**What do you like best about Tact?**

Really easy to use, Really quick application. Agenda synchronisation is really good. We can upgrade sales force. This application is really easy to install. you will save time every day in your daily work. You will be able to devote your time during your home office days to a useful job. As a salesperson, we often feel we are wasting our time doing administrative tasks, TACT helps us to relieve ourselves of this type of task.

Synchronisation failed when i upgrade my opportunities. Not other problem had meet

Really easy to find a contact and to upgrade sales force about event plan. you will save time every day in your daily work. **What do you like best about Tact?**

Personally, I think having Salesforce data at your fingertips and through your phone is so much easier to use than SFDC on a PC. I have found that it saves me lots of time throughout my day, and is less cumbersome. I have become a big fan of this app and will continue to use it more for my daily tasks. You can log a day worth of calls in what used to take 10x the time on a PC. 

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

I think there could be an improved mapping system. In other words, the map only shows what you have added into tact in a particular area. But there is so much more data on SFDC in a certain area. You could still be driving by a customer without knowing they are there because you have never been to the site. 

I also wish there was a more robust search when it came to employee/company because some companies have hundreds of locations and it is often difficult to find the one you need.

I believe it is a great sales tool when used/taught correctly.

**What problems is Tact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am logging all my calls, opportunities, notes, tasks, etc. Basically everything I do every day, I am doing it through Tact except email. I have not made that transition but am impressed it is available. The benefit that sticks out the most is ease of use and time. It is very easy to use and will save anyone tons of time once they learn how to use it.

**What do you like best about Tact?**

Tact provides an easy and intuitive interface that consolidates all of the most important information into readily available and actionable menu options.  

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

The only challenge that I've found particularly cumbersome is the steps necessary to link an external calendar event created outside of SFDC (by a customer for instance) into an existing opportunity. The option exists to open the meeting and create a sales visit, but there isn't a way to associate that visit with a particular opportunity or account plan.  

**Recommendations to others considering Tact:**

Leverage the Voice to Text capabilities when planning meetings or entering data - it's shaves minutes off of every entry.  

**What problems is Tact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management is a key factor in my frequent utilization of Tact. Entering tasks, sales visits, etc...is very simple and the mobile interface allows me to do this anywhere - whether at the office or sitting in the car before/after a customer sales meeting.

**What do you like best about Tact?**

Tact incorporates your contacts, all of their critical information, Accounts, and new business opportunities all in one easy-to-access package.  And integrates them so you can easily update and track progress on critical opportunities.  I carry my phone with me everywhere I go, so I now have very quick access to all of that information.

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

Not always easy to work on my phone with fat fingers, so when I'm in the office I tend to do what I can on my laptop, and fill in with Tact where I need.  The nice feature, however, is that the work I do on my laptop will sync with Tact through the Salesforce.com App.

**What problems is Tact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tact sends me reminders for meetings and follow-up when I use it correctly.

Initially the data input was painful , for mine I struggle with putting data in on a small phone ( I phone 6) I gave poor eyesight and fat fingers

Daily , weekly monthly planning gives me a great guide to work with that is easy to use

**What do you like best about Tact?**

The access to all the data of my customers and the ease to go to the opportunitité of SFDC in order to modify it or to complete data.
After each sales visits Tact give us the possibilité to resume the visits directly in the account ou opportunity.
Regular reminders about our appointments or records to follow.

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

Hard to say for the moment, I work every day with Tact and I still learn new applications every day.

Better follow-up off my opportunities and reporting my sales visits.

**What do you like best about Tact?**

The Tact app gives me contact and account information in a centralized location. The mapping feature in the app gives me visibility to contacts and accounts in the area that I have scheduled sales calls. This allows me to be more efficient  in the use of my daily schedule of calls. 

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

I would like to have an iPad app so I can choose the tool that works best for me. 

**What problems is Tact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Tact app helps me coordinate my schedule of calls and document results. It’s been a great tool to keep me organized and give me visibility to what accounts and contacts that my counterparts in HIS have called on. The app saves time in trying to find contacts in an organization.

**What do you like best about Tact?**

I like when I’m in a new account I like that you can bring up the map to see other accounts in the area. Plus I can see when someone opens an email I sent.

