"Surprisingly Versatile Endpoint Management That Just Works"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

It is surprisingly very versatile. Being new to the platform, I was worried about ease of use for my team. Since implementing, I've barely had any questions or concerns! Device management is extremely simple. Once devices are managed by Endpoint Management; updates/patch management, deployments, remote access, silent management...all work flawlessly! Endpoint Central is the "Swiss Army knife" of IT management, ideal for teams wanting to handle everything from one console.

Best Feature: Comprehensive Patch Management. It automates updates for Windows, Mac, Linux, and 1,000+ third-party apps, which is a massive time-saver.

Ease of Use: Functional but dense. There is a learning curve due to the sheer number of features, but it's very logical once configured.

Implementation: Quick to start. You can deploy agents across a network in minutes, though large global setups require more bandwidth planning.

Support: Excellent accessibility. Their 24/5 live chat is responsive and usually willing to jump on a remote session immediately.

Integration: Seamless if you use ServiceDesk Plus. It turns your ticketing system into a "one-click" fix engine.

What I like best about Endpoint Central is its patch management. It’s reliable, automated, and makes it easy to keep all endpoints secure. I started with the Professional license and eventually upgraded to Enterprise because the added features especially advanced patching and remote office management. What I dislike about Endpoint Central is that some parts of the interface can be inconsistent. For example, certain dashboard charts sometimes display odd or mismatched characters, which can be confusing. I also frequently encounter bandwidth limitations in remote offices when I maximize usage for deployments or patching, it affects the whole site so I think I need to plan these configurations before deploying. What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like ManageEngine Endpoint Central for its patch deployment, OS deployment, and software deployment features. The BitLocker management is very good, as well as the remote control tool, which is also very good for troubleshooting. I find the tool very useful for pushing patches and deploying OS without the need for an engineer within ten minutes. Software installations can be done silently when required. The BitLocker feature allows for encrypted policy management, and the remote control is a nice tool for resolving application issues that users face. What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Our team really appreciates this system, especially for the visibility it provides into all the patches. We can even see which version of Windows 11 is installed on each machine. Recently, we needed to remove Windows 11 25H2 due to some issues, and thanks to this feature, we were able to quickly identify the affected machines and create a script to remove it. The system is user-friendly and offers great flexibility, particularly for users who are off VPN. We can remotely access their machines to assist them, and they still receive updates from UEM even when not connected to VPN (Cloud Edition). The implementation process was extremely straightforward, and migrating from on-premises to the cloud was effortless. We rely on this system daily to support our end users, both on-premises and remotely, and it consistently performs well. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

There are somethings lacking for example the Browser Reporting tool that can be enabled, doesn't show what an user has been to in detail just that they went there, this can cause issue with investigation internally, however i have learned from ME that that is something that they are actively working on !!
