The product is easy to use, and easy to set up, making it simple to create step-by-step guides for marketing, sales, enablement, etc. I need to also mention how great the Navattic team behind the product has been. Their support has been fantastic over the past year when it comes to questions, assistance, taking feedback, etc.

Could be more user friendly and better user experience

I like the different features around Navattic. The webinars on latest and greatest is very helpful.
