"Surprisingly Versatile Endpoint Management That Just Works"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

It is surprisingly very versatile. Being new to the platform, I was worried about ease of use for my team. Since implementing, I've barely had any questions or concerns! Device management is extremely simple. Once devices are managed by Endpoint Management; updates/patch management, deployments, remote access, silent management...all work flawlessly! My next steps are working with the package management and creating images/app packages to deploy. I have no doubt in my mind it will be just as easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

So far I do not have any complaints! Having been in MSP worlds for years and using every other tool out there, I can't seem to find an issue with this one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Feature-Rich Endpoint Management"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I find ManageEngine Endpoint Central incredibly valuable due to its easy access and array of features that significantly enhance my workflow. The platform offers excellent remote access capabilities, allowing me to manage our computers and inventory with ease and efficiency. The patching and security features are particularly helpful, ensuring our systems are always up-to-date and secure. I appreciate the options such as remote access, shutdown, and reboot, which make system management straightforward. Moreover, the group policy configuration streamlines administrative tasks effectively. The software deployment capability is a huge plus, as it simplifies the installation of essential programs like antivirus and endpoint protection software across the network. The initial setup process was smooth and uncomplicated, thanks to an intuitive installation package. These aspects collectively make ManageEngine Endpoint Central an indispensable tool for our IT management needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I dislike the offline agent issues in ManageEngine Endpoint Central. Sometimes laptops appear to be offline, requiring a manual reboot to appear online. This is inconvenient and disrupts smooth operations, as the devices can't be managed remotely without intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Endpoint Management That Simplifies Daily IT Work"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

What I like best about Endpoint Central is its patch management. It’s reliable, automated, and makes it easy to keep all endpoints secure. I started with the Professional license and eventually upgraded to Enterprise because the added features especially advanced patching and remote office management. Really made a big difference in day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

What I dislike about Endpoint Central is that some parts of the interface can be inconsistent. For example, certain dashboard charts sometimes display odd or mismatched characters, which can be confusing. I also frequently encounter bandwidth limitations in remote offices when I maximize usage for deployments or patching, it affects the whole site so I think I need to plan these configurations before deploying. These aren’t major issues, but they do impact the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some advanced reporting features and integrations can be complex to configure and may require additional training. Occasionally, certain updates or patches may need manual intervention, which can slightly slow down fully automated processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Deployment, User-Friendly with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like ManageEngine Endpoint Central for its patch deployment, OS deployment, and software deployment features. The BitLocker management is very good, as well as the remote control tool, which is also very good for troubleshooting. I find the tool very useful for pushing patches and deploying OS without the need for an engineer within ten minutes. Software installations can be done silently when required. The BitLocker feature allows for encrypted policy management, and the remote control is a nice tool for resolving application issues that users face. Setting up ManageEngine Endpoint Central is also very easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I think the handling of zero-day vulnerabilities could be improved. Also, the task board and dashboard need enhancements, particularly for CI visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Comprehensive Endpoint Management Solution"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like ManageEngine Endpoint Central because it provides centralized management for all endpoints, which saves me time and effort. Its automation for patching and software deployment helps ensure systems stay up to date. The detailed reporting, along with remote troubleshooting capabilities, makes day-to-day IT operations smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

One drawback of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that the initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for new users. The user interface can also feel cluttered when you’re managing a large number of endpoints, which makes it harder to find what you need quickly. In addition, some of the more advanced reporting and customization options could be more flexible and intuitive, so it’s easier to tailor the platform to specific needs. "Effortless Migration, Stellar Support, and Powerful Patch Visibility"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Our team really appreciates this system, especially for the visibility it provides into all the patches. We can even see which version of Windows 11 is installed on each machine. Recently, we needed to remove Windows 11 25H2 due to some issues, and thanks to this feature, we were able to quickly identify the affected machines and create a script to remove it. The system is user-friendly and offers great flexibility, particularly for users who are off VPN. We can remotely access their machines to assist them, and they still receive updates from UEM even when not connected to VPN (Cloud Edition). The implementation process was extremely straightforward, and migrating from on-premises to the cloud was effortless. We rely on this system daily to support our end users, both on-premises and remotely, and it consistently performs well. Whenever I have needed assistance with the software, support has been quick to respond and even offers screen sharing if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

There are somethings lacking for example the Browser Reporting tool that can be enabled, doesn't show what an user has been to in detail just that they went there, this can cause issue with investigation internally, however i have learned from ME that that is something that they are actively working on !! What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Endpoint Central is a solid tool, but the initial setup can be a bit complex, especially when configuring multiple modules like MDM and patching. The UI sometimes feels cluttered, which makes finding specific settings harder than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Patch Management and Real-Time Vulnerability Updates"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

One of the biggest advantages is being able to apply patches to my entire network at once and fix vulnerabilities, and the portal receives constant updates, showing me new vulnerabilities in my network as soon as they are published, ensuring that I always have a more secure environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

One of the few things I don't like about the console is that I don't have a report of software installation attempts that were blocked by the App Control module, which means I have to do more work to find out which software was blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual Asset Management with CMMC Compliance"
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for Patch Management, Log 360 storage, and Application Control. It helps us keep a live dashboard with Patch requirements, stores our logs, and enabled us to create an allow-list required for CMMC compliance. I like that it is very visual, as far as providing asset inventories and counts of any data you are looking at. I can accurately review what assets need attention and how large of a task it will be by simply looking at Hardware or Software inventories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I cannot generalize on the functionality of creating custom Configurations to apply patches, as it may be just my need to have additional training. I say this because sometimes I run into issues trying to deploy Configurations that fail. It may be user error as opposed to functionality. I believe that the hardest task is to determine the initial requirements and document what those are before you engage in deploying the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
