What do you like best about RingEX?

The real-time alerts and crystal-clear video quality make monitoring effortless, while the two-way audio adds a level of interaction and control that's incredibly reassuring. I also appreciate how quickly it integrates with other smart home devices, giving me a centralized, secure system without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

While Ring EX offers excellent features, one downside is that some of the more advanced functions require a subscription. It would be great if basic features like extended video history or smart alerts were included without an added cost. Additionally, occasional connectivity issues can occur if Wi-Fi signal strength is weak, so placement and network setup are important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

Really enjoy being able to answer from either my mobile device and computer; being able to have extensions with different rules as to when to ring, etc. Great to easily be able to merge calls, or forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

As an entrepreneur that has many different sides of the business to worry about, I would prefer to have a contact within RingCentral to whom we could tell exactly our needs, and they set up. Having to figure out how to create call flows, messages, faxes, sms, phone lines, extensions when running your business is extremely time consuming, and the system honestly seems cumbersome. "Unreliable and Disruptive Experience with No Timely Support"
What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEX offers a wide range of features and integrations that, when functional, can be useful for remote teams. The platform has potential and a good interface design, and the concept behind RingEX is solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The platform has been extremely unreliable—we’ve been facing a major browser freezing issue since 2nd July 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This has significantly disrupted our daily operations. Even worse, the support team has failed to act with urgency or provide a concrete resolution. For a service we’re paying premium rates for, this is absolutely unacceptable. It’s affecting our client interactions and causing loss of business. If issues like this are not fixed immediately, we will have no choice but to switch to an alternative platform. Poor support, lack of accountability, and unresolved technical bugs have made this experience extremely frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

I love the fact that all of our office staff can download the app on their personal phone. allowing us to be mobile, while still able to provide customer support to customers. What do you like best about RingEX?

Ease of setup, we were up and running with a short deadline. There is a depth of features that fulfill needs as you grown the program. Reporting is very good with the advanced package. Support has been excellent, especial with complex solutions.

The option to use AI voice or use your own is a really nice feature. You can create a library of recordings to pull from.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Its a lot to navigate, as it is feature rich. Online help could be improved. The consulting firm that does the implementation (optional) is nowhere near as knowledgeable by a far amount than RingEX. What do you like best about RingEX?

My end-users are able to mask their personal cell numbers and use integrated chat for inter-office communication. Fax options are very useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bulk SMS functionality is not good, interface needs a lot of work for it to be useable. Extra cost for webinar option, only able to use a single camera source simultaneously during video meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
