**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

The structure of the training is so fantastically different than other programs I have been through. The approach is engaging and enlightening and the personal analysis feels so spot-on. I have already referred several colleagues and industry acquaintances to your website

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

I'm not entirely sure what to add here. I do think the training could be extended to a third day, as there is so much excellent content to cover. Some elements would certainly benefit from more time, and that I think would dictate a 3rd day.
What might be an added benefit would be suggestions on how to deal with lack of communication from targets. Far too often outreach attempts to clients via phone, email, etc go un-returned and the psychological impact is considerable

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my planning process and analyzing my clients has been greatly enhanced by this tool. The method of concentrating on the essential aspects of my contacts' personalities is particularly insightful and has provided me with valuable perspectives. Diligent planning and follow up are a heightened focus in my daily/weekly/monthly activities. Digging deeper to make sure I have the engagement of ALL members of the decision process (as much as clients will allow) is even more a focus in the sales process

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

The standout feature is the easy organization of content including videos, blogs and quizzes into courses that helps effectively train users on the various sales topics. I also appreciate the customer support team who have been consistently attentive and supportive throughout all stages of our partnership.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

I’ve had no cons to report yet all the features available in the platform work very well and are reliable.

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It functions as our centralized hub for internal resources, outreach sequences and sales enablement content enabling sales team to access key resources to verify their understanding of new product releases and other applicable sales content.

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

With the help of SalesHood, we have realized a sharp increase in revenue growth and sales team productivity. This due to fast remaping, increased win rate, and increased deal size.
I like that SalesHood supports AI powered coaching and handles sales conversations easily.
It comes with gamification capabilities as well as sales enablement features.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

I find SalesHood a little bit pricey than its competitors. Otherwise, everything else is great.

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SalesHood for sales training, gamification, and sales enablement. In addition, with the tool place, even onboarding new sales team is easy and the tool is also a great digital sales room.

The ease of creating sales material gives us the best assets that allows us to deliver interactive content that improves open rates and I like the insights into engagement during sales presentations that allows us to analyze feedback and use it to adjust other decks.

I don’t have any major issues it really serves our sales enablement and sales training needs well without any challenges.

It makes it easy to send sales presentations to clients which allows us to engage prospects in an interactive way and helps scale successful sale behaviors.

It is very easy to create sales content including sales presentations and product sheets and it offers very well structured and concise sales training modules that support effective assessments and progress tracking.

The tool has made it so much easier to manage our sales content and I can’t of anything that I least like right now.

Nothing that negatively affects the performance of this platform it is reliable in every aspect and I have no complaints.

It is widely used to train new hires and continuously develop the skills of existing sales teams and the centralized location for all sales content ensures we can execute sales strategies consistently.

Great platform for sales/marketing onboarding or as an internal content repository.

UI could use some improvements as it can be slightly difficult to navigate the folder systems when there is a lot of content to sift through.

SalesHood is critical for our company as new products are rolled out. the platform quickly disseminates information, training, and collateral internally to employees and necessary stakeholders.

There have been efforts made to make the process for creating AI Roleplays more efficient. There are clearer sections for Pre, During, and Post roleplay instructions and detail.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

The ability/functionality to clone segments from one learning path to another would be great.

**What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a clear learning path for new hires and houses all enablement material for our Sales teams. It's allowing us to utilize the platform as the hub that can link out to other platforms.

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

I absolutely appreciate how SalesHood seamlessly integrates into my workflow with ease of use right from the start. Its setup process is incredibly intuitive and straightforward, which allowed me to begin using it without encountering any difficulties. I find SalesHood's training capabilities invaluable, as it quickly aids in mastering products and provides an environment for self-training and video recording without the risk of public mistakes. This feature significantly enhances my confidence and learning experience. Furthermore, I love the flexibility of being able to record and upload videos with the option to make changes before final submission, a level of versatility not commonly found in other platforms I've used. I also find that SalesHood meets all my needs without requiring additional software integrations, which simplifies my workflow and enhances efficiency. The overall experience with SalesHood has been exceptionally positive, and I especially enjoy the video options for uploading from a file or creating within the platform, which add to the platform's versatility.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

I guess there could be more integrations with web conferencing platforms like Zoom or Teams.

I use SalesHood to quickly learn and deliver training, allowing me to practice without mistakes in a live environment, enhancing my training effectiveness.

**What do you like best about SalesHood?**

I find SalesHood to be pretty easy to navigate and set up, which makes it user-friendly and not difficult to acclimatize to. The convenience of having all my assignments and learning materials in one place is significant; it really streamlines my learning process as everything is consolidated and easily accessible. I especially appreciate the flexibility when recording videos for assignments, as I can pause between takes or restart if needed, which isn't something offered by many other platforms. This ability to retake or pause creates a more forgiving environment, allowing me to produce better quality work without the pressure of getting it perfect on the first try. Overall, these features make my experience with SalesHood efficient and effective.

**What do you dislike about SalesHood?**

I find the nested assignment structure in SalesHood somewhat cumbersome. This can make navigation more complex, particularly when assignments have sub-parts, like part a and part b. Simplifying this structure could enhance the ease of use.

I find SalesHood convenient as it consolidates all learning materials in one place, enhancing organization and ease of access for assignments.
