice and helpful, but it doesn’t really give me a way to understand or resolve an issue myself—it mostly just fixes it. Their support is bad. There is a recent webhook issue with their API and the call identifier was not passed from their end. I've raised and followed-up with the issue multiple times. There is no follow-through on the matter and updates on whether the issue is resolved.

As you can imagine, the call identifier is important for me to use in my downstream automation and without that, everything breaks. The team is not professional in resolving the issue for me or know the severity of it all.

When followed-up again, their reply to me was "Can you test it out now?" or "These things take a bit of time but we will update you as soon as we line it up. It's been 19 hours since I reported the issue".

The pricing tiers bundle a whole suite of apps, so even if I only need one very specific tool, I’m still presented with options for tools I don’t use right away. My biggest frustration has been customer support. I’ve had issues that required conversations stretching over several days just to get resolved. When you’re running a busy salon business, you don’t have time to wait days for answers or go back and forth trying to resolve a problem. Before using Bookedin, customers would call the shop to book appointments. Unfortunately, some barbers would tell them I wasn’t coming in so they could take my customers instead. Now, customers can book directly through the system. There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

I do wish some features were already included in the software pricing, like Forms. The industry Vagaro caters to needs forms, so having to pay separately for everything is starting to feel a bit daunting. The website feature is giving early Wix days with very basic customization. Having a way to sell retail, but not having a way to integrate my shipping software is a headache. Keeping with the products, not being able to have pages for online sales makes it look cluttered. For someone who is nontechnical, it might sometimes become a little hectic. There's nothing specific very difficult for me to understand, as all the features are very basic and easy to grab. However, I would suggest that improving the user interface and overall experience, especially when managing multiple reminders or scheduling emails at large scale for multiple clients, would be beneficial.
