The cadence workflow is what I liked best. As an SDR, I could build multi-step sequences combining email, calls, and LinkedIn touches, and the daily task queue told me exactly who to contact next and through which channel. That kept my day structured instead of spread across tabs and spreadsheets. The Salesforce integration was also a big plus: emails, calls, and activity logged automatically, which cut down on manual CRM updates and kept my reporting accurate. Email templates and snippets made it easy to personalize at scale without starting from scratch every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting and analytics felt limited for deeper analysis, and I often had to export data to get the views I needed. The interface also had a learning curve, with some settings and cadence options buried in menus. Occasionally, syncing with Salesforce lagged, which delayed activity showing up in the CRM.
