Sprinto provides strong enough framework of compliance checks, periodic reminders and historical evidence necessary to complete SOC 2 audit. 1 year onboarding was good enough. Not all important integrations are supported. For example, Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Cloud are missing. There are also issues with the timing of periodic checks. For example, failed checks for periodic information security training appeared two months after the training should have been completed. Dr. Sprinto is also unreliable. It constantly fails to send telemetry from team computers automatically, which turns the process into a manual exercise of reminding everyone to restore Dr. Sprinto reporting. What makes this worse is that the support team does not seem to acknowledge these issues. Responses to simple questions take up to two weeks, and the replies usually suggest that everything is working correctly on Sprinto’s side and that the problems are on our side. The standout for us has been the level of support from our Technical Account Manager, Rushdan Bijapure. As an early-stage startup pursuing SOC 2 Type 1 & Type 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 in parallel, we needed more than just a dashboard — we needed someone who would stay on top of what was pending on Sprinto's side and also keep us accountable for our open items. Rushdan has done exactly that. He proactively follows up on auditor questions, flags things we might miss, and never leaves us waiting on his end. When we hit a snag with a control where the form was unresponsive, he immediately offered a workaround and a pragmatic path forward rather than getting us stuck. On the platform side, Sprinto has made running multiple frameworks simultaneously genuinely manageable. The pre-built policy templates — especially around data classification — saved us a huge amount of work and gave us evidence that auditors accepted directly. Continuous monitoring (failing-check emails, PR review tracking) keeps compliance hygiene visible without having to chase it manually. The good news is Rushdan has been so responsive that this hasn't slowed us down — but a slightly more contextual in-product walkthrough for non-obvious controls would be a nice addition. We're a small engineering team pursuing SOC 2 (Type 1 & Type 2), GDPR, and ISO 27001 simultaneously, with limited dedicated compliance headcount. Sprinto is the system of record that lets us run all three frameworks in parallel without dropping the ball. Concretely: it gave us pre-built policies we could adopt and tailor, surfaced the auditor introductions (Atom for SOC 2/GDPR, Intercert for ISO), provides the dashboard auditors plug directly into, and flags failing checks daily so nothing rots. Rushdan as our TAM ties the whole thing together — without that level of partnership, doing three certifications concurrently at our stage wouldn't have been realistic. Onboarding is very smooth. The integrations they have cover 97% of the systems a company might use. With the “workflow checks,” these are more manual checks where you have to change something and upload a document or screenshot as proof. After you upload the proof, Sprinto’s system checks whether all the requirements for that check are satisfied; if not, it also tells you what to change. This is very nice. Everything looked very nice in the demo and on their website, but when I actually tried using an Excel document to get the questions answered automatically, all kinds of things didn’t work. For example, when the Excel doc first asks for a dropdown selection (yes/no/comment), it seems to have trouble handling dropdown-style questions. I also expected more in-depth knowledge of the company, policies, and previous questionnaires so it could give better answers to new questionnaires. What problems is Sprinto solving and how is that benefiting you? It monitors our system and shows which settings need to be changed across the integrated systems we use. It also makes manual checks and the documents you need to create very easy, thanks to templates and tutorials. For the automated checks, it provides tutorials for everything you’d need to change as well. Even for smaller systems it integrates with, there’s an up-to-date tutorial you can follow directly on the platform. Overall, this ease of use to get yourself compliant is one of the fastest ways to get everything in place for an audit, and then keep it all in place afterward—so when the next audit comes around, you don’t get surprised by mismatched results. Simple yet comprehensive interface, great onboarding through the portal and with support, and very customizable. It had all the integrations we needed for our main systems, pricing was exceptional, performance of the console and integrations was great in order for us to do a first set up and audit for ISO 27001:2022. If I had to point out something, it would be that certain parts of the platform feel a bit rigid when you want to customize workflows beyond the standard SOC 2 setup.
