Sanket is also very helpful in the initial onboarding process. Overall, if Sprinto product is a B+, their people make it a A+ experience. Pricing is also very affordable when compared to Vanta or other tool. UX is straight forward. Various integration, make it easy to monitor our compliance status.

The standout for us has been the level of support from our Technical Account Manager, Rushdan Bijapure. As an early-stage startup pursuing SOC 2 Type 1 & Type 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 in parallel, we needed more than just a dashboard — we needed someone who would stay on top of what was pending on Sprinto's side and also keep us accountable for our open items. Rushdan has done exactly that. He proactively follows up on auditor questions, flags things we might miss, and never leaves us waiting on his end. When we hit a snag with a control where the form was unresponsive, he immediately offered a workaround and a pragmatic path forward rather than getting us stuck. On the platform side, Sprinto has made running multiple frameworks simultaneously genuinely manageable. The pre-built policy templates — especially around data classification — saved us a huge amount of work and gave us evidence that auditors accepted directly. Continuous monitoring (failing-check emails, PR review tracking) keeps compliance hygiene visible without having to chase it manually. The way auditors are onboarded directly to the dashboard removes a ton of back-and-forth that would otherwise eat up engineering time.
