A few things I really like about Amplemarket are how easy it is to use and how responsive their team is. Their Customer Success team has been great at helping us get everything set up the way we need it, and they're always quick to jump in when we have questions.

One of my favorite features is Duo, their AI tool. It alerts me when certain triggers or buying signals happen, and I can give it specific instructions to create personalized sequences for each prospect. Instead of starting from scratch, I can review what it puts together, make a few quick tweaks, and hit send.

There's definitely a bit of a learning curve when figuring out how to get the most out of all the features. With Duo specifically, I still need to review and tweak some of the AI-generated messaging to make sure it sounds like me and fits the prospect.
