It's a great tool because it makes it easy for clients to book in and for me to manage bookings and client information. I like the ability to organize appointments and how it integrates perfectly with my current website, allowing clients to book, reschedule, cancel, and manage their appointments. I can customize the options available based on time required for each tattoo, and it gives customers more options for booking. The initial setup was very easy too. **What do you dislike about Bookedin?** I think an area that could be improved would be to allow customers to add pictures when they book in. **What problems is Bookedin solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Bookedin to simplify client bookings, manage appointments, and client information for my tattoo shop. All of my client cards are in one spot and easily accessible. This software has kept me from having to track down clients who "forgot" their appointments, it's been a game changer. **What do you dislike about Bookedin?** Bookedin does allow you to track payments made through certain platforms. I'd love to see added options to manually mark appointments as paid if a tangible payment has been submitted by the client, or perhaps they've paid through a different platform not tracked by Bookedin. It would also be helpful to be able to create a summarized report of your appointments at the end of the month or year to help with accounting. **What problems is Bookedin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bookedin helps me keep track of my schedule and prevents my clientele from forgetting their appointments. There is even an option to schedule help via phone or a zoom video appointment. They seem to consistently update features to meet customers needs. We here at Robert Jacbobs Portraits in Seattle, WA highly recommend this appointment scheduler booking system. **What do you dislike about Bookedin?** We are looking forward to being able to attach a document and photo directly to the clients name rather than just the appointment. **What problems is Bookedin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing of client information attachements. Right now you can only attach photos and files to an appointment and reminders, but you cannot attach directly to the client's file to date, but they said they are in progress to fine tune that need. There is yet to have a feature for documenting conversations, texts and emails with clients and is still limited for billing platforms we'd like to use. ### 10. We love the integrated features, where the calendars prompt the clients by email and text for their upcoming appointments. We like that we can sync the calendars with google and apple calendars as well. This software is a timesaver. They also have fantastic customer service. The software is very intuitive. I love the side bar that keeps you updated on the upcoming appointments for the day. It is very simple to change the view, hours, etc. Being able to block out times is always a number one priority for me also. It is easy to confirm appointments also. **What do you dislike about Bookedin?** I do not love the look of this system, not that that is important. I wish it was an easy process to change colors of booked appointment depending on what type of appointment it is, etc. I think that would be a great way to look at a glance and see what's going on. And even if that is an option, it isn't something simple and quick for when you are booking. **Recommendations to others considering Bookedin:** I recommend this to anyone, but if you aren't the only one scheduling for you, this is perfect. What our owner does also, is schedule "phone appointment availabilities so you now actually when she has a random 15 minute availability, etc. Which we LOVE. **What problems is Bookedin solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company schedules for many different people for many different kinds of businesses. This system is simple and easy to use while scheduling for a very busy accountant. With blocked out times it makes it simple for us to see when she can call them, or when they can come in.