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

When I try to add a new account on my phone the App locks up and doesn’t store the information. I then have to go to my computer and enter it through Salesforce. I have the current 3.28.3 version on my phone that just did this. That it doesn’t lineup with my iPad keypad when using my iPad.

Find out what works out best for you once you learn all that it has to offer.

I like the business card scan for new contacts, although you do need to make changes. The map section is the most helpful to me. I like that you can see when a customer opens an email that you sent.

Ease of inputting info through voice to text

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

Lack of editing ability over contacts “on the fly”.
Desperately need landscape view for those of us using iPad with keyboard.
Lack of integration between outlook/Tact... Easier to add meetings to calendar in outlook but then need to “add to Salesforce” in Tact.  Should be able to put in meetings in outlook calendar and have it show in Tact and Salesforce.

While on the road as an outside sales rep I’m able to log each call with tact after I leave the client and upload it to my Salesforce.
This frees me up to spend time with my wife and family when I get home.

Sometimes I experience slow logging probably due to internet

Being able to input data online, being able to update calendar and opportunities without access to a laptop.

Opportunities are split into each quarter of the year.

Outlook calendar syncing with Tact and SFDC.

Not filtering the opportunities, stages, and other fields does not always sync with SFDC.

Patients - take time to get used to it - use it for what benefits you the most and work with that to get accustomed.

Manage pipeline, understand what opportunities are coming each quarter, easily update visits and opportunities.

The ability to enter actions after a meeting is nice too.

All the notifications.  If these could be configured to reduce which ones I get (maybe they can be and I don’t know how) that would be nice.

I think its geared toward smaller sales teams so if you're on a bigger team maybe research some other options?

It will be much better if contact data can sync with "Sansan"

Everyone feels the need an assistant in busy schedule to work effective and takes notes and gives you reminders for important works and meetings.  Tact helps me logging my MOMs. next action notes, reminders, sales visit planning, business opportunities details and planning, etc. Its a wonderful tool to make your life easy when you are on ground.

The are some issues regarding syncing with salesforce.com with tasks and contacts creates some dislike.

**What do you like best about Tact?**

I find it very helpful to use tact to locate other customers  nearby as I’m visiting customers real time or as part of preparation for customer visits. The tool shows customer name, contact info, etc.

I also like that tact reminds me to upload visit notes after each visit or event. This saves so much time especially while being on the road ..

The business card scanning feature is not totally accurate, 
When it comes to capturing all detail information, contact names and customer names  depending on the logo

I love that you can scan a business card and have it create a contact directly in salesforce. Also, I love that I can have salesforce completely offline.

The OCR software for the tool can be a lot better than what it is. It many times doesnt recognize the important fields. Also, it’s annoying that some of my meetings that I have like flights, I get a notification from tact asking me for a summary.

Having all the meetings and contacts logged in salesforce is great and makes life easier for us. Also, having an option to just write notes at end of meetings is great and reminds us to do the work.

Easily view customer data before walking in for a Cold Call or meeting. Fast and easy to enter trip reports and search for contacts. Email tracking has been useful for important messages.

Still working on the map functions because the information it is pulled from is flawed information.

Mapping contacts makes it easy to fill unscheduled time. Adding contacts off of business cards is a fantastic feature where SFDC is severely lacking.  

**What do you dislike about Tact?**

The list is growing smaller and smaller - the developers and team are doing a great job addressing any issues and requests I have made. I look forward to a desktop version.

This is a massive improvement from the SFDC app.

I am in field sales; I live in trip reports. Having easy line-of-sight to contact/opportunities/maps/email/calendar is a game-changer!

I think the key word here is "intuitive". The app is so easy to use that any misgivings towards adoption based on a learning curve are unfounded. Easy to understand, easy to use, easy to adopt.

There are a few upcoming functionalities that aren't yet in place.

Take the time to review and understand every capability, it's TOGETHER that they'll have a significant impact on productivity.

It is fast, reliable, and easy to use. It saves me so much time.

Not enough integration. I only wish that the app could do more.

Entering Trip reports is so quick and easy that I can enter them right when I get out of the meeting. Meaning it saves me time when I get home from having to do it, and the notes are more accurate since they are fresh in my mind.

Had a couple instances where software was not syncing automatically. Not sure if it is a recurring issue.
