**What do you like best about Poggio?**

What I like best about Poggio is how it transforms our sales team from being reactive vendors into proactive, strategic partners. The most helpful feature is hands-down the AI-powered "Point of View" (POV) it generates for every account.

Before Poggio, our reps spent hours manually researching accounts—digging through financial reports, news articles, and LinkedIn to piece together a customer's priorities. It was slow, and the insights were often inconsistent.

The biggest upside of using Poggio is twofold:

Massive Time Savings: Poggio automates all of that research. It synthesizes intelligence from thousands of sources and delivers a concise, relevant brief on what the customer actually cares about right now. This frees up our sellers to spend less time on admin and more time actually engaging with customers.

Elevated Conversations: Because our team walks into every call armed with deep, relevant context, the quality of our conversations has skyrocketed. We're not asking basic discovery questions; we're leading with value and aligning our solution directly to the customer's stated priorities and challenges. It helps us build trust incredibly fast and ultimately, close bigger deals by focusing on the right opportunities with the right message. It's like having a dedicated research analyst for every single seller on the team.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike, as the value is very clear. If I had to pick something, the "dislike" isn't so much about the tool itself, but about the implementation and user habits it forces you to confront.

The main challenge is that the tool is only as good as the inputs you give it. The initial setup to get Poggio's AI to perfectly align with our specific sales methodology and value framework (how we talk about our solutions) took dedicated effort and refinement. It's not a "plug-and-play" magic box in that respect; you have to invest time to teach it your business.

The other minor downside is more of a training issue: we have to actively coach newer reps to not rely on the Poggio POV as a script. It's so good that it can be tempting to just "read the summary." The real magic happens when they use the POV as a foundation and then add their own human insight. It's a point of coaching we've had to build into our enablement.

**What problems is Poggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core business problem Poggio solves for us is twofold: a lack of sales efficiency and a lack of consistent, high-quality strategic engagement.

Before Poggio, our sellers were sinking hours every week into manual account research. This was a massive drain on productivity, and the insights they gathered were inconsistent. This directly led to our second problem: our reps often sounded like vendors just trying to make a sale, not strategic partners. They struggled to connect our solution to the high-level business priorities a C-suite executive cares about.

Poggio solves this by automating the research and, more importantly, synthesizing it into a specific Point of View (POV) for every single account.

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

Poggio has been continuing to innovate on the product; it's now a must have companion for me (healthcare enterprise sales) to make sure I understand my customers, decionmakers, and my potential POV better. Highly recommend for any sales org, in particular smaller ones (like mine) where getting aligned angles on the frontlines amidst a changing message is key.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

It can sometimes run a little slowly, but I usually get the type of detail I am looking for out of the system. I would love to see them continue to build out the POV feature-- I think I could train Poggio with more on Siftwell and it can come back even more refined.

Poggio is letting me get detailed on my customers and what POV is most likely to resonate. Poggio accelerates hours of research and makes it fast. They've also innovated on a few features (like the POV feature) that are super useul to me and the team.

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

I find Poggio super helpful for researching my accounts as an account executive. It efficiently pulls in recent news from the internet, helping me understand when companies get funding or make the news for various reasons. I love how it organizes all of my notes and resources seamlessly. With over 3,000 accounts, Poggio helps me focus on big bet accounts while pulling in relevant information for others, keeping track of where I am in my deal cycle. I really like its organization tool and AI capabilities, which keep my deal cycles running and organized. Setting up Poggio was super easy and straightforward, and it connected to all the necessary tools.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

I wish there was a way for me to be able to export things more efficiently. I found myself really copying and pasting a lot and maybe it's meant to just keep all the information within the website, but I wanted to also have a hard copy of everything.

**What problems is Poggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poggio helps me research my accounts by pulling in the latest news and funding updates, organizing notes, and tracking deal cycles. It prevents me from having a million tabs open, keeping everything organized and focused on key accounts.

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

Poggio is super awesome to use as a BDR/SDR at my job. It saved me so much searching time and brain effort to not only research an account, but craft a POV and the research was actually recent and relevant. It found leads that I would have never found and recent articles that were exactly what I needed in order to craft amazing messaging to break into an account. The POV creation also really takes the industry into account, for example if i was reaching out to a Finserv company, it would show me trends not only within the account but in the industry as well. I love this platform.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

I wouldn't say least helpful, but the message/email crafting portion could be more robust, but it didn't slow me down at all.

**What problems is Poggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poggio is solving problems of endless researching on accounts to find recent and relevant information in order to craft a selling POV on the account. It does all the busy work for you, so you can focus on more important things like how to position your product to the stakeholders and how to sell better.

I really liked the variety of tabs that were available in Poggio. It's useful to find contacts to reach out to, background information, and see how the account can benefit from PTC products. The initial setup was very easy.

