**What do you like best about Customer Experience Solutions?**

The console is very well organized. I like the user interface's access to all functions on the left side; the technical team is amiable. They contacted me by email to schedule an exhibition that was 30 minutes very pleasant, the flow of customers is optimal, and the function to schedule appointments like, in it, you can manage business processes in an orderly manner which allows orderly.

I have a few things about the product. I tried it and liked it; I could highlight that we could improve the price. Maybe this could attract more customers in the future.

The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated.

I like its essential tool to improve the quality of our services. Its interface is friendly. The efficiency it provides is invaluable. It has allowed us to optimize our processes. We have resolved issues related to congestion.

Sometimes updates can temporarily affect our experience. It would be very useful to receive notifications directly on our mobile devices. We think it would be beneficial to have more centralized control for the owner.

I like how well designed the tool is. It is ideal to have everything well organized. I like it because I can have a better customer follow-up. System configuration is very simple. It is very useful to have a better tracking of all clients.

It can be a bit tricky to update some aspects of the system. Its design can be a bit outdated. I would like to see better accommodations. I would also like to be able to adjust the visit time.

I love the transparency of the waiting list. Very useful and well structured system. I love that it is so easy to use. The ease of use is excellent. I like to communicate directly with people. I've been a big fan of time.

It would be great if we could provide locations. The user interface can be a bit tricky. Sometimes upgrades affect capacity. Could use a bit more centralized control.

Within minutes, we were able to integrate it into our systems and start taking advantage of all of its functionality. The analytics it provides are extremely clear and understandable, which allowed us to better understand the patterns and daily steps of our drivers.

So far, we haven't found any aspect of the Q-Flow Platform that we don't like. In addition, the platform has undergone recent updates that have further improved its functionality and performance.

The best things I like about Q-Flow are its user-friendly interface and customisation. 
It's so user-friendly and intuitive that anyone with basic computer knowledge can become an expert in hours.
CUstomizability makes it super convenient for users to cater it to their preference, thereby increasing value.

The only major Disadvantage is cost. For smaller businesses, it can be costly and many companies might not be able to afford it. 
The second problem is the limitation in integration with third-party tools.

The Q-Flow Platform GUI is pretty simple & easy to use. After a small session of training, one case quickly uses the tool. The process flows can easily be created. Patient flow, checkin & Queue management are key features of this tool.

Customer support needs to be more responsive & sometimes the application does not respond on time. The licensing cost needs to be more competitive.

I like that we can manage our calendars efficiently, the speed for the next available appointment is phenomenal, and the ability to control the system ourselves as administrators is fantastic. Other companies we have previously used haven't offered us half as much as what Q-Flow can. We would wait up to 10 minutes to view the next available appointment, whereas Q-Flow, displays it within seconds.

I cannot think of anything I dislike. If we have any issues, they are raised directly to the support team and actioned immediately. Q-Flow is suitable for our companies needs.

We have looked at the current market, and there aren't any other suppliers that can compete with ACF. We receive excellent service from the customer support team and our relationship managers. I would recommend ACF to any company that is looking to have an effective appointment booking system

We have been able to offer our customers more appointments while using Q-Flow. The ability to restrict certain appointment types to specific days and to certain mortgage advisors has helped us produce record numbers of appointments within our business area.

**What do you like best about Customer Experience Solutions?**

We were looking for a queuing and lobby system which allowed us control over the look and feel, and was not tied to any specific or proprietary hardware.  At the time only QFlow fitted those requirements - others may have changed, but we're not going to change, so we're not looking at them.  By being able to use off the shelf hardware we have a quick and easy way to replace anything which has failed, or to upgrade.  And having the ability to design all of the layouts, rather than sticking with canned or paying the vendor to create them, has meant that we could adapt the system to the change in our environment to cope with the changes to the waiting areas needed by COVID.

To take advantage of the features some staff will need to be thoroughly trained in the design areas, much more than supporting or using a regular application.

Patients aren't called by name in front of everyone; waiting times can be estimated; evidence can be gathered to adjust opeing times; patients can be informed about new events; information can be gathered before a patient is called.

The functionalities of Qflow have allowed us to organize and optimize performance at the different service points. Likewise, improve and reduce the waiting times of our visitors.

I haven't found anything I don't like. Everything is customizable and adapts to the needs of the business.

Qflow is a system that will allow you to organize waiting lines based on reports about service and waiting times, absences, and online productivity that it generates.

On the other hand, the multiple range of functionalities incorporated into Qflow will allow you to have closer contact with your clients and users and improve satisfaction and recommendation indices.

We broke fixations such as: "to be served, you need to line up in person." Our clients and users are masters of their time, thanks to the implementation of a feature that allows them to generate their turn from the web and make use of the waiting time in other valuable activities outside our service points. On the other hand, they have the alternative of being attended by a commercial executive through video calls, from the comfort of their home or office.

It is the most complete queueing system I have ever used or seen. No one in the industry can deliver half of the capabilities that Qnomy does.

We solve for queueing in our retail stores as well as customized reporting that we have built on the Qnomy platform. We currently also have multiple integrations with systems to display relevant content for customers instore, identify special customers and maintain waiting alerts with customers

Qflow allowed us a better understanding of our customers' needs in real time, enabling us to use them as insights to improve service and response times. We always had a lot of support and guidance from the staff during the implementation and advice on global best practices. I recommend it!

The costs are per license and not for the use of the entire platform, but this was not a determining factor for not choosing it.
