I love the outbound emails, they're accurate to the prospect, creative, witty and clever. They generate great replies which is the best. I like that you can use Turbo or ideal...with chat GPT 3.5 or 4.0.

I would love it if Autobound could generate warmer emails or email responses as well. It would also be great if there could be a rating for each email on what could make it better- with more feedback

Creating personalized cold outreach email fast, the creativity in the emails is unmatched, alongside with the best kind of personalization that I wouldnt be able to come up with myself. Autobound saves a ton of time.

Even though the autobound is effective for speed and research however sometimes it feels it needs human intervention, also it feels like it misinterpreted the news and mix up the two company data.

There’s a small learning curve in the beginning—mostly around understanding how to get the best out of the personalization prompts. I’d also love to see more analytics around sequence performance directly inside the dashboard, but that’s a nice-to-have rather than a dealbreaker. Overall, any minor drawbacks are far outweighed by the results and time savings.

**What do you like best about Autobound?**

One of the new things I’ve started like more and more  about Autobound is the improved personalization and multi-threading capability. It’s become much easier to engage multiple stakeholders (CEO/CTO/Investors etc) from a single account without losing context and value in it. This has been a game changer for us at the company I work for, especially while reaching out to mid-to-large enterprises where buying decisions are rarely made by one person. 

Now, I can keep track of different personas, tailor each message with hyper-relevance, and still tie everything back to one narrative.
The Chrome extension updates have also been incredibly useful. I can now generate personalized outreach sequences/text directly from LinkedIn profiles with just a few clicks. It's made prospecting more fluid and intuitive. I don't have to keep switching between tools or tab, it just fits right into my daily workflow and I use it on daily basis
Another feature I rely on is the real-time content recommendations based on company news, job posts, and persona pain points. It’s surprisingly accurate, and it saves me hours every week that I used to spend manually researching. The AI doesn’t just dump information, it curates it in a way that feels meaningful and pitch-ready.
Also worth mentioning is how collaboration within the team has improved. We as a BD team started using the shared sequences and templates across departments and team. It brings consistency while still allowing for personalization, and it’s been effective in speeding up onboarding for new reps.

The bottomline is, Autobound continues to evolve in the right direction, and it’s definitely one of the most valuable tools in our sales stack right now.

**What do you dislike about Autobound?**

While Autobound has become an essential part of our sales workflow at our compnay, there are still a few areas where I think it can improve to deliver even more value.

First, the UI can feel a bit cluttered (everything is in one place) at times, especially when juggling multiple sequences or navigating between prospect insights and email drafts. A more streamlined interface with collapsible panels or a cleaner layout could help reduce the navigation load and improve speed.

Second, I’d love to see deeper CRM integrations, particularly with tools like Pipedrive or HubSpot. While there are workarounds, tighter integration would allow for smoother syncing of contacts, sequences, and engagement data, cutting down on manual updates.

Also, the AI-generated messaging sometimes feels a bit too "sales-y" and less in tune with our tone of voice, so I often have to tweak it to make it sound more genuine.

Another the free credits are quite limited, just 150, and each customized message costs 2 credits. For new users on a free plan, a higher credit allowance would help in getting a better feel for the platform before committing.

Lastly, I’d love more detailed reporting and A/B testing features to better understand what messaging works best by persona or industry.
Overall, Autobound is a solid product, and with these enhancements, it could be even more impactful.

Autobound easily helps generate hyper-personalised personal emails, which otherwise would take 20-odd minutes of research work. The fact that it pulls in news articles makes it a sure win, with email response rate increasing by over 80% in a single quarter of use. Setting up Autobound is very easy, couple of clicks and its good to go. Thanks to Autobound for harnessing the power of AI in the world of sales. It's my everyday software now. Autobound Makes it much easier for new SDRs to feel confident using very specific messaging based on tactics which (previously) only top SDRs knew how to do. Absolutely love how it makes me much more productive

Many integration options are not yet available; more software integration would definitely be blessed.

**What do you like best about Autobound?**

Autobound helps me automate my messaging when I write cold emails and LinkedIn messages. Everytime I plan to start a sequence for a prospect, I use the Chrome extension while I am on LinkedIn and it helps me write some relevant message, according to the prospect's profile. I like how at least 95% of the time it generates really well crafted messages. I even use it in German and it works as good as in English. It saves me so much time, since I don't have to skim through hundreds of profiles to craft a message anymore.