Some of the contacts were not personas I would reach out to and more casual emails rather than product-focused emails.

Poggio helps me with account planning by doing all the discovery stages and providing the right information before reaching out to a customer. The variety of tabs is useful for finding contacts, background information, and understanding how accounts can benefit from PTC products.

Doing all of the legwork required to form a POV on a new account is incredibly time-intensive and difficult. Poggio uses AI to do all of that work and synthesizes an exec-level POV I use for prospecting and preparing for meetings. It helps sellers speak in the customer's language, confidently lead with value, and attach their solution to the customer's top priority. This is designed to accelerate deal cycles and increase deal size. Poggio's AI synthesizes data from thousands of sources—including financial reports (10-Ks/10-Qs), earnings call transcripts, and executive quotes—to provide a concise view of the customer.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

Cumbersome sometimes learning new features, layouts. Offered 1:1 support which was great just sometimes it a bit of self teaching how to best use as compared to OpenAI, Gemini, etc.

**What problems is Poggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Executives can easily create critical sales assets like the "three whys," stakeholder maps, and actionable account plans, saving a "TON of hours of research". It arms sellers with the information needed to sound like knowledgeable experts with their customers.

I fear some of these features may end up being obsolete by generalized LLM chatbots, but honestly that is a small risk

Poggio is the tool I needed but didn't know existed. The ability to create my point of view, the three whys, a stakeholder map, and allow me to ask questions based on all of the data is incredible. It's already saved me time from doing my own research and putting together a summary. Poggio has followed up to ensure all my questions were answered and hosted office hours. 
It's super simple to use and hope to continue to use it in my day-to-day.

A customer’s GTM objective needs to be clearly communicated to those of us on the frontline. As Project Managers, we often serve as the primary representatives of the business and are frequently the most visible to the client. It is essential for us to be equipped with a clear strategy to build and sustain client trust. PMs act as the crucial link between sales, products, services, and the customer. Poggio has supplied accurate data, ensuring that the customer’s strategy is consistently implemented from the presale stage through to the actual development of the project.

So far, I haven't encountered any clear drawbacks to using Poggio.

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

As a rep with a large territory, the amount of accounts I can go after is almost endless. However, the curse to that is that gaining deep insights into all of these orgs would take me ages. Using Poggio, I get nitty gritty details in minutes with a point of view and have the ability to interrogate the info. The info is sourced so I can see where it came from. This has saved me an infinite amount of time. Also, the live news feed feature has tipped me off to things I probably would not have known and can use to help my clients build stronger cases.

I don’t have anything negative right now.

**What problems is Poggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Poggio delivers a plethora of relevant information, to my company, in minutes that would take me hours to compile and organize. Allowing stronger collaboration with my BDR, and prioritization on which accounts we should focus our efforts on.

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

Poggio is literally a life saver. I use it for two main things: 1) as I walk into new logo prospect meetings it helps me get a really thorough overview of the account and where our solutions may fit in. 2) at the beginning of the FY with account planning. It literally saves me a TON of hours of research. I don't know what I would do without it. I always come across as being extremely prepared and knowledgeable thanks to Poggio.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

I wish there was a deeper integration with our Salesforce instance so that we could get the combination of "outside-in" and "inside-out" view. I also wish the solution was officially endorsed by our company so that it would be more widely adopted!

**What problems is Poggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing account research on new logo prospects which are not publicly traded often requires going to multiple sources of information to gather intelligence (internal Salesforce instance, LinkedIn, Google, Databook. etc.). Poggio has everything in ONE place and I can trust the results.

I love the ability to look into accounts with a deep dive that allow you to not only understand the needs of each account with very nuanced insight. I also love the AI tools that allow you to leverage this information within the very same application.
Real time updates and relevant news are a great highlight that allow you to know precisely what is top of mind for your accounts and the contacts within them

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

The one thing that I would love to see is the ability to share a workspace for collaboration/notetaking between BDR's and AE's. As a BDR I have shared this resource with my AE and I would love for us to be able to meet up and plan on the accounts collaboratively in a unified workspace

It does a great job job of making a thorough POV custom tailored to the exact needs of the salesperson. Just enter the website and it does the rest.

It does have some hallucinations of companies that look familiar and you have to double check the sources.

not much to say here, it's been an absolute game changer to my day to day workflow when it comes to prospecting and account research

I work across a smaller patch of larger accounts. With that, taking the time to develop a POV and really honing in on ways our product can help that match recent events helps me not only quickly develop messaging towards potential problems/initiatives - but helps me layer in messaging too.

Worthwhile due to the time saved, would normally do my account planning manually which made it difficult to cover my entire patch in a timely fashion

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

Poggio just works. True account mapping and planning honestly is the worst part of my job and to see a platform able to automate the majority of that work was eye opening. To make things even better, I can customize prompts to get Poggio to do specific tasks that aren’t features directly out of the box. 

