What do you like best about E-Share?
I appreciate E-Share's refined permission management and data security capabilities, which allow for flexible allocation of different permissions according to departments, positions, or even individuals, greatly addressing issues of data security and team collaboration efficiency. Its zero-threshold cross-device seamless interaction feature is particularly convenient in meeting scenarios, and it also enables multi-device turn-based presentations. For home use, the user-friendly operation suitable for all ages enhances the user experience. Moreover, the lightweight close-range file sharing function requires no account registration or complex parameter configuration. Devices can quickly establish connections on the same network for fast transfers, significantly reducing the inconvenience of carrying data cables or using third-party tools, while also improving efficiency and privacy protection. What do you dislike about E-Share?
1. Function Stability
File Transfer Failures: There are frequent interruptions during file transfers, especially with larger files. For instance, when sharing high-definition project materials or large data files, the transfer stops halfway without a clear indication of the reason, requiring a retry, which severely affects work efficiency. This unstable transfer situation can cause significant trouble when urgently delivering project materials.
Video Conference Lag: During multi-person video conferences, video and audio frequently lag. Particularly when there are many participants or when some members have slightly poor network conditions, there is severe delay in the video and intermittent audio. This greatly reduces the effectiveness of communication in meetings, and some important information may not be accurately conveyed due to the lag.
2. User Interface and Operational Convenience
Complex Interface Layout: The layout of the E-Share interface is rather chaotic, with various function buttons distributed illogically. New users find it difficult to quickly locate common function entries such as file sharing and meeting initiation. For example, the message send button and file transfer button are positioned closely, leading to easy misoperation, increasing the learning curve and the probability of operational errors.
Cumbersome Operational Processes: The process for executing some basic operations is overly cumbersome. Taking the creation of a new collaboration folder as an example, it requires multiple steps and switching between different pages. Compared to other similar tools, the operation process is noticeably complex, reducing the convenience of daily work.
3. Security and Permission Management
Vague Permission Settings: Permission management is not detailed or clear enough, with unclear boundaries for setting file access and editing permissions for different members. For instance, some members are set to only view files, but sometimes they can still accidentally perform editing operations, which may lead to important files being mistakenly modified, posing a data security risk.
Data Encryption Concerns: With the increasing importance of data security, there is insufficient confidence in E-Share's data encryption measures. There is no clear information indicating the level of encryption during data transmission and storage, leading to concerns about data leakage risks when handling sensitive business data.
