## eAgent Reviews
  ### 1. Great Organization Tools, But Authentication Can Be Tedious

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cole E. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about eAgent?**

I like the print driver, and having the option to upload documents right from your screen. I also like the integration with my company's system. Its makes keeping everyone's file easy in one place. There are ton's of dashboards, and calendars to keep you organized. I personally love the follow up reminders. I haven't missed a follow up yet!

**What do you dislike about eAgent?**

One of the things I don't care for is having to constantly authenticate to use the print driver. Another thing I don't care for is having to create my own eAgent accounts for customers. For the most part the integration between my company and eAgent is quite good. Every once in a while it won't create the customer file, and I'll have to go in and do manually.

**What problems is eAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer organization of files, and managing follow ups and onboarding.

  ### 2. Customer Support Frustrations

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahmoud I. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about eAgent?**

eAgent stands core in its width. This application performs in a single platform for police operations which include features such as the NCIC, NLETS access, as well as online criminal databases management. This centralized platform is time-saving and a life-saver as it eliminates the need to handle individual app pages.

**What do you dislike about eAgent?**

I do not find myself fit in eAgent and the system seems restrictive and inflexible. Altering the operation or presenting the report also seems to be a difficult matter that has to be done with an expert's hand. The inconvenience presented due to systems that are unfriendly to users can be infuriating, especially in most the cases where the officers want to just easily access or update the information.

**What problems is eAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eAgent is a strong tool for the legal system, can be used to promote law and order, detect crimes and apprehend the guilty. The availability of an all-inclusive database for my daily operations tasks, along with integrated communication processes, ensures smooth workflow and the sharing of information amount the department.

  ### 3. eAgent and its usefulness

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi C. | A, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2021

**What do you like best about eAgent?**

The ability to use this as a file solution and CRM was nice

**What do you dislike about eAgent?**

It can be rigid to the point of having to enter in duplicate items twice - no editing capability

**Recommendations to others considering eAgent:**

eAgent still may be the required CRM for Allstate agents. Overall, it is very useful.

**What problems is eAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eAgent is a great CRM tool used mainly by Allstate agents - at least while I was using it.

  ### 4. Perfect for Salespeople

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacklyn "Lake" A. | Vice President of Finance, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about eAgent?**

My favorite part of eAgent is the ability to organize our clients online without hassle. To add a new client, a simple menu comes up asking for their basic personal information. The font is large and the menu is very easy to navigate. If you want to look a client up, you can just type a few of letters in their name and all of the names associated will pop up with an address and policy so you can confirm it's them. Also, if you have an appointment with a client, you can easily put it into the system and they will even email you when it becomes soon to the appointment. You can put xdates, which are the future policy ending days for prospective clients. If a client's quote is too high at the moment, you can click xdate and put the future date in. You will receive an email when it comes time to contact the prospective client and you can seal the deal. It would be nearly impossible to have the organization we have as a company without eAgent.

**What do you dislike about eAgent?**

I don't dislike anything eAgent brings to the table because it's an amazing program.

**Recommendations to others considering eAgent:**

Easy for all ages. Easy to setup and put new clients into.

**What problems is eAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used eAgent to organize and store all of our clients. We no longer have to physically file clients which can lead to a lot of human data entry error. With eAgent there are little to no mistakes and we can rely on the amazing website. It's very easy to use and all workers can use the program with little training because of it's easy user interface.

  ### 5. How likely I would recommend eAgent solutions

It's like having a personal agent at my fingertips. I've used eAgent Solutions a dozen times this week. And I have found my agent for life. Keep up the great work!!!

**What do you dislike about eAgent?**

There is only one downside I believe maybe two if you count the fact that this should have been released sooner. But seriously I can only think of one dislike maybe adding some more color. That's it.

I have an agent with me at all times!

**What do you like best about eAgent?**

The ability to scan/ upload customer documents directly to the customers account, creating an easy customer onoardong transition. I also like that you can access the customers policies as household. Comments in one place

**What do you dislike about eAgent?**

There’s no way to really manage leads with any type of efficiency. There’s no way to set multiple touch reminders on a lead. It’s not setup to be as quick and efficient as i need it to be for a lead manger

**What problems is eAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers onboarding and customer service efficiency

  ### 7. Decent for what it’s made for

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about eAgent?**

I like that all corners and possible needs for this software have been thought of and implemented into its core structure

**What do you dislike about eAgent?**

It is lacking in esthetics and seems to be outdated with current technology. Frequently lags or takes too long to achieve desired outcome. Too many unnecessary buttons.

**What problems is eAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Record keeping for clients

  ### 8. CRM = Sales