The UI is also very straight forward and works pretty well. You will find everything you need at the right place with the extension. I have shown it to several of my colleagues and they just started and easily went with it, even my older colleagues. :)

**What do you dislike about Autobound?**

On rare occasions, Autobound will generate some rather nonsensical messages. It will talk about some weird posts from years ago that the prospect might have posted on their profiles, or mention a weird connection to some other topics related to their work. I mean, I understand that, it is the state of LLMs as it is, you cannot expect it to work better than ChatGPT. It is rather a smaller problem.

The pricing is actually not too bad but sometimes you misclick something and there's no way to pull it back. Also not a huge problem though - if you set the right settings, one message will cost you 2 credits with the option to prompt further for free until you have the right message.

**What do you like best about Autobound?**

As an SDR, Authoubound has made my life so much easier on a day to day basis. I find it extremely helpful when I am looking to personalize emails for prospects in mass quantities. It cuts down my time by countless hours weekly. I used to spend hours combing through LinkedIn profiles, keeping up on recent events, and taking notes to come up with messaging that resonated with each person. Autobound allows me to essentially streamline these otherwise manual tasks and take back time for other work. It has increased my efficiency greatly. Being able to use the notes I already have an utilize key insights that Autobound pulls for me, sets my messaging above and beyond the standard practice. 

Being able to customize each email or LinkedIn message or voicemail script tailored to each different persona has allowed for a much higher conversion rate with my outreach.  I am not able to use wording in my messages that focus on specific relevant news and pain points to create more engagement with companies and prospects.  There has been an actual quantifiable improvement in engagement rates since implementing Autobound, as prospects respond positively to the personalized touch without me having to spend excessive time crafting each personalized message. 

Autobound saved me countless hours and enhanced the quality of my outreach. It has made it easier. Autobound has been amazing to use daily and a tool that makes my life heaps easier.

Autobound is a great tool to find and stress insights from your prospects in order to build a rapport and to buld more human-like communication. Setting up is a pleasure, just enter your exsisting emails and AI will learn how to write like you. Team is small but very fast to resolve all the issues that might occur and implement all the changes that will make product better for me. I use it all the time, have managed to contact more leads withing shorter time frame. The best feature I find is chrome extention, you just press several buttons and your lead is automatically in CRM system of choice and set-up was seamless.

Sometimes leads do not show their interests on social media and thats why some leads can get more data sources for prospecting.

1. There is a floating window where you can personalize your messaging. I like every bit of it. Saved me a lot of time because no need to copy paste everything in ChatGPT and make your own research or Google everything.

3. I'm glad that it has free credits where you need to experience it before buying it.

6. I had an inquiry about Salesloft and they are really testing on their end, instead of sending prefab responses. They are really human. Lol

Need to use the work email for login purposes, but they said that it's only like a username. I hope we will have a chance to change it to personal email in the future.
I can't change the timezone of the sequences once the sequence is active.
When someone replied on my sequences, it doesn't recognize the "reply" so it keeps sending the messages so you need to monitor it and manually tag it as finished.

The simplicity of the product. Makes it really easy to understand and adopt almost immediately. It is a perfect combination of man and machine combo. Helps me with finding the trigger/hook points in a short span of time. The best part is it allows us to customize the way we want the email to be written like focusing on a specific use case. Autobound has become part of my sales process and I use it almost everyday. Integration with chrome has made it super easy to access the product as and when needed. I haven't had a need to contact customer support yet so not sure how quick they are with resolutions.

Each time we request Autobound to write personalized emails it uses 6 credits for 3 emails (2 for one email) and all the three emails look very similar with very minimal change so it kind of feels repititive.

With so many tools out there, I personally like and recommend Autobound for its great features . A quite friendly tool, which integrates to LinkedIN, learn about our organisation and its value proposition. Helps us to create different types of emails, email sequences, LinkedIN messaging, Cold call script and more. Leveraging this tool, I was able to get three different personalised emails, LinkedIN messages and call scripts on the go.  I would utilise this tool day in and day out when I m targeting the right ICP's. Based on the usage of this tool, my outreach has doubled and my response rate has gone up.  Lastly, I'm delighted that my organisation has seen the wonders that this tool can do within short span of time and have asked all the sales team, customer success and SDR's to try it out. Having a tool that pulls data automatically from someone's linkedin page to create an email is an incredible tool for efficiency.