I’ve used Poggio at three different companies: a data and analytics startup, a data observability startup, and now a large ai cloud company.  

For each company the boiler plate “make me an account plan” gets most of the work done but if I customize the prompts to search the web for the specific types of competition or use case I care about, now we are cooking with gasoline!

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

There are no negatives that I have experienced yet. There have been some misunderstandings as to be expected but the Poggio team has always been quick to step in.

Poggio solves the manual effort of searching the web for info about my customers. Everything from tech stack to news articles, all done for me.

Poggio provides me with account, knowledge and suggested guidance that would require a ton of time to research myself.  To successfully partner in today's business climate, it is important to understand the totality of my customer's goal and focus.  Poggio provides that insight. Poggio summarizes recent news, recent customers web copy and compares it to your brand (web etc.) to find intersections. This drastically cuts the amount of time it typically takes to create a unique PoV when approaching a prospect. Incredibly easy to get started, since you begin with all public info.

Today, you have to view your portfolio one company at a time. In the future, I'd like to see a dashboard / approach where you can get a birds eye view of news happening in the portfolio. This isn't a big deal.

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

As an AE I am always on the lookout for tools that can streamline my workflow, enhance customer interactions, and make me more efficient. There was a lot of buzz at my company around Poggio so I decided to try it out to help with a few business cases I was creating. The first thing I noticed was the amount of relevant data it was able to surface for me to plug into my business cases. Traditionally I have had to sift through 10ks, articles, blogs etc looking for information that was relevent to how we could support the client. Poggio was able to start that process for me and I was able to create strong content in a fraction of the amount of time it took me previously. Some other areas I have found value are account planning, cold targeted outreach to key stakleholders, and just overall knowledge about the companies I am working with. The platform is user friendly and I am looking forward to trying out some of the paid functionality.

Right now I am only using the early access version so I feel like I am only touching the surface in what the tool can be used for.

**What do you like best about Poggio?**

Poggio enables me the rare ability to work faster without sacrificing speed. Within a few minutes, I'm able to get a comprehensive view of a target customer account and how my company's solutions map to them. Not only that, but I'm also provided with deeply tailored messaging and can have a conversation with Poggio if I want to dig in further.

All of this work previously took up a significant amount of time. Now, I'm able to move much more quickly, while maintaining the quality bar we have in place for prospect and customer conversations.

Poggio is now a daily tool for me, and it's been fully integrated into my everyday workflows. I check my inbox, my CRM, and Poggio.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

There can a be a bit of a learning curve in order to get everything set up the way you want (e.g. the templates you want, the data you want to see, how you want your own company and products/services described).

But, the Poggio team has been incredibly responsive, and the product itself is highly dynamc. Once you do the initial set up, you're off to the races.

**What problems is Poggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest problem was that in order to do quality outreach, I needed to invest a prerequisite amount of time in research. Poggio is enabling me to mantain that high quality bar while dramatically cutting down on the amount of time I spend on that research. That's incredibly valuable.

Was introduced to Poggio a couple weeks again and have been so impressed I figured I would leave my first ever tech review. Poggio uses AI to identify just about all public information about a companies current initiatives, market trends, other relevant info. It also does the same for prospects and scrubs job postings, linkedin profiles, podcasts, etc for any and all relevant information to your product. 

I have used similar tools in the past but Poggios ability to take your products valus props and align them to the information it finds on the internet is very very cool and many times better than I would have come up on my own. Highly highly recommend to any sales professionals looking to automate one of the most twedious aspects of the sales process.

I think theres always room to get more detailed and granular in messaging but it certainly does more than enough on that front so no real complaints at the moment

Poggio is a simple yet powerful tool to create account plans and detailed strategies across multiple industries. After seeing it in action with a colleague, it spoke for itself. What would literally take days of account information gathering was as simple as asking a few questions, then boom, MEDDPICC, differentiators, org charting, prepopulated targeted questions, and all necessary account information at your fingertips. Abosultely awesome.

None that I can think of! They nailed all of the critical components for preparing sales cycles.

Poggio is packed with amazing features, for me the AI copilot is an incredibly useful time saver that allows me to compile information quickly and use it strategically. Account planning is something I didn't mind doing but it could be a bit tedious, now I look forward to it just due to the sheer amount of space I can cover. The team is awesome and very community-oriented, and the minimalist UI is no-frills, and intuitive, and eye pleasing. It almost has like an e-ink aesthetic also which I'm a big fan of since its text-heavy. Overall my favorite tool in my belt at the moment.

**What do you dislike about Poggio?**

That it can't make me the coffee I get while I wait for it to finish the account plans.
