It helps me catch typing errors every time I write. I use it all day, every day, and it consistently keeps my writing cleaner and more accurate. Its spelling and grammar suggestions significantly improve my final text, and the generative AI for drafting and rewriting reduced the effort needed to produce usable text greatly. Streamlines Communication with User-Friendly Interface

I like using Superhuman Mail because it's user-friendly and helps me prioritize and respond to the important things much quicker. I really appreciate the AI components that save me time on things that don't need my attention and how I can share my availability which often preloads accurately. The reminder feature is another plus, prompting me for follow-ups automatically, and I love being able to boomerang emails based on my preferences. The calendar features are handy, and integrating with Salesforce helps me in my sales development tasks by keeping everything connected with auto replies. Overall, I find the setup easy despite the learning curve for shortcuts, and I'm really pleased with the benefits I've received, which is why I recommend it to everybody.

Helpful punctuation and shared terminology, but AI suggestions can sound robotic

I like that I can build in the words, phrases, names, product terminology, and other language my team uses all the time, so Grammarly understands what’s intentional instead of constantly trying to “correct” it. As a voice teacher, that’s a big deal since I use specific terminology and sometimes even non-English symbols. Being able to create a database that I can easily share with my students has been really helpful. I also appreciate the single sign-on option since my students often forget passwords and accounts, and this makes it much easier to centralize everything. The punctuation and capitalization checks have always been helpful.