There are so many settings to play around with and a lot of customization so that you can tailor the message to your needs and the relevant context.

Being able to choose the value proposition, sales assets and writing style means it is very flexible and customizable.

I like adding my research to the "extra information" to the prompt before generating the email so that even more data gets included in the text.

It gives me a really good framework and foundation that I can then customize further if needed. 

I was working as an outbound SDR without autobound the first 2 weeks before I got access and my workflow was a LOT slower.

Main downside to me is that the software can be slow to respond and generate the text. When using it on 50 prospects, it adds up.  Still a net positive though time savings wize.

Sometimes the text is clearly AI generated though so some customization is required at times.

Personalization at scale is solved for me now and not just for the sake of it, Autobound is cool and very useful concept. I do not have to spend my time on manually looking for posts and articles to create an email, while the idea is to understand their business and the person really well, we cannot be spending too much time on crafting an email, after all, timing and product is more important. Autobound has taken care of this problem.

Plus defining buyer personas and so much content that it generates through a single URL is mind blowing. You might need to go in and check to refine all of that and it is amazing how accurate AI is if you have a detailed website.

Sales assets in Autobound is another thing which is absolutely helpful when you have multiple products, again, the content generation is quite accurate and it also takes tone into considerations which is nice. I am glad I came across this, saves me a lot of time and enables me to do a lot more while crafting emails, even one-on-one.

Finally, extension is on point helpful especially if you are sending emails to LinkedIn prospects, it just needs URl and that is it. Highly recommended to salespeople.

Nothing much to say here, but email crafting does seem a bit unnatural, takes only 1 minute to rehash the email, but it would be good if emails are a bit more humanized.

Writing personalized prospecting emails is difficult to do at scale. Autobound significantly helped me write personalized emails quicker. I was able to set it up with my company value proposition instantly. It used it's own AI to auto fill our value prop which saved a ton of time. 

What was most impressive was how easy it was to onboard onto Autobound... I was concerned that it'd take me hours to set up. I was able to onboard in 30 seconds and start prospecting.

I also love the ability to upload different one pagers & reports to enrich the messaging. This allowed the messaging to tailor closely with our company branding, value propositions, and tone. This functionality would've taken forever if I had to do it manually. Since it enriched  automatically, it made this a breeze!

Autobound also gives me the opportunity to chose from three different messages each time. All three are a little bit different. I also love how I can customize which writing style ie "why you why you now" or "command of the message".

I've used similar AI writing sale messaging software before, and it didn't give me the opportunity to prompt the created the generator to "make it shorter", "make it more concise", etc. I love how I'm able to promp Autobound after the recommended messages.

Autobound also pulls in compelling insights from news events, shared experiences (city, past company, etc), LinkedIn profile data, persona-specific pain points, & more to customize the messaging to the prospect.

**What do you dislike about Autobound?**

I only have a certain amount of credits, which I was not aware of and now I cannot utilize the software for a month until the credits reset

**What problems is Autobound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autobound is a time saver.  I need to chrun out many calls and emails a day.  With Autobound, I can do that and it is all personalized messaging, not just a generic email blast.  This helps gets a response quicker.

**What do you like best about Autobound?**

The AI writer with data points makes it easy to write super personalized messages. 

Unlike other AI tools Autobound actually takes the person's full profile into acount and is able to get very specific. This allows me to send 5x even 10x more personalized outreach messages. 

The setup was very easy if a little time consuming. However the time was spent telling the AI exactly what I offer, how I charge and what the buyer can expect. So I can't imagine there would be a way to reduce it without sacrificing results.

The customer support is very responsive and typically respond within a day.

**What do you dislike about Autobound?**

My biggest issue with Autobound was the inability to send messages from gmail. You needed integrations with outbound or sales loft BUT they have just added that feature. 

The second issue would be sending messages for different business models / businesses. 

For example - I do health & performance coaching and also write ads & coach sales copy. 

So I wish I could customize the AI for both of these use cases. 

As it stands it optimizes for one business type (but can do multiple similar offers for the selected type - ie intro offers, high ticket etc).

**What problems is Autobound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autobound collects prospect info, passes it on to an AI and generates a personalized message bridging your specific offer for every type of customer you have. 

