Sprinto’s Simple Dashboard and Proactive, Expert Support
Sprinto connected with our external vendors and made it easy to view everything in one simple dashboard. Tracking pending items and working through them felt straightforward and intuitive.
Support was consistently eager and helpful, and they guided us through issues in real time or within a short ETA. I was very impressed with the team.
Madhu from Sprinto, who supported us, really led from the front. Her expert guidance made the process much easier for us, and she was always proactive and ready to help.
The only issue we ran into was syncing data between our internal systems and the Sprinto dashboard. At times, the data would drift. If they address these small syncing issues, Sprinto would be a near-perfect platform.
