I like Sprinto's usability a lot. The dashboard is very good as it gives us an entire view and a single view of where the status of the entire program is, which is very useful in determining and planning ahead. The dashboard includes everything we need to know about the status of our SOC 2 program, making it very easy to monitor and make changes as needed. It also provides the correct warnings about when something needs to get done, which helps us a lot in maintaining the status. Additionally, their desktop app for monitoring is a very good tool that they provide.

Sprinto simplifies and automates the entire compliance lifecycle. It brings together continuous monitoring, evidence collection, and control management into a single platform, which significantly reduces the manual effort typically associated with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

What I liked best about Sprinto is how it helped make the SOC 2 process feel manageable. Sprinto gave a clear overview of the entire process, which helped us understand the big picture while also breaking everything down into realistic, actionable steps, clearly displayed in the dashboard. Plus, Sprinto's automation and continuous monitoring capabilities made it easier to stay organized, track progress, and manage evidence collection. I'm not a security expert, but even I felt like the process was structured, transparent, and achievable. Also, I really appreciated the support from the Sprinto team, and especially the help from Rushdan, who was consistently responsive and made it easier to navigate specific questions as they came up. Finally, we evaluated a number of certification solutions, and Sprinto seemed to provide the best bang for buck. I'd definitely recommend Sprinto to other startups who are getting started on the SOC 2 journey.
