I really appreciate the flexibility of RingEX, allowing me to do more than just send calls. I can easily send an SMS to clients who aren't responsive over the phone, which is incredibly useful. I love RingEX because I use it for outgoing calls, video meetings, and internal communication. It keeps communication in one place without needing multiple apps and allows us to do video conference calls every Monday and Friday, as well as other quicker meetings. The ease of use and its ability to do multiple things are great since it's not a platform that's a one-trick pony. It effectively brings my team together, especially with features like creating tasks, keeping each other accountable, scheduling meetings, and scheduling calls all from one place. I love how user-friendly RingEX is. You don't really have to know anything about the program to jump in and use it pretty quickly and effectively. It's user-friendly even for our customer service people, making it easy to transfer calls and handle all that fun stuff. Also, it's great that we can send faxes straight from our computer without needing a physical fax. The ability to act as a virtual assistant after hours is something we love, as it solves manpower issues. I also appreciate the call log feature, which helps with customer service as we can easily reach out to customers who haven't left complete information.