It can create a message specifically for prospects at every level of seniority, message style - and match them to a specific offer you'd like to pitch.

**What do you like best about Autobound?**

A lot of email writing tools out there just scrape LinkedIn, but Autobound's ability to ingest your company's value prop, company news, competitor's information, etc. really helps to create credible emails that don't sound like AI.  I've been blown away by the quality of some of the emails it has generated.

I like that they have a Slack group for discussions, bugs, feature requests.  Every company should use Slack for customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about Autobound?**

Given it's running on generative AI, it still produces a lot of glitched emails that need to fine tuned.  I would say 30% of the emails require some sort of editing.  Weird situations like getting names or companies wrong, even though they are obvious on LinkedIn, or citing company "news" that is totally irrelevant, or getting wrong technographic data.

Autobound does save some time by automating email personalization, but because it needs more babysitting than expected, the ROI is not as high.

SDRs taking too much time personalizing emails, or not doing it at all.

The perfect tool for salespeople who want to send  hyper-personalized emails 60-120x faster. Autobound uses AI to gather information about potential customers and then automatically generates personalized content for each email in a sales sequence. This can save salespeople a ton of time and effort, while also making their emails more likely to resonate with recipients.

**What do you dislike about Autobound?**

While the emails are personalized with fancy AI, they might feel a little robotic.  Imagine getting a ton of emails that all seem kind of similar, even if they mention your name. You might miss out on making a real connection.

I use Autobound to write super personalized emails to my prospects way faster! This is a game changer because it allows me to reach out to more people and still have my emails sound genuine and interesting.

Autobound does a really good job of parsing relevant information for the prospect to create a customized message. The instructions you can provide for writing style, word count etc. are better than other tools I've used.

While I haven't used the sequence tool yet, it seems really intriguing.

Sometimes the messages for the same person can be repetitive if you want to generate 3-5 different ones.

**What do you like best about Autobound?**

We are new to autobound.ai but are really impressed with it's capabilities. Daniel has been very attentive during our onboarding to make sure my team hits the ground running. Our BDR team is high performing already and the autobound.al techinology is taking them to the next level. The personalization is on point, even down to the ability to match the writing  style with our sales methodology (Sandler). Onboarding was a pretty light lift for us with the tech, supported by the autobound team doing the bulk of the work. It's so easy to use I (CMO) was able to demo the tech for our executive team after only a few minutes with Daniel and they were blown away. Already planning who else on the revenue team might benefit fro this.

**What do you dislike about Autobound?**

This is more impatience than dislike, because Autobound has some new features coming out that I'm easger to use. Automated sequencces, and deep integration with HubSpot are high on the list as we are a HubSpot shop.

Previously we had issues wit the time it would take to research propects to personalize the emails is out sequences. We also had some challenges with the quality and timeliness of the content being developed for emails.

I have been using Autobound for about 2 weeks now and the first thing I noticed was how easy to use it is and how intuitive the AI is. I can set prompts for how I want my messaging to come across and the software nails it. Already seeing good engagement from these messages. 
the fact it can pull in LinkedIn posts, comments, Podcasts, etc to make messagint relevant is awesome.

Nothing yet - I am sure there are things I am not using that I should be but so far so good

The best thing about Autobound is, that it can draft highly personalized content within seconds, the speed at which it operates is just wow, also the relevance it adds to your email conversations is just next level.

I wish it was open sourced :) 

I haven't been able to explore it to its full capacity yet...

Autobound is helping me send personalized emails at scale, reducing my research time by almost 100%

It helps me with automated sequences, which BTW is my favorite feature, it tackles the problem of manual followups, thereby giving me more time to focus on customer conversations.

Simple clicks get's you a hyper-personalized e-mail. Moreover you can choose from the 3 e-mail options it gives you. You can choose your writing style eg. BASHO , CXO pitch and even give some context .

Autobound tackles one of the biggest challenges that ensures success in sales i.e. personalization of emails. It gathers relevant news and other content for personalization and gives you 3 emails based on your company's value proposition relevant to the persona. That is such a help.

I can now focus on conversations and calls instead of spending my time looking for topics to personalize. Autobound you are simply amazing!

The only downside is that Autobound is very addictive. I just can't imagine personalizing my outreach without Autobound.

Autobound solves the personalization of emails for me and also sometimes I use it to give me a cold call pitch relevant to the persona.
